Crazy prices! I got a you pick 2 soup & sandwich with a large drink. It was $27! I was shocked because it was just me ordering and when they read me to the total at the window “how?!” Slipped out of my mouth (I didn’t mean to be rude, I was honestly shocked) the explained that because I upgraded to a large drink it was more expensive.I have been choosing other options ever since, for that price I can eat anywhere else in town.Also, my order was made incorrectly and was cold on the inside. I did write to corporate first, before this review.. they didn’t respond. 🤷🏼‍♀️

This was the first time i have ever step foot in a Panera Bread restaurant. Food was good. I ordered broccoli and cheese soup and bread. Also I ordered the caramel latte. The soup was full of broccoli and thick texture. So delicious. The caramel latte was a great flavor. I used the drive through. So smooth.

Went here early on a Saturday while in Manhattan visiting my daughter. Very friendly staff including a trainee who was obviously nervous in her new job but was making every effort to give good service. Restaurant and restrooms were very clean. Not easy to see or find but definitely worth a stop for breakfast on the weekend.

I used to come here weekly with my son, but it’s becoming more and more of a rip-off. I have absolutely no issues with the staff, as they are always friendly. The food quality and amount has gone down significantly, though. Tonight, I ordered a kids grilled cheese for my son, which looked like they just threw it in the microwave - bread was room temp and cheese wasn’t even completely melted. My bread bowl of soup probably didn’t even have 1/2 cup of soup in it.... one bite in and I’m already seeing bread from the bottom. Everything I’ve described is pictured. This is not a $18 meal.... maybe more like 8. We will not be returning for dinner anymore at this location.

The prices are insane for what it is, the environment was dirty and run down. An outlet hanging off the wall dangling by wires. We ordered a You Pick Two, which French onion soup in a bread bowl and a half sandwich. The half sandwich hardly had anything on it at all, and the soup was cold. Not room temp, not lukewarm...cold. When we took it back, they put the whole thing g in a microwave! Still wasn't warm, but now all our bread was hard. Took it back up and swapped it out for different soup, which was hot. Wasn't happy at all, and probably won't eat here again unfortunately.

First time after waiting for 6 years and it was well worth the wait! Friendly service and go above and beyond. I left my glasses at home and couldn't see the menue and was read it off by the staff! Great experience for both me and my family 😍😍😍

I used to go to Panera for coffee almost every day. Their prices have always been high, especially for their pastry. During our last visit my wife and I were sold a sandwich for over $5 that could hardly be considered a serving. I informed the manager, who was very friendly; he simply told me he agreed that it wasn't a good value; I have been going to Radina's ever since and I suggest you do the same.

Great food but it's twice now where I've ordered food ahead of time and by the time I got there for pickup they hadn't even started making my order. I'm very tired of this especially when I'm waiting for food for my partner and I's anniversary.

Then she sent someone to prepared my bagel, clearly she was new. Manager? What manager? Too busy chatting chatting to pay attention.

Brett took my order and was very patient with me as I am unfamiliar with the menu. Brett explained all the items I asked about and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable asking them. Appreciate Brett’s attitude and optimism and Brett is definitely a key team member worth looking at as management material. Superb customer service.

tables were dirty- not like "not bussed fast enough", more like "left actively sticky"- and they were out of about half the menu. that being said, the food was good and the staff was friendly- pretty sure they're just overwhelmed. could be a great location with more employees.

Stopped by for some bagels. Very busy morning, but the staff was cheerful and pleasant. I purchased several different types. My grandsons dove into the blueberry, one toasted, one not.My daughter used the asiago cheese bagels to make breakfast sandwiches. Delicious!!

Love their french onion soup. It was a phone in/pick up order. Server gave us wrong order but there were enough similar items- soup and sandwiches for 3. Unfortunately my friend doesn't eat vegetables and that is when we discovered mistake. Manager replaced our order free of charge.

First its over price, didn't get what I was expecting Like the commercial and pictures. I order the new chicken sandwich with fried pickles on it, I got a few crumble pickle pieces, lack consistency, I won't be coming back. However the meat was tasty that's it.

I Love the steak and white cheddar sandwich. But the last couple times I've gotten it I have been extremely unhappy that the onions were not put on there! It's part of my favorite thing about it. Also they're constantly out of the main breads and have to substitute with something weird

Food is good. Drive through takes a while. When using delivery you often don't get food correctly. I have better experiences if I have time to go inside to eat.
