This place is a disaster and we avoid it all we can. 90 percent of the time they have people panhandling for money on their lot, their store is filthy and cluttered with inventory items, and multiple times the price tag is not correct. Yesterday, we went there because of a special Christmas event and did a little browsing. We saw a Christmas tree on display that my wife liked. The price tag stated it was on sale but nowhere did it say display model only. I carried the tree across the store to find out it was full price: I eventually spoke to a manager who was rude and disrespectful. It was my final straw with that store.

I usually despise Walmart. I'm a Union worker, but every so often because I don't have a choice I shop or do business there. This was the coolest Walmart I've probably ever been to; the customers, the layout of the store, and employees were so awesome. Maybe it was just a good day. I usually walk into any Wal-Mart and feel unwelcome because I wear Union shirts. Everyone was so cool

Watched the Deli staff purposely stock items in the wrong place because they were out of stock of that item. Asked her about it and she said she didn't care.She intentionally filled the space labeled turkey sandwiches with another sandwich simply because they were out of turkey sandwiches.I don't think that's professional or right. What do you think?

They are currently changing things up a bit - moving sections around. Got rid of game/arcade area. Moved Jewelry clothes and shoes.This store has had a couple renovations in the past- I don’t think they are doing anything too extreme/exciting right now. The original store version had a large entryway that promoted environmental conservation and recycling. Walmart hasn’t really lived up to that though. At least we are transitioning away from plastic sacks -now if I can just remember to take in reusable sacks of my own.I wish that they would put somewhere to sit back in - they used to have a McDonald’s and then it was a sandwich shop plus some benches by the front. Now all they have are chairs by the tires if you get your car worked on.

Since they’ve closed self checkout I now spend my hour long lunch having to wait 20-30 min to checkout with my 2 items. I understand that with people stealing this makes more sense the hire more cashiers for during the day or open a 10 items or less express check out that is strict on the 10 or less.

We normally can find what we are looking for, which is a good thing because when we are there, if we need help, we have to go looking for an associate. The check out lines are always 3 to 4 people deep, and it takes longer to check out than to shop. We will not do self checkouts! We are not employees of Walmart or any other store for that matter!

There’s a lot of self check outs for customers convenience but no tap-to-pay for convenience. The only thing about this Walmart I like is that it isn’t too dirty and the prices are cheaper than some other stores. Check out times are usually a 5-15 wait for me

Some cashiers would be nice if you decide to close all self checkouts. People don't want to wait in line for 10 minutes.Shopped Thursday 3/7 in the morning.

Took my Autistic son to go grocery shopping with me early Easter morning. I figured it wouldn't be busy and I was right. But the music was getting to my son and he plugged his ears. When he does this his I know I am about to experience a meltdown. Then over the PA in the middle of the song I hear them say we are now doing sensory sensitive shopping and the music stops. My son takes his fingers out of ears and I told my heart to be still. He is content and I almost break down crying in the middle of the store. I very much appreciate the store acknowledging sensory sensitive shoppers. I cried in the car on the way home. Don't let the bad comments presway you into believing this a bad store. It's not. A minor inconvenience like carrying a tree through the store or having to wait in line and they dont tap on the cc machine does not make the store bad. The store acknowledging a person has real problems and we should turn the music off so they can get what they need is good. That makes the store great.

So I asked her if it would be okay with me paying my items not only is this going to be one of the worst reviews I've ever left but this is the first step twords making my Formal Complaint! So a few days ago I was in this trash can of a Walmart took my E scooter all the way across town at the hotel next to chilli's to get there after I got off work so it was around 830pm and ill be the first to tell you im not the most approachable looking individual store would have looked better if a 2nd grade class stocked it. It took me a long while to get the things I needed and a few other things including a electric scooter just like the one i rode in on well it didn't have a price on it so i figured i would put it on my cart to at least price check it to see if the price dropped since I got mine went to go check out line was insane so i figured i would go to electronics to check out found some fishing magazines on the way back there no prices at this point just got off work and have spent 1 and a half hour in Walmart im aggravated get to the electronics check out i immediately and the cashier and employees personal drink container an informed her I found it laying on the floor but I believe it's an employee's and then I asked her about the two magazines for fishing do there being no price on them I didn't know if it was just informative literature or a magazine i had to pay for her response was literally I'm not sure so shortly following a awkward stare down of confusion i ask if i could pay for my items back there due to the long line up front she said it would be fine and was very pleasant we discussed my daughter's birthday that was coming up in doing so she ask if i had any bills smaller than 50 and 100 i tell her no she said she couldn't give me correct change if i didn't have anything smaller than 100 and 50 having & 1300 in my pocket the answer with no so I volunteered to go up front because I know they had a lottery machine and I had two winning lottery tickets as I'm speed walking back to electronics I see the same cashier talking to what looked like a manager or something I didn't really think too much of it except for hey did you ask him what the price on these magazines is if there is one in which she replied no I wasn't thinking about it. I said okay it looks like they're free jokingly as i was grabbing my stuff and at this point just ready to leave sick of being followed around like a profiled criminal they have a young man at the door checking receipts he check my receipt and then check what I had my cart everything checked out fine i get out the door and it hit me i still have that scooter so i pull my cart right next to the building to dubbel check my reset and all of the sudden 4 guys rush me i always have a firearm on me bad idea anyway they surround me asking if I had a receipt for the scooter as I'm trying to explain that is why I pulled up next to the building with a look of confusion right outside the front door I apologize showed them my receipt and said no I just wanted to price that check that I forgot it was on there after everything I went through inside and then they're saying okay I need you to come inside and have a conversation with me at this point I have a firearm on me just got off work I look rough 4 douchebag nerds that are thinking that their bouncers at Walmart going to be telling the police that are probably on their way that I'm a thief and my daughter's birthday is in a couple days I instantly inform them that I broke no law my receipt checked twice before I left the store I start to leave they start chasing me due to the fact of me having a loaded firearm to deescalate the situation I took off on MY electric scooter carrying a bag of the items that I purchased I wiped out the employees just stood there staring yelling profanities tell me I'm a thief and stay away from their store as I'm picking up my purchased merchandise that is broken now BLEEDING ill be calling up there today! After i go to the ER i should have stayed but was very tense situation

Got new earbuds, the electronics cashier was amazing and very friendly. They work great and I am very happy with them. The cashier at the regular cashier was great as well.

It seems like there is to much construction going on inside the store at one time with a lot of confusion,employees were no help and didn't know where merchandise had been relocated too it was a very disappointing shopping experience and recommend use the other store until this one completes construction.

Not sure about Wal Mart it's self but the automotive department kind of sucked. They weren't rude or anything they just would not help me for nothing. I walked next door to Toyota and the guys there drove me back in a car and helped me out. Boo you Wal Mart. LoL.

the WORST shopping experience ever!!! Some small man ran me over with a blue cart!! When I said ow that hurt man he hate crimed me!! I used to work at walmart for 10 years!! This is Gail Lewis!! Everyone wears mask, staff is always cleaning and spraying areas. There's always a floor machine on making sure the store is shiny. Friendly and efficient staff. They are always there to help you and make the best out of your time.

It's a Walmart. Usually only 1 full cashier is open. Online inventory isn't always accurate. Today I had to wait for 20 minutes in line to check out. There were 2 checkout lines but they were 5 people deep. With a full cart not everyone wants to go through the self check. Just to kill time I called the store and asked if they could open another checkout. The person said people were at break and she would see what the lines looked like. Walmart doesn't have to focus on customer service like other stores because they know people will put up with crummy service. 😵‍💫****Update 4/22/22. Google asks if my review has changed. No it hasn't. Still only 1 checkout line is offered, but Belinda was friendly and efficient.****Update 9/15/22. What a shocker!! 3 full service checkout lines open. Maybe because KU is back in session. 🤔

The truck driver that drives for our company was parked at the walmarts parking lot, and his trailer fell through the concrete, at the parking spot for handicapped . He is also a disabled veteran, which allows him to park on that spot. There were no signs showing he was not supposed to be parked there.Walmart did not care to pay for the damages. Walmart is pretty irresponsible and careless, especially when it comes to the certain members of the community. They denied responsibility, and they don't care for particular members of our community.

I was informed that I could not receive cash back for my return that I paid for with a debit card w/pin. Even though it clearly states that you can in the Walmart Returns policies. I was informed that the management has chosen to change that policy. How is that possible? No one could show me a policy that stated that the management could just change any walmart policy at anytime. I'm in town on a business trip and the customer service employees were very rude and very uninformed on Walmart's actual policies. I never spoke with a Manger. Some kid named Jade informed me that their management changed that policy and would no longer assist me.Their employees need to be trained better and more informed on Walmarts policies. Hopefully I will never have to visit this store again.

I'm here alot I bank here shop here weakly great prices large selection helpful staff,I usually go shop early since they open at 6am no crowds then and very peaceful they are in high gear with Christmas stuff and it seems to have started in june plenty of parking which they should invest some funds in too fixing some holes not much if anything has changed inside the store some items selling better then expected so supply is limited .as for self checkout it's still horrible if business is booming but it's growing on me and let's face it it's not going anywhere huh Walmart won that round lol weather you hate it or love it they seem to have the best merchandise available for the money spent maybe that's why Walmart is the largest employer in the world go figure.
