We usually don't have any issues with walmart tire center, but on 03/26/2024 I had went in an had gotten a new tire. it's now 04/12/2024 I was on my way to to work had gotten on the highway was going 65-70 mph so I was in the fast lane, when I heard almost like a blow out sound I was in the very left lane of the highway and was not able to get over. That left me with the choice of having to pull over on the left merger very dangerous by the way anyways a state trooper was behind me they would not let me get out until the tow truck driver got there. whenever i reached home and got out my tire was off and all my lugnuts were missing. I was able to jack it up and seen all my studs were jacked up one was broke and the rest were bent. Took it to a shop to get repaired they informed me that the lugnuts were either to tight or too loose! No arrangements for another vehicle or nothing everything was paid out of pocket. I was told they might accept the claim and they might not. Will keep you updated on if this situation gets resolved or not. **UPDATE** The claims department got back with me and told me even though they were the last ones to touch my tire it was not their fault everything the mechanic did was done correctly no steps were missed. their for they will not reimburse my $1,000.00 plus dollars!***

Tons of self checkout open with help on the side anytime I’ve ever needed it. Walmart pay is a game changer, I love it. And anytime I need a staff member they are always reachable or the person unable to help is willing and able to get someone who can. Great prices. Love their makeshift target cheap stuff at the entrance and their seasonal display at front. Also the only place I can consistently find alani mu in stock

Ordered tires from website ($400) in October, and employees refused to install them because they were "the wrong size" even though they were the same tires already on my car. So I re-ordered the size they suggested and have my scheduled appointment wasn't in the system, so after waiting for 3 hours I scheduled another appointment which was also lost. Im finally able to schedule an appointment after 4 months of getting the run around for them to say the new tires don't match and now I cant return them. Never use Wal-Mart automotive department.

I am a WalMart+ member. Reason being is delivery & shipping is free. I don’t always have transportation being a senior so home delivery is such a perk. There’s been a few issues in the past, but today took the cake! Ordered a hot rotisserie chicken & all the ingredients to prepare a particular recipe today. Upon delivery, no chicken, tortillas were past expiration & those lemons look like old, shriveling up fruit. Is there no check system in place? I received Zero notifications of being out of a product taking away my ability to substitute an item. That has always been an option in the past. I’m not feeling the pride in whoever is picking online orders. Surely they can see something is past selling or expired. And how was my order charged, packed, delivered without anyone catching mistakes? I received a full refund immediately after reporting an issue but the point here is- I wouldn’t have ordered anything if the main ingredient was unavailable.

It’s probably my fault for going to Walmart bakery but the cake I got for my party was an absolute joke. The border looked great but the handwriting looked like it was done by a toddler, was off centered, and looked like the work officer was spelt “officor”. Plus you could tell they messed up on the name and scrapped it off poorly. Extremely unhappy and will never order a custom cake from here again.

I absolutely hate going to this store. Bathrooms are gross. Store manager is a joke. Had to go back today because the person that checked me out didn’t give me all the items I purchased. This is about the third time. And when you gotta go back with a receipt and CS acts as if you’re lying. Just got back and I was being helped and while the Nice lady that was helping me went to get the items the other CS PERSON GOT JUST RUDE!!!! Some kind of CS SHE was! I wasn’t even working with her but she had to put her two cents in! What is wrong with people?! If you don’t like your job then go work elsewhere!!!! I do however know what’s it’s like to work there. It’s awful how they treat the employees!!! But still if your in CS act like you’re there to help, it’s your job!

Average Walmart. They've remodeled to look like other higher end box stores, but they've taken away large amounts of grocery selections that were previously there. Bringing in big names in clothing, but taking away the lesser priced options. Just frustrating. Limited check outs with cashiers, even less that take cash for the self checkout.

Since they remodeled in past year, the place has been noticeably cleaner and organized. The employees all seem pleasant, from my experience anyways, and very helpful. As for the environment…it’s Walmart, I’m usually very comfortable and relaxed but the shoppers that come in can be…questionable. Anyways, great staff and clean environment, it’s the best Walmart I’ve ever been to and I say that with God as my witness.

I didn’t get a name but this little girl needs to be fired. I highly doubt my brother was the first special needs kid to come to this Walmart but she sure acted like she’s never seen a special needs person before. She’s lucky my siblings were there or we could’ve got active and still can. Mean mugging special needs kids and yelling at them is absolutely disgusting.

Clean environment and friendly staff. Heather was very helpful with picking out a cake. The store looks clean and organized. Prices are reasonable, but variety on some items is not great.

Decent place. They usually have stuff in stock, but sections of certain items might be empty for days at a time. Store is usually pretty clean. Self checkout lines are always busy and the regular checkout lines might have two or three open. Walmart has started paying their employees more, which is great. But how many employees lost their jobs to a self-checkout line??

Walmart allows dogs in the store and the dogs are in the shopping carts. It's very unsanitary. Walmart cares about dogs over people who are spending their money.

Overall always have been pleased with shopping in the store. Staff are usually very helpful. Eye center is great. Only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because they recently reconfigured the store which makes finding things difficult at times. Will take sometime getting use to but the remodel looks great.

Only thing in our area and it is overwhelming they keep charging the store around. Who wants to sprint around the store when everything was organized just fine. Pharmacy at one end now and the hygiene department clear across the building. No more 30 minute lunch breaks to pick up a few things because you’ll be late back to work every time!

Posted: 2021Two years ago I gave this place 5 stars, because of how it use to be.Now:1. It's very dirty... for over a week the flour isle had flour ALLLLLLL over the shelves (over 2 yards) and floor...2. Things are out of stock for months at a time. I just wanted some spices to restock the ones I was low on. And there was no flour, or brown sugar for awhile (not sure about currently - I got supplies elsewhere).3. The people working here are NOT happy to be working here anymore. It's extremely rare to see a smile. They're not rude - in fact they're very helpful if you ask for help - they're just not happy anymore. They need to be paid SO much more!4. Usually the self-checkout line is very very long because the other checkout lanes are never all open. There might be 2 - 4 open at a time, but never all of them. And, those lines move very slowly, so there's usually only 3 people in line at a time. Why aren't more lanes open?? Or better yet, why not replace MOST of those with self-checkout??? It's wasted space - and bad customer service - to have so many lanes closed.Also, much to be improved with the Pickup Feature... ((pictures below))1. I was not notified in any way by the app that some of my items had been replaced with other items. When I came in person, they said it had been emailed to me... WHY email, why not a notification on the app itself??2. Some of the items were NOT fresh...!! Moldy stem on my bananas, and evidence a worm had been bitting holes in the grapes.3. The packers did a HORRIBLE job putting my groceries in the trunk - when I got home it was an AVALANCHE of food and the fresh fruit fell straight into the dirt. Why were the bags not tied, at least?

It's Walmart a necessary evil since they've run everyone else out of town. Service is normally friendly. Don't let the door checkers intimidate you asking for a receipt. Once you pass the register after paying they no longer have the right to stop and check you or your receipts unless they are going to accuse you of shoplifting or another crime.

While the store was nice, stocked, and quiet... automotive needs some serious help. I waited in line for over 15 minutes for a 5 dollar bulb that was locked up. This store is nice for everything else. But steer clear of this snail moving department.
