11/10/21 Urgent Care fax a prescription for my 2 girls I went on 11/11/21 and they said they were quite ready, to come back in 2 hrs, so I went home came back today 11/12/21 and a Lady called Carly said one of the meds weren’t quite ready to wait an hour or so. I explained to her that every day I go they make me wait, she said that EVERYONE that calls said the same thing, and that she was getting overwhelmed!!! I felt very uncomfortable because my kids haven’t had their meds because of them!! it’s been 3 day’s already, and it’s not my fault that they’re so behind on meds. Refills I hope someone can do something to address this behavior. If I could I would give them 0 stars 😡

Used to hate going there when Jo worked there. She retired and my experiences there have been something to look forward to sense Carlee started working there. She is a sweetheart.
