One of the worst McDonald's around. Placed my order on the app. Currently I am parked install number 5 because the others are full with people waiting for their order. Ordering on the app most definitely does not speed things up. You think they could do better but I don't believe it's possible. I've already learned never to order french fries from this location. If they're even slightly lukewarm it's a success. They should be thankful there is not much competition around the area.

UPDATE- I tried my usual order again, and they did so much better!I order the same sundae with m&ms across multiple locations, and this location is so stingy with their toppings. I pay an extra fee for the topping. At least give me my money's worth.

The food got a 2 star because they messed up my order then fixed it by giving me my burgers with 1 pickle and enough ketchup for like 5 burgers on each burger. The service got a 3 star because they did go a head and exchange my burgers and made them fresh, they didn't just scrape them and give em back. Everyone inside seemed to be having a good time I thought they really cared till I rolled off and seen the disaster of a burger. All in all this place is normally really good just a bad round this time.Update 4/11We waited about 10 minutes before even being able to order just to spend 30 minutes not even moving a single spot in line. All 5 of the food waiting spots were full and there was cars waiting on food everywhere. After almost hitting the hour mark we went across the street to BK. We had fresh hot food and was back on the road in 10 minutes or less. 1/10 for this visit to McDonald's

Food came without drink cup.I was yelled at for getting my own cup. Manager would not do anything about the situation because the worker was her cousin. Great management Louisburg McDonalds.

Employees literally just messing around, not doing their work, food was a very strong mediocre, no authority. I would quite recommend any other food company nearby. I decided to drop by here as a dinner stop for my twelve hour drive back home, ordered a 10 piece mcnugget, and then around an hour later I started feeling queasy and had to stop somewhere and profusely started vomiting for around 10 minutes. This happened Friday, 22nd December of 2023 at night.

Idk what number my son's breakfast was, but it came with pancakes. Mine was a #4 breakfast which has three items: sandwich, hashbrown, drink. His pancakes and biscuit had no butter, syrup, or jelly and mine was missing the hashbrown. We had to pull up and wait to be shorted, again.WHY, Louisburg McDonalds, do I get charged for all items but never, EVER get all the items the first time, even when we have to pull up and wait? Breakfast, lunch, dinner, there's ALWAYS, AT LEAST, one thing missing. Every. Single. Time.

Absolutely horrible service staff was very rude except for 1 young lady named Josie I hope she finds a better job with better people me and my brother were eating and seen 3 more people get treated like sh×t orders wrong them argue with the customer about their orders being right I heard the orders and the staff was wrong 💯 I will never go there again and will tell everyone not to go there on the daily. This place should be shut down and restaffed who ever manages this place should be fired and I know 1st hand that the regional manager was notified nothing happened I've received no calls from anyone higher up about this Absolutely poor excuse of a place to eat.

This McD's is hit or miss. Food is usually on par for McDonalds. Service can be great or terrible. It is very small for a very busy area - intersection of K-68 and U.S. 69 with hardly any other options in the area. A McDonalds 3 times this size and staff would not be too much. The drive though most often at lunch ask drivers to pull ahead to a waiting area. This is not drive through service. We chose McDonalds, not Sonic. Most of the waiting area spots are small and will not fit many of the patron's vehicles. This is a blue collar, farmer, contractor truck, large family SUV area. Pulling a 25ft truck into a 15ft spot only blocks traffic. Many people have to park at the adjacent gas station and walk over or on the city street when having a trailer. The staff does not understand when I tell them my truck won't fit in the "mobile order" parking spots. This location has a fairly large group of old timers who meet for breakfast or lunch and it is awesome. Like an old local cafe! Once they arrive, there is only about 30% seating left for other customers to sit down. The remodel a few years ago removed more seating in the dining area. Time for an upgrade. On a positive my wife has good success using the mobile app getting our kids a quick meal.

I'm very disappointed. Used to be the best McDonalds we ever ate. Just recently moved to the area from Kc and it was nice to have smiling faces and fresh food. Today was not that great experience. Burger looks, feels, tastes like it's been in a hot window for an hour. Cheese and the patty are just dried out and burnt. Fries were extremely hot and fresh so we didn't think to check the burger. Big mistake.

as a resident of the town in which this mcdonald’s is in, i can vouch for the other 1 stars and say that usually, this mcdanks is not that good. they get my order right but the quality of the food (which is bad to start with but sometimes it just cannot be up to health codes) is very questionable. my shamrock shake was really just not mixed up at all and it was super liquid-y…the opposite of what a shake should be. the wait times have also been ridiculous, but it’s to be noted that there are hardly ever any workers there, so i feel bad for them and try to give them some grace. nonetheless, i’ve got countless chicken nuggets and sprite that sends you into orbit from here and they’ve been fine, so i can’t complain a whole lot. not great, but not as good as it can be.

First let me say. The crew working did the best they could under the circumstances. Once it started getting busy, they started to get overwhelmed. Also they were arguing within ear and eye site of me. I think they are good employees, just needed one of them to take charge and lead. Once they settled down and the pace slowed down they were better. Given direction, I believe this crew can succeed and overcome the stress of the rush. I was once a young employee and starting my career, or first job. I hope they get a leader and I am hopeful they will not get frustrated and quit.

Won't even go there unless.theres literally no other options. Ran by a bunch of.kids,.zero management,.zero quality.controll, after.several attempts at.doing business locally,.Will not.do this place. In multiple.trips, never got mymorder onnfirst.try,.and.NEVER made.it home.with an order i ACTUALLY ordered. Bad news. Would not recomend. Free meals arent convenient gettingnwhat.you ordered and paid for is. This place runs likenits independent of.mcdonalds.corporateKid-friendliness: Not kid friendly when used for convenience, but 1 out of 3 meals is wrong,.or just not there, and this is the norm for this place, not an "accident" or a bad day

Worst experience @ a McDonald's! After placing my order in the Drive-Thru & paying, I was told to go park because my breakfast burrito was not ready yet. After sitting in the parking spot for over 5 minutes, I was brought out my breakfast burrito that was cold and hard around the edges of the tortilla. I went in to speak to the manager & she told me one of their heaters must not be working. She proceeded back to the kitchen telling me she was going to get me a fresh 1, when I seen her pick one up and put it in the microwave and heated it up & then brought it back to me. I have had numerous problems at this McDonald's in the past. After this incident I will be sure I will never go back there again! @ least I didn't sit there waiting on my order for 15 to 20 minutes like I have before. I will take my business across the street to Burger King!

Ordered online….my husband went to pick up. He stood at counter for 10 minutes while he and another customer waited at counter to be acknowledged. He showed the girl the order number on his phone and she went to back and he again waited. He finally motioned for someone to ask the status of order and was told they don’t have it. Again he waited another 15 min to finally get the order and the fries were cold.

I would have given a better review if the customer service was friendly. But when the person is put out that you even entered their place of business, and you don't even get a hello or welcome to McDonald's, one can feel very uncomfortable. He did the same thing to five other customers while we were there. I would have asked for the manager, except he was the manager. You need to do better.

I'm usually hard on McDonald's in my reviews. McDonald's as a while cuts corners compromising quality and service. But this McDonald's trip was above the others. We had nuggets, mcchicken sandwich, fries and a mcdouble. The food was hot and fresh, (a rarity for McD's) came out quick and the service was good. The place and the bathrooms were clean.Well done!

They are so much wrong with McDonald's we asked for a basket of fries and they have not heard of a basket or fries before. Not only that is that we had gone to the drive-thru and I'm guessing the speaker wasn't working correctly because they could not understand my sister and they had completely forgotten my order and two chicken sandwiches. So my sister parked and I got out of the car go into the store well along the hold there was a bunch of people playing to get there order for before me. There was a guy that was waiting for 20 minutes for his order and I waited 20 minutes for my order. McDonald's inside is not very big at all and it started to get crowded with people waiting for their order. They have ample parking but the building itself is small, why is that?. I finally got my order. We were traveling through and decided to stop to get something to eat. Not stopping here again.
