I frequent Tractor Supply's all over the USA but I have never met a friendlier staff than the folks in Lawrence, KS. Kudos to you for being helpful and acknowledging your customers.

This location is clean and seem to have a great variety. Went there for dog toys and boots. Needed a size 13 which is difficult to find but they had a couple options. Staff where helpful and nice and I always love it when they acknowledge my dog with a bone. Easy parking, no hassle checkout! Always love tractor supply!

Thoroughly enjoyed our sole Black Friday shopping experience. They had some good sales on ranch wear, gizmos and presents. We got a 60 volt lithium electric chainsaw for $140 that came with the battery! ...And it smells so good in there. I only saw one thing that I really wanted that I just thought was too expensive, and that was a Mustang calendar for $16. Their equine department is the best in Lawrence. Thank you tractor supply. The lady clerk was nice too. Very helpful

It was after 8pm and raining when I slipped into the Lawrence Tractor supply for chicken feed. Everyone was so helpful , I found what I needed and cashed out . They even helped me out to my car in the rain and helped me load my feed and took my cart back in for me . Thank you for the great service,

Well run store that has plenty of tools and animal supplies. Recommend this place to get your chicks to start a flock as allowed in Lawrence. Keeping in mind no matter how expensive eggs may get, chicken feed, treats and supplies costs more! Maybe just get some chicken themed knickknacks instead 🐣

left a review on tractor supply website for RM43 total vegetation killer. it was a negative review because IT DOESN"T WORK. Got an email from TS corporate saying my review did not meet their guidelines. I suppose they don't want HONEST feedback about their products.Don't buy RM$# total Vegetation killer. it does NOT work. Spent $300 for NOTHING.

They were the only store in town that had the chainsaw chain length that I needed otherwise I would of had to order it and be out of time to complete the job.

Just got off the phone with multiple employees at this location. They were less than helpful.. I ordered multiple bags of horse feed for curbside pickup and the first one I opened was moldy. They refuse to return it over the phone, even though I said I could easily send pictures. They demand that I drive 45 minutes, in the middle of foalings season, to return this one bag. The $25 bag of feed is hardly worth the gas but I guess that's what they were betting on. This is definitely not the first time I have found mold in their feed products.

Great service and super friendly. I showed up almost to close and Janet and Emily were super nice and told me it was no problem, helped me find what I needed and even gave my dog some treats. A++++ oh and their prices on my dogs food... cheaper than orschelns even when on sale.

Best TSC within 20 miles of my home! The store is stocked, the employees are polite, the store manager is knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help you. I drive out of my way to shop and support this store.

The had all the items I needed and they were easy to find. They emailed me a coupon for 15 dollars off of 100 dollar purchase but when I went to check out the coupon said it was already redeemed (even though I hadn’t used it yet) and they would not apply the coupon to my purchase. Ultimately I ended up purchasing nothing. I will be taking my business elsewhere after this encounter with the Lawrence Tractor supply

The incredible staff here makes all the difference! I asked for help to find what I was looking for. They immediately helped me find it, helped me carry it to the counter, and helped me put it in my car!In my hurry, I accidentally left my credit card on the counter. They called the credit card company, who called me, and kept it safe until I could pick it up.So in all aspects, the staff went way, way beyond my expectations.

Called around to find a zero turn mower and got to meet the store manager Rob who treated us like a friendly neighbor. He bent over backwards to in helping us, got us a trailer to haul our new mower and just made the whole experience something we want to return to again. Thank you Rob!

Good selection. Good prices.My old review was 5 stars. Now it it 1 star, we went yesturday to buy a overpriced item. Talk about sticker shock it used to be $3 now it is $10. When we went to the back to get it no one was there to help. Then an employess comes out on a fork lift makes a mess dropping dog food. We are waiting around looking for our product just to make sure we are getting the right one he tells at us he cant help us. He goes to help someone else. We just needed to be pointed in the right direction. We helped ourselves. The customer service we received yesturday was frustrating. We didnt need any help loading anything we just wanted to make sure before we unwrapped a pallet we were taking from the right stack. Train your employess in customer service better. To be polite and not yell at customers.

Store was small, so the isles were over packed. It made impossible to move a flat cart down several of the isles. Roof leaking inside the store. Poor selection and quantity of manna Pro feeds for rabbits compared to other. TSC stores. However staff was friendly.

Decent selection of lots of items. Not a place where you would get lots of hardware parts but they do have a little. The have lots of specials and the paper ads are always a help. A little off the beaten path but hopeful some other businesses take interest in the area.
