This store continues to go downhill. Products are constantly out on the shelf. Prices are always marked wrong or not at all. Half of the items ring up different at the register. Very rarely see a happy employee. Management here is failing.

This is now my go to walk they was three woman so happy to see me greated me with a smile had the part I called bout ready when I ask for damien I not sure spelled hi name rite he was so kind and listen to me and fixed me up with what I needed and thanks to him I have water

The manager Neal is great. He helps to the best of his ability. My problem is with corporate. According to Neal the computer and corporate determine what is ordered and what is not. If I want 1 item it is usually coming in the next shipment. If I need two items there will only be one on the shelf. More inventory of items that sell quickly. Many times I drive to Family Center in Paola, Ks. and they always have what I need.

The workers are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They always seem to keep the shelves well stocked. We buy a certain brand of dog food and aside from one time during covid we've never gone in here and couldn't get it.

Nice store, lots of useful products for the farm and home. When we were there though, it was close to end of the day and we asked where to find staples as we came in, and three employees had no idea where to send us, otherwise would've given them 5 stars. If you have time to browse I guarantee you'll want to buy more than you came in for at the time! Even have toys and clothing, hats, gloves, etc...

I shop Orschlens year-round, for my chickens. I buy all my feed from them and my chicks. Every now and then they may be out of a product but are willing to give rain checks for when products are re-stocked. They seem to have more cashiers right now, used to have to wait in line a long time. They are always willing to help me out to the car with heavy items. I shop there 2-3 times a month.

I was very disappointed having to load my own items from the yard. There was help there but guess no one likes loading 80lb bag of sackrete. It's not my favorite either but what do they get paid for then. I should be getting the employee discount. I have been to other Orschelns and always had great service. I had to go walking around the store to find someone to help with other items I was looking for and this was not the first time this had happened but it will be the last I shop at this store though. I am sure they don't care anyway. It's also sad seeing theuniformed response from the company/owner with the same response to all compalints. If someone e really cared I would think the problems would and could be fixed.

We get all our feed here as well as mo sa t of the other items for out livestock and pets. Store is usually well stocked and clean. Employees are friendly and have always been helpful any time we need anything.

Nice big store, clean and friendly staff. We went in looking for a warning light for my niece's lizard and found exactly what we needed with the help of one of the employees. Things were easy to find and the restrooms were clean. Highly recommend this location

Expensive, small, rude employees, everything was a mess and only half the items in the store were actually marked with a price. It is basically a poorly ran/managed version of tractor supply from what I could see in my first visit. Don't see myself going back anytime soon if ever

All around, a good place to go if you need something in a pinch. Their prices are fair, and the store is clean. The workers are friendly and helpful...just always seem to be sort of moody. But for the most part , ot a bad place to shop locally if you don't want to drive out of town.

Nice store hadn't been in this one since it was down the road on other side of 68. It was nice clean and great stuff always! Following Covid protocols keeping things wiped down and clean. They need more size M & S gloves for men. Lots of XL & L of the reinforced palm leather gloves! I have one closer to my house hopefully they'll have some of size I need. They had a lot of really cute stuff for gardnering and around the house, outdoor decor for summer! I'm a sucker for a cute yard sign or fountain! Beautiful stars about freedom isn't free saying around the star. I could go on and on boots hats workwear it's always a great place to go!

We had a good shopping experience here. The workers happily showed us here to find products and we got a very good deal on our bird seed (saved $4 per bag). I would recommend shopping here in Louisburg Orscheln Farm and Home!

Reminded me of the old days when I was "chosen" to go to the hardware store on Saturday morning with my darling Daddy. The smells of saw dust, animal feed, fresh leather and Diesel brought tears to my eyes. The people were even the same. Greeting each other like they probably did every Saturday. They knew each other's business and needs and first names. The prices were right, the store was perfect and for a tiny minute I got to feel like I was with Dad. That alone gets 5 stars!

I've always found what I went there for at a decent price and a lot of things I didn't know I needed. If they have a special sale, they will hold things for me that are too big for my car until my husband gets off work and can pick it up in the truck. Never had a problem with this store.....

This store has gone downhill drastically. They are not consistent in stocking feed. They are stocking too much human food and home products and not enough farm and practical home supplies. It is difficult to navigate the aisles now. If you want a gallon of pickled eggs, this is unfortunately your place. If you want a consistent supply of livestock essentials and basic home repair you should go elsewhere. If they want to take up the slack from Alco leaving then they need more square footage in the store.

Went in to find some "farm style" Christmas ornaments. Nope, they don't have any. At all.Several months ago I went to buy a chicken coop. Online said they had it. Got there, nope the last one was sold 2 days ago. I even showed them the online page. Ugh.

Good for some stuff but not for others. Plumbing section is not great. Pet and feed section is good and good prices. Isles are often blocked with pallets of products waiting to be stocked, hard to navigate cluttered store.

A locally owned chain of stores that carry everything from clothing to deep fryers to chicken and cow feed and medicines. They have so much - kennels and equipment for dogs, cats, rabbits, and other small, furry pets, along with horse halters, and fishing equipment, and canning supplies! It's like a Walmart for the rural and suburban areas, where you.can find mulch, kitten formula, or tractor parts, too. I definitely recommend this store!

Not impressed, expensive, staff could care less if you were there to shop or not. They also have no idea where anything is or what it is.i have been there at least once a week looking for nuts and bolts. The only employee that ever seemed to care to help any one was "pam" I think sorry for the not good review I believe in being honest with these reviews.
