3 lane lights on with only 1 older lady working one with a long line. The other two were teenage girls who just hung out at costumer service, and that’s on a busy Sunday afternoon. Walked by on my way out and said if they stood at their registers people wouldn’t have to stand in line for 20 mins, and the one who is always on her phone turned around and put her back towards me and the other one laughed. Don’t get me started on the moldy potatoes the past 3 weeks

Grocery pick-up for me is a Godsend but when my bread is smashed, bananas are bruised (green is ok), I ask for 2 -32oz bottles of hydrogen peroxide and get only 2-16oz, I question the Math shouldn’t you give me 4? No substitute for Tyson’s Dino nuggets?The gal that brought the groceries out was super nice and fixed the chicken nuggets and the hydrogen peroxide. Didn’t know about bread or bananas till I got home. 20 miles away.

Nikki, a clerk in the produce section, was able to help me buy avacadoes for the advertised weekly digital deal price. Out of stock of the original product, but had lots of individual avacadoes. She took the time to check the back stock and then helped me get 4 other avacadoes at the advertised price for the pack of 4. Not all clerks would go above and beyond to make a customer's experience a better one, but Nikki did it with a smile! Much appreciation for excellent customer care!Frustrating when they run out of the advertised specials which bring you in the store, initially. They had only 2 of the Ozarka water cases and then no avacadoes... wasn't looking anything but frustrating. Nikki changed a bad experience to a good one.

This is the most unprofessional, unorganized , and unapologetic, grocery store I have ever dealt with. Three consecutive times I have done grocery pick up the wait times have been well over 30 minutes once I have checked in at the allotted time of my grocery pick up. The employees look like anybody off the streets because they don’t wear are a work uniform nor do they have any name tags or markings that they are an employee of the said establishment which is very unprofessional. The grocery pick up times are well into the evening after all the managers leave so if there is an issue there is no one at the store to solve the problem or resolve any miscommunication there may be...which I know if it were my store a manager would be on duty as long as my doors are unlocked for customers to do business.

Dillon's is my favorite place to shop! They have the best deals I have ever seen anywhere. The specials are unbelievable shaving off prices to sometimes over half of what they would be in other grocery stores , even beating out Walmart. I highly recommend this store.

Every single cart has broken wheels and wait time if you need a real checkout is insane. Literally waited 1/2 hour and thats common.Edit: wish I could give less than one star

Twice now I have ordered Fried chicken from the deli and have called in my order well over 24 hrs in advance and when I go to pick it up its not ready. Today the lady acted like she knew nothing about it. After waiting 25 minutes she then said she didn't have enough dark meat and I would have to wait another 15 to 20 minutes!! So I had to settle for white meat. I had ordered 60 pc total. Complaint was made to manager who just remained silent other than ask who I spoke to. . Very disappointed

usually a good experience going to dillon's. Need workers who pay's attention to people at the self check out. And I've bought expired juice from here but the manager tried to make it right and ensured me they would be checking for expired product's better.

I moved to Darrouzett, TX two years ago after living in much larger metro areas most if my life. I was very disappointed in the supermarkets available to me due to poor quality of goods and customer care. I was introduced to Dillon's and discovered there really was civilization avaulable;.we just need to drive 70 miles to find it! I have been a Kroger market fan for years so was very happy to shop there. The store staff is very helpful, the store is very clean, the produce is wonderful, the meat/fish department is awesome, the bakery is heavenly, and ......well, the whole store is "to die for"! I love it!!! Oh, yes, the rewards card is a budget saver, which makes it even better!! It is difficult to realize just how much one relies on having the services readily available until you move to an area that has very minimal services in just about everything you need. That goes from supermarkets to healthcare and banking.

It's close to home. Within walking distance of where I live. Only grocery store in town that is still just a grocery store and not a Supercenter. Don't have to walk a mile in the store before I get everything I want when it's only groceries I want. Can always depend on Dillons to have the freshest and the best of the Bakery and Deli departments

The people working there are normally friendly, but I work there so I'm a bit biased. We will always do our best for the customer, but we need to work on keeping some items in stock. We will always go find them in back for you though.

Perhaps the worst Dillon's I have been in. The restroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The employees could careless about being in a customer's way while stocking. The self check out stands constantly breakdown.

Staff are normally helpful and checkout lines are typically short. Clean and store brands are often reasonably priced. Service is equal or better than most stores in Liberal.

It's a grocery store in the Kroger family, so you can accrue and redeem Kroger plus points here. Kansas has weird alcohol laws, so they didn't have any decent craft beer when I was there.

I was appalled at the lines at checkout. One express lane checker and one for full carts. I'll bet there were at least 30 people in lines. We waited 30 minutes at the full cart line. It was ridiculous.
