Super fun, new hangout spot! Great atmosphere, excellent coffee and espresso drinks, and some good eats. Haven’t had any craft beers on tap yet. Enjoyed their Brew Bun, a small, quick lunch pizza. Had a warm chocolate chip cookie right out of the oven. Look forward to trying more drinks and eats. Oh, and owners are amazing people too. Super friendly and great service! A must stop destination if you’re passing through Lyons.

I went in not expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful atmosphere and comfy seating. I had a chia latte and a pumpkin muffin, both of which tasted excellent! They serve coffee, tea, hot cocoa, many beers, and pizza! Very lovely spot, will visit again.

My wife and I came to Lyons for work and found this little gem. All the small town coffee shop charm I expect, along with a brew that was much better than expected. We were both impressed with the quality of our drip coffee, especially for the price paid. Whether you live here or are just passing through, be sure to drop by for super friendly service, comfortable atmosphere and (especially) for a great cuppa!

The staff is super friendly, drinks are delicious and food is mouth-wateringly fantastic. Love the house-made pastries and granola for breakfast or a snack. The turkey pesto panini is a lunch fav. 🤤

Had a Bulldog Stout & a pizza, and I'm full & happy! The Baldwin is a chicken pesto pizza, with just enough toppings to fill the pizza, without making it a sloppy mess. Excellent crust! I've had several pizzas there, & they've all been delicious. The pizza is a steal, & the beers are a super deal too.

Mark and staff are on point with this gem of a shop. Friendly and comfortable. I frequently bring my work and business with me. I've gone thru three punch cards. I recommend a morning break, an evening with friends or a Saturday night concert! Do them all!

Every small town should have a coffee shop like this! Outstanding coffee in a fun setting. The addition of some great brews on tap means twice-a-day visits are a must!

Brew 56 has great coffee and a unique and chill atmosphere. I've heard cold brew isn't the best. Serves beer on tap. Highly recommend warbeard red Irish ale. I have on multiple occasions eaten a whole pizza by myself here. Biggest complaint is that I can't put a bottle cap on where I'm from because the map is only Kansas :(

Great coffee, great food. I went with the salad and breakfast burrito because we showed up midafternoon, between pizza availability times. They were both awesome, though!

Quite and confortable coffee shop nestled in the middle of town on Main, but I did say quite so none of the noise of traffic comes through while relaxing with a coffee, tea or any of the baked goods that Brew 56 has to offer.
