Dr. Molina, thank you for taking such good care of our little puppies! The people that work here are genuinely interested in your pet's health. They really love the animals and make it a big deal whenever you bring one of your pets (big or small-we have livestock as well as house pets) in to see them. They have fair prices and even charged us less on our little dog's dental when they got in there and didn't have to do as much as they thought they would. Most places will upsell and upcharge you and we have a lot of respect for Town and Country that they charge what is fair. They have been our vets for almost 20 years now and Dr. Jeff takes exceptional care of our horses, donkeys and goats. We absolutely love his humorous personality! You have to have a sense of humor when you're working with animals because you never know what they're going to do! And Dr. Shelley is one of the kindest hearted people that you'll ever meet. She is a doctor that will cry with you because she actually cares about you and your pets. And Dr. Molina is super sweet and knowledgeable and she has an excitement and love for her patients that is very refreshing. We look forward to working with her for many years to come. If you are looking for a caring and knowledgable staff including helpful and smiling receptionists that always do their best to make your day, and vet techs that work hard to give your pets the best care and assist you in any way they can-then this is the place for you! I had a very odd emergency with a horse that ate rat poison in a bucket under the deck. Dr Melina? Came right away on a weekend night & was very helpful. We were unable to tube him( he wouldn't swallow the tube) but she kept trying. Thank God he didn't eat much so has been fine. She has text & followed up for 4 days after. Thank you!

I took all 3 of my animals in at the same time. The staff was so helpful. My 11 year old dog had the same vet her whole life until we moved to Kansas, I tried another vet when we first moved and just never got the good feeling I had with our MO vet. Dr Susan gives me that feeling. She explains everything to you. Dr Susan will be Shines last vet. If you are looking for a forever vet office, this is the one. Their farm services are wonderful as well.

The staff and Vets are the best. So kind and friendly very professional. I drive 45 minutes to take my dogs to see them wouldn’t go anywhere else. The vets take the time to explain everything to me and if I don’t understand they spend the extra time explaining to me so that I do understand.

Love the staff and vet. We've been going here for several years for our dogs/cats, but recently expanded our herd to include cattle. We are so grateful for the care our dog received from the vets and staff at Town & Country Equine and Pet Hospital. When our dog became ill and dehydrated, it was evident that he had a bowel obstruction. They were able to squeeze him in immediately the following day with a thorough evaluation and surgery. Everyone we spoke with was so nice during this stressful time of almost losing our dog. We received lots of follow up phone calls on his status and were informed of pricing throughout the day. We live 30 minutes away but will continue to make the drive to Town & Country Equine and Pet Hospital.

I have multiple animals I have brought to Town & Country over the years. They have save my Mare after her placenta didn't pass after she had a fall. They came to my home and sat with us and waited during the process and made sure we were as comfortable as the horse making sure we knew what was happening. I absolutely Love Dr. Jeff! The care they give large animals is top quality.I recently had an incident where my beloved dog needed a life saving emergency splenectomy or would die. They got Boomer in immediately and explained all the options and decisions, good and bad, I had. There was never pressure to do the surgery there and even suggested other options with possibly better facilities and 24 emergency care. (Much more expensive and worth it had I had that kind of finances)I chose to have them do the surgery. They were as sensitive to me as my beloved dog. They let me know every step along the way how he was doing. The entire staff came and either hugged me or offered kind words of support. This place is the best possible place you could have to care for your pet/animals.I endorse this company to the highest compliment as they are deserving of it.

I called the office on a Friday afternoon to get my dog into the vet thinking that it would be the following week and they were able to see me the next day(talk about great service being open on a Saturday). We had the privilege of seeing Dr. Sara and she was very friendly and helpful with Cali, also very patient with my children who were answering all of her questions about Cali.We are very pleased with the service that we received and have found a new vet to call home!Thank you Town & Country

The very best vet I've in countered in my 43 years I've been all over the country. Doc Thompson is very passionate bout the welfare of the animals and the humans.. He came out onSunday morning to put my favorite horse down my he explained the hole process to her and my boy and held them while he passed. Also on our German shepard Flyrock the staff and vets were so passionate most were scrying with my wife s we put her down... L8ve them and I would trust them to take care of any pet I have..

Went for 2nd opinion on eye drainage & ended up w/ a outrageous $600.00 bill!! Due to miscommunication i will never be back & would not recommend this vet to anyone. Very disappointed :(
