I absolutely love the store, my wife and I frequent it. However, I absolutely despise the red head, young, ravenous, young lady in Pharmacy. Her name starts with an E but I can't quite remember her name and my good for nothing wife doesn't remember either. She was extremely rude and dismissive when I asked her questions about my prescription. She was extremely rude towards other customers as well. We walked up to the counter, my ugly wife and I, and we asked to be helped. At first she didn't acknowledge us. I asked again and she said "Sorry what? Speak louder old man." I said "Excuse me? I'm just herr for my prescription. No need to be so rude." She rolled her eyes and walked away after that. Another lovely employee had to help me. I've heard talk from the other employees that she is also very rude to them also! How embarrassing! This was such a fine establishment but I have no choice than to take my business elsewhere.

This grocery store is awesome way bigger than it looks from the outside. The employees are very very Nice and courteous. The store was clean. The restrooms in the store were great and Clean. The bakery area is huge.And The meat department And the fish area were very clean. If you need something this store probably had it.

Great store. Great variety of things. Great location. One of my favorite store in Manhattan. When I go there, cashier's check were very smoothly as well. So convenient! I've never had an issues when I visited the store. Vegetables and fruits section is always clean and looks great. So many variety of fresh vegetables and fruits. I like their fresh seafoods counter. I could get fresh salmon and shrimps. They keep sanitizing every shelves and inside the store. Also, most employees were super friendly and helpful! I recommend this store.

Very friendly atmosphere, very clean store, associates very helpful and kind. The Deli and Bakery have delicious foods with a variety of different foods. Plenty of scooters for people who need assistance with getting around in the store. I recommend this store to any and everyone to go and check it out.

It wasn’t bad. The workers were friendly and the store was clean. The parking lot is a little funny to get in and out of and the prices were reasonable. There is a decent selection of brands and such. I would be glad to go back.

Waited for somebody to wait on me for about 10 minutes to pick up food. Asked for the chicken dinner for 4and was told it would be another 30 minutes til the chicken would be done. Ever heard of a clock and dropping the food so it's done on time?Obviously if your going to advertise your going to have something at a certain time you should have it. Management doesn't know what it's doing at this store. This isn't the first maybe the district manager doesn't know and/doesn't care. Get some big biscuits and stop giving people tiny dinner rolls ever heard of faults advertising.Update, I got a hold of Javier who is the manager over the dining area. He did a great job of correcting the problem and making it right for me. Really appreciated

Do not eat breakfast here at their “restaurant”. They do not employ enough people to provide adequate dine in service so you will wait over 45 minutes for your food.They do not provide a kids menu for kids to look at, they merely tell you at the order counter what is available for kids but not the prices. And since you have a line of people behind you, you’re having to make last minute decisions off a menu you can’t see instead of sitting at a table with a menu, taking your time like a normal decent place to eat.We heard this was a good brunch place but there was no waitstaff and now do counter orders instead. So you will wait in line to order and then you go sit and wait while the same guy at the counter brings your food out one piece at a time and it’s not even hot.Then heaven forbid you want more food or add a dessert or something to your meal after you’ve sat inside. You have to leave your family and go STAND BACK IN LINE outside the restaurant to place a new order instead of having wait staff that can check on you throughout the meal. For a major company who advertises a restaurant they certainly are doing it the cheapest way possible and it has a direct impact on the poor quality of service.We will not be bringing the family back here again just to stand around near the produce aisle aimlessly waiting in line to order for us to then wait almost an hour later for my family to eat.

Just checked out my meal at Hyvee's in Manhattan and Stefan was working the register. What an asset he is to your Hyvee team! Being in customer service for over 2 decades I am always one to complement exceptional employees when I encounter them! His upbeat and friendly personality coupled with his excellent customer service is what all employees should strive to offer their customers. Thank you, Stefan!!

This location is pretty clean and most of the staff is really nice with the exception of one manager who works in customer service.The baked goods section has plenty of good options whether you need bread or sweets.I love the whole foods section or health food section of the store has even though the prices are high it is a great option to get healthy options.I'll also want to point out the energy-saving motion sensor lights that work for in the frozen food section.I did the duct one star on this review due to the fact that all of the self-checkout locations say all forms of payment are accepted. This is false advertisement because all of the Lanes on the left side do not.

What is the point of having 8 full-size self checkouts if you’re never going to have them open, and five everyone to cram into the tiny ones meant for people wanting to get out quickly. May as well rip them out and add product for sale in that area, since you aren’t using it to move people along.

I found the selection similar to other stores in the area but prices seem to be much higher. I will say the store is cleaner than most stores however The difference in prices don't really make it worth the cleanliness

Hyvee is probably the highest quality grocery store in this town. I prefer to buy my produce and meat here if I'm not already buying direct from a farmers market. However, they are 25-50% higher on the cost for literally everything. I've encountered some instances where they are 100% higher cost. For the average family that's not really sustainable.I do really like the ambiance in this store though. It very much gives "The Target of grocery stores" vibe, it's clean, quiet and other shoppers are civil unlike what you're getting at the major blue chain across the street.I do still come in frequently to buy house plants when they get new shipments in. The florist dept has stepped up their houseplant game for sure!And the pharmacy I find is the least stressful and most efficient of my local options for any time of rx.

Love their tuna steaks. They always have a big selection of products and a really good price point. Even has a kstate little shop thing with all sorts of cool collectibles. Used to come here weekly for my groceries. The employees were always nice and very helpful for whatever you need. I loved that for Easter they had an egg hunt around the store and had the Easter bunny come and you could take pictures with your children and get a little goodie bag for them as well as other little activities set up around the store. I definitely still stop in here whenever I'm in town to find a cheap snack for the road .

HyVee catered the brunch we hosted the morning after our wedding. The manager, Margo, was super easy to communicate with, helped us adequately plan for the size of our party, and they were right on time with the delivery and setup. It was an exceptional value and all our guests were very pleased. I would absolutely go with HyVee again in the future!
