This restaurant was a nice little pic in a small town. The young people at the front counter were knowledgeable, patient, and versed in their menu items. The three of us ordered different items on the menu and each of our items came out delicious. We opted to have dessert at this visit which included a banana split a waffle cone with one scoop and a kid Sunday. The food was fresh and hot the dessert items were amazing. The portion sizes at this location were generous and plentiful.

The rudest employees!! They closed at 10:45… odd time to close but they turned off the speaker and let everyone in line just sit there! They didn’t say ok sorry we are closed nothing! 4 cars and me at the speaker! Just saying hello? I watched 5 cars ahead of me get their order taken. Then I go to the window and tap on it and the big guy inside mouths to me that they are closed. Of course you are! But how rude to just let all of us sit there. He needs to be fired and everyone inside needs training. A simple I’m sorry but we are closed would have been just basic human decency.

Idk what happened this time, I was pretty specific on the no tomato and add American cheese…well no cheese tomato added cold burger had to reheat and add cheese my self of course didn’t go back because I was home already also would like to add bottom bun was kinda soggy

Helen at the window was very rude and disrespectful. When I was waiting in line, watch them give a car in front of me my ice cream cone they had passed it back to the very back of their car gave it back to Helen and then Helen tried to give it to me and I told her I would like a new one. I watched her, give it to the car in front of me and they passed it all around and then she tried to give me the same one. That’s Disgusting. She then rolled her eyes at me, slammed the window and made me wait like five more minutes for a new one

Carlina what it said on name tag was rude and nasty when I ordered my food and didn’t give it to me til cold, customer service here is a joke especially if you gonna have someone like carlina. Bathroom was in poor hygiene conditions as well.

I love Braums breakfast. It's the most affordable good breakfast in town. The only downside is that every time I go there for breakfast, there's a herd of wild Boomers talking so loudly everyone in the restaurant is forced to hear their ignorant and misinformed conversations about things they refuse to fact check as they sip coffee for hours. So, get your breakfast to go. Your sanity will thank you.

The assistant manager was phenomenal. He went out of his way to help every single customer that was still in the lobby even after closing. How many times have you ever felt welcomed when the workers were supposed to clock out? NEVER. AMAZING Keep it up.

While on a bus tour vacation 40 passengers stopped for Sunday lunch. The service was quick and Very polite!!! It was a pleasurable dining experience!!!

I'm super late on this review but I'm here and I'm still thinking about that burger. I haven't had a burger that good in a while and I don't know who the cook was on that awesome day but he/she made me the best burger ever ❤️ 🏾 I don't eat out a lot and at the time Braums wasn't busy and I'm just glad I went! Thank you for caring about your quality of food you send out, your awesome 👍🏾 btw I do know that it's just a burger but it was a great burger!!💁🏾‍♀️ I want to add that the customer service has always been awesome as well, friendly people ❤️

Crazy busy that day, and the staff were trying the best they could to keep up, and all I could hear was them being yelled at by the boss. I'm not sure if they deserved it or not, but I thought that would be pretty humiliating. I mean the guy was actually yelling at them in front of everyone. Shouldn't that be done in private?

Our order was taken incorrectly so it cost us about $8 more than expected.We asked for it to go and it came out dine inWhen we got in the road and started eating the fries were under dinner and cold. So we couldn't eat them.The chicken tenders were disappointing at best.

Hometown ice cream shoppe. Good enough food.....amazing ice cream! Don't be in a hurry if you go here, never terribly fast..but it is good!
