Love that Ladow's sells local Kansas goods. And they collaborate with local businesses like Irrigation Ales brewery in a limited run of beer brats too!!

Small Town store in super friendly people we walked in and she asked if we were ready for lunch and they had an area where there was a buffet set up. We weren't planning on eating lunch but it was perfect timing what a neat little place

They only take cash! Such a wonderful person owns this place! Don't bring your atm card! Or, like me you'll be counting your laundry change out, lol! He even offered to let me mail him a check from California! Give this small business your business!

Everything about this place is amazing. The people are so friendly. As soon as you walk in its like you were there last week. People striking up conversations with you. The food is so so so so so good and the price I got a full meal and desert for 5 dollars. The geographic center is what people come to the town for the hospitality is why they'll come back.

If you want to go back to the way things used to be, at least around here. Drop in for a meal, or stock up if you are camping. Great food really friendly people. It is just like I remember 30 years ago in small town America. If we get in this area again, I will go outta my way to come back for another visit. Thanks to everyone there for your kindness.

I give this place 5 stars for the experience. People are very friendly. The set up feels homey and cozy. The food however is the worst I’ve ever had in my entire life and it ain’t exaggeration. I’ve lived in both rural and city areas but the food they serve at this place is quite something.HOWEVER! It’s that kind of place where things are so bad that they are an experience on to themselves. Go and see just how bad food can be to appreciate the quality you’re taking for granted in life.

Awesome small town shop. The only place around to buy souvenirs for the Geographical Center of the United States. They had magnets, postcards, coffee mugs and shirts. The prices were extraordinary cheap...the little diner had ham and cheese sandwiches for $1.50!!! Cash only, but totally worth it. Loved the authentic, hometown vibe.

Great old fashioned grocery store. Had all the essentials. The couple running it were great also. Only negative is that they only take cash. We went there twice. Prices a hair bit higher than mainstream but there is no mainstream for miles. They supply the small town of Lebanon with what they need. Visit if you can.

Very nice family owned store. They offer the locals a tab option and pay monthly. Get steaks at great price. My husband and I cake to visit my grandpa and wife for a week and ordered six ribeyes to take all the way back to Virginia in a cooler because knew we couldn't get steaks this thick and tender at this price or at all!

A hidden gem we stumbled upon in our quest for loot and souvenirs related to my wife's bizarre fixation with a soap opera that follows two brothers and two guys in overcoats all over Vancouver, BC... anyway, it's the geographic center of the continental United States. LaDow's has these souvenirs as well as a home cooked meal that will set you back less than the taxes you'll probably pay on a meal back home. Fantastic service from real people in the heartland.
