I have loved this pet supply store since you first opened. Most of the time the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Today, your employee must of been having an off day because she was none of the above. Even after she over charged me, no apology, nothing. I can only hope she will do better next time.

My wife and I became first time pet owners in April when we rescued a boxer/pit mix. Every time we’ve gone in they have helped us find all sorts of great foods, treats, and toys for our girl. They’re very knowledgeable, and have even given us resources on training, nutrition, and more. We are so happy and thankful to have Sunflower close by, and it feels great to spend our money at a local store. They truly are unparalleled!

I can't recommend Sunflower Natural Pet Supplies highly enough (even though it did lead me to have a gecko living in my house). My daughter was very interested in getting a Leopard Gecko. She had done a ton of research and was pushing very hard.Because she almost always wins, we went to Sunflower to learn more. I was hoping they wouldn't have much to offer or wouldn't know much about geckos (like the typical employees at the national stores).We talked to the Owner, and he was extremely knowledgeable about geckos and how they are as pets (pretty darn easy). He also gave us recommendations on the equipment we would need. And his recommendations weren't for highest priced equipment - even though he would probably make more money on that. He recommended quality over price.It was a great experience. Everyone should use Sunflower as their pet supply store!

Conner was very knowledgeable and helpful in our purchase process. He said they had a satisfaction guarantee, if your pet does not do well with the food you can exchange it and they donate the open bags to local organizations. There is a nice variety of foods, treats, shampoos, leashes, and a lot more. Prices are a little high, but it's a locally opened shop and the products seem to be of a good quality. Conner sold 'em well!

Very helpful and kind. I wish I remembered the woman's name, but my first time in was searching for something to replace the very expensive Farmers Dog for my senior dogs. She helped me compare ingredients and gave me a box of free samples of the food. My girls love the food and I'm thrilled I get to support local.

I went here looking for some day old chickens, quail or rabbits. The gentleman mentioned they didn't have any at their location but that they did have dehydrated raw food. He showed me what he had and talked to me about the quality. He also went over with me on what to look for in treats. I was very happy with how much information he had to offer and it makes me feel good to come back here for any of my other cat stuff.

Kind staff who are happy to see your pet. Pet food can get expensive but it's because it is literally the only place in town that carries truly amazing quality kibble etc. Its not flashy, but it makes up for it well with good quality products. I won't go anywhere else for my shar-pei/pit mix's food.
