Terri Farley is scamming people online for thousands of dollars . The fact that her business is still operating is impeccable. Nevertheless I have filed a report with the Leavenworth Police department against Terri, and also against the Animal Corner. I have also filed an Internet Crime Report. The animal corner has also received a formal complaint to the Attorney Generals office for practicing an unethical business. Enjoy

I purchased a snake online on April 16th, 2023 I found posted on Morph Market by "Sassy Girl Exotics", which appears to be a reptile division of this store. I paid for the snake through their Venmo business profile. Unfortunately, I am in the middle of dispute the claim to get my money back for the purchase. While they were initially extremely responsive, this shop ghosted me once they had my money. After days of calling with no response and growing fearful that I was being scammed, I submitted a claim to Venmo. Though I do not know what this business is like in person, I strongly discourage anybody doing business online or over the phone with this shop. The service was simply unacceptable, but only once they had my money. I do not like to write bad reviews, especially for small shops, but the lack of communication and customer service was simply an unacceptable. I will not be doing business with this store again.Update #1: Venmo has sent this shop request for my refund. The dispute is awaiting a response from the animal corner. I was told this would be handled within ten business days by Venmo, so I am not sure what will happen when time is up. I do not suspect the animal corner will respond, but I will continue my efforts to get my money back. My frustration is growing, shame on you guys...Update #2 (April 27th, 2023): Still unsure why the snake I purchased was never delivered to me, and after being told by an owner of this store that the refund request has been approved on their end, I expected my money to be returned shortly thereafter. However, after speaking on the phone to Venmo Business support, I have been informed the seller has in fact not responded to the refund request. As the lies fed to me from this pet store build in numbers, Venmo assured me an investigation team will review the case shortly. Considering the evidence I have collected and submitted regarding the transaction and the owners of this business, I do believe I will be able to retrieve my money through Venmo. However, I remain prepared to take the owners of this store to court. This situation has me at a loss for words, I feel cheated, and I grow more and more frustrated with this business by the day. I can now confidently say nobody should visit this store, nobody should trust this store, and nobody should purchase from this store. I plan to continue updating my google review until this is resolved and receive the sum of money that rightfully belongs to me. At this point in time I hope to persuade others from doing business with these people and becoming involved in a situation like mine. I no longer feel bad for providing bad reviews on this store and will continue to do so until they return the money that rightfully belongs to me.Update #3 (May 2nd, 2023): This morning the Venmo dispute was finally resolved and I received my refund. This seemed to be an internet scam in all aspects. Based on my research, this store appears to have sold the same animal to multiple people over Venmo and lost track of which buyers were refunded. While this process was unnecessarily dreadful, but I am happy to have my money returned...

Will definitely not go there ever … Terri … has the worst attitude ever. Jesus Christ… I just called. Introduced myself asked for their name they responded “uh why are you looking for someone” no… I like to know who I’m talking to.. how much does it cost for a full service groom? Uh well depends. What is your dog. What do you want. What a total bitch… Jesus the worst attitude ever. I will make sure I don’t send anyone I know there strictly from first impressions… god help her.

Had an appt.today for first time. I arrived a little early & store was closed & locked up. Tried to call to see what happened & mailbox was full & couldn't leave message. Waited for 20 minutes & still closed. Drove 40 plus miles round trip & with price of gas, don't think I will go back.

Frequently the store is closed when the posted hours say they are open. It’s very inconvenient to drive out for something just to find them closed. It’s happened more than once. Otherwise ok.
