I've been taking my fur babies to Shirley for over 13 years. They absolutely love going and seeing her!!! Never traumatic for them, she is an animal whisperer 😍!!!!! Very clean, very thorough and you can tell she loves each and everyone of her furry clients as if they were her own 💜!!!! We also have always boarded our babies when on Vaca and they love it, which is such a stress reliever to not have to feel guilty for leaving them. They love seeing all their friends and their second mom Shirley 💜💜 We highly recommend Critter Care!!!!

We've never had trouble getting an appointment here to have our dog groomed & haven't had to wait in line. We've been able to pick up Shiloh in two to three hours. Shirley is very efficient.

I love Shirley! She is very good with my pet which has a chronic disease. She is also patient with her when grooming her. Her grooming skills are impeccable. I won't go anywhere else.

Shirley does an excellent job. I have taken my little dog to her for approximately 5 years. Chunky monkey was a term of endearment regarding my little Ajax. I loved it as that's what he is.
