I enjoy shopping at this pet store. Anytime I have a question about a product they'll send somebody to help you find it. I've also had my dog groomed here and the prices are very good and the groomers are very nice.

I ordered a balled python through their website and had it sent here 5 years ago. The lady in there whom is a snake "expert" though I am a vet tech with exotic animal experience, wouldn't let me take the snake, realized she was holding him for her friend. Spent almost 200 dollars for that snake due to it being a rare coloring. I had a special tank ready for him. I waited two weeks for him to get there.

We moved here a couple months and I got my Luna girl groomed at Woof play and stay. They treated her horrible and the cut was awful. So I was recommended to try the PetSmart grooming from a family friend. Today Ms Ashley groomed Luna. I 10/10 recommend. She was so kind and understanding. She cut her hair just how I like it. And was done much quicker than expected. I will definitely be back to Ashley specifically. Great job and thank you!

I went to this shop for the first time. I wanted to buy a litter box and something for my cats. They have a huge variety of products in the store. There were more cats and dogs toys lined up in the store. They have a seasonal products too. Of course, many dog ​​toys were lined up at the store. There are many types of Litter boxes, dry foods, and canned foods, which can be purchased individually. Almost all shelves were tidy it up. Easy to find out what I need to get. Employys were very friendly and helpful!

It's a clean store. I wish they didn't have so much expensive junk. You have to walk all the way to the back to get some of the necessities while in the front of the store. You have all this expensive junk! Toys that are severely overpriced and not even good for your animals. People watch out for stuff like that. Know what you're putting in your animal's mouth. Just a lot of unnecessary nonsense in the front of the store so that makes you walk to the back to get what you need and I know they do that. Thinking you'll buy some of it but I would never buy that stuff. I mean why pay $7.99 for a toy that you can get on Amazon for $1.99 and it's from the same company? Other than that, staff is nice. It's a typical PetSmart

I use this store to buy feeder insects for my pet Chameleon and gecko. A few times they've let me take their dead goldfish for my pet box turtle also. The store always seems well-maintained and the staff is friendly. Their selection of live feeder insects is superior to the Petco across town and their over-all layout is considerably nicer. I think they do adoption events on Saturdays for dogs.

I have been bringing my Shiba Inu to Petsmart for grooming for four years now. They have been great with her ever since she was a puppy. If you know anything about shibas, they are little drama queens and my Fynn is no exception. But the grooming team knows her well and always makes her comfortable- even if it means having two people on hand to trim her nails (one to trim and one to give cuddles). Any time I bring her in for a bath and brush Fynn is always excited to see her PetSmart friends and walks out looking and smelling great. I recommend the grooming team, with a particular shout out to Ashley and Kennedy, at PetSmart to anyone and everyone. They’re great.

We recently moved & was having an extremely hard time finding a groomer for my goldendoodle. We booked at PetSmart and was a little hesitant. Our boy looks great! Ashley did an amazing job with him. The only downfall and the reason for the 4 stars is that it’s pricey.

I took my dog Max here to get groomed and when I got him back he looked like a new dog! I was amazed at the groomers ability to ease his nerves being around someone new and I liked the fact that he was cleaned to the T.

My girl needed a bath & a blow out. Madison H took care of nook, i also always shop at this location. Very helpful friendly staff. Can be a little shy on the sales floor but nice well kept store. Anyway-nook had never been left @ a groomer before and they treated her so well, she came back to me feeling great, super happy and soft. Thank you Madison! You will surely see Nanook again.

I have always taken my dogs to get groomed here. Now that groomers have changed, my dog is labeled having aggressive behavior. I was told that he can only see 2 groomers (which Ashley and Tim was awesome), everyone else does not have the patience to care for my pup. The reason he is nervous about his haircut these days is due to the lack of professionals and skills at PetSmart. So sad that I have to leave this review.

Don't buy fish from here! This is the second time the fish we've bought have been sick. This time, they had the ich parasite which is currently wiping our entire tank. If you do buy fish, quarantine them extra because they're probably sick with something.

I placed an order at 4pm for in store pickup. At 510pm they cancelled my order, gave NO reason, took everything out of my cart and there is zero record of what I was trying to purchase. Im still waiting for them to return the funds to my card - as of 6pm it’s not there.

We have had our border collie groomed at Petsmart many times, but the last time they groomed her, she looks terrible. I will never take her to Pet Smart again.

Ashley is completely rude and out of line. I asked her for some help with a medicine I needed for my pet and she very reluctantly helped me. Shes very sarcastic with what she does and completely unprofessional. When my step son goes in to ask for crickets she counts them out very slowly while the other associates are able to get me what I need in a much quicker manner. She needs to learn her job better before she should be able to work around people.
