Extremely greatful they have truck parking. I stop here often on my way through. Only giving 4 stars because the bathrooms are consistently dirty. Looks like they never mop.

A nice and very quiet place to stay, compared to the other truck stop, but I like the area because they have a Subway, Chester's, and my most favorite pizza GodFather's Pizza, re...ally go....od👌👌👌.And if tou feel like you need to freshen up yourself from a long tiry drive, they also have a shower for every visitors, if your a truck driver you can get a free shower through fuel credit and non-truckers you need to pay obviously 😁😁😁.And if you don't like what they have inside for food choice they also have Alma BBQ restaurant in the other side across the street you have to walk on under the bridge and you'll see the Alma BBQ restaurant right there, they got a Lil grocery also.Hope i

Nothing like needing to use the restroom and every stall is either closed or dirty! Or there are employees taking a 45 minute break to play on their phone in the bathroom.

Items n store very hard 2 find. Workers not interested in assisting. Door greeter asking 2 c everyone's receipt, no matter if it was all bagged or not! I go 2 a lot of Walmart's across the country, and this one's the worst...almost anyway

Love checking out the clearance aisles. Only issue is when things get placed there without having the clearance price marked. Or another customer lays down an item which doesn't even belong there. But you can find many a treasure there. Latest favorite find was a pair of gigantic water cannon/blasters!! They will make a fun Fourth of July surprise!

I can usually find what I need here, though today the were out of something I wanted. 🙃 If only Leadership could be convinced that it's better, at least for the customer, to have more cashier lanes open and less electronic ones. Checking out was a nightmare.

As driver I appreciate that they allow truck parking at this location. Good luck finding a spot. A trucking company is using it as a terminal. Hopefully management will fix this so in-transit drivers can stop, park and shop.

This place has truck parking for about 8 trucks with trailers. It has bobtail parking for about 10. Nice place to go to while waiting for my meat load at National Beef.

This place saved the day for me this morning.I was in Liberal to officiate at a funeral and realized, at 5:00 in the morning, I had forgotten my necktie.To my surprise Walmart had a good selection.

I love delivery! I hate self check out and watching the associates standing around not helping anyone! Customer service has become nonexistent at every Walmart! Sad.

It's getting worst and worst as time goes by. The self checkout is a damn joke.we had to go steal bags from another register just to use the darn thing. The scale was super glitchy and help was not really helping. It really sucks 90% of the time

Had my oil changed 3 weeks ago. Told them to check all fluids change oil filter . They didn't. Car overheated. Just found out the oil is really dirty. I don't think it was changed

Walmart Liberal is a very clean and well organized store that is fully stocked at all times.Also it is a great place to work. Full time/Part time with good benefits.

It's a Walmart to the are pretty much all the same. It would be great, though, if Walmart would employ more people to run the registers. They are a very successful company that can afford to pay employees to work for them.

The receiving clerk was rude. My husband Mark is a driver for Crete Carriers out of the north platte walmart DC who delivers to walmarts all over Kansas, Nebraska, North and South Dakota and certain stores in Colorado and the Liberal Kansas store is always the rudest of them all. The receiving staff need to adjust their attitudes.

The employees were very helpful, and I'm black so most Latinos speak Spanish around Black's, it's vary rude. They spoke English. I was grateful

I absolutely only go here if I only absolutely have to. The customer service here was awful a few months ago but lately it's been a little better. The people there now seem friendly and somewhat smile,just the cashier's in the front anyway,the electronics department service is definitely trash,they act like we're supposed to know where things are and act bothered while "helping" to find things and I think there's no smiling allowed or talking because I bought my son's headset there twice and was waiting to hear the total but he /she never said anything so I looked, paid and left. No I don't expect you to be cheezing all day everyday but dang stop looking and acting so ugly. I will never understand why people get jobs when they don't like people, basically 🤷🏾 just my opinion.

Excellent selection of the items I like. A bit off the path but respectful overnight RV parking appreciated on fairly level lot.Water refill station near front of store. Good wifi. Electric carts are aging but functional.

Self checkout is extortion of customer labor so that they can cut employee cost. If you keep track of the time spent using self checkouts throughout the year and add it up, that's how much in free labor you performed in lieu of a cashier.Before you argue "they're saving money." Ask yourself: Why should I feed the greed of a multi billion dollar corporate entity without any compensation?

They close at 11pm, yet they have an employee at the front stopping people from coming in at 10:49pm. I understand the employees want to go home, but they should stay open until the time advertised. I needed to get 1 thing but they wouldn't let me in. Will have to go to Dillons in the morning.

Very well stocked location. A good place for bobtail trucks to park while waiting on National Beef loads. Only problem is there are so many drop trailers and locals who leave thier rigs here unattended.This is the reason many Walmart locations around the country don't allow overnight parking.Many of these trucks are none other than NB contractors. Monopolizing the parking ruins it for us who just need a place to sleep for 10 hours. Why can't you park your rig at home??
