Very disappointed with the grooming facility. The store is ok. I had an appointment for tomorrow and they canceled because I mentioned ticks (he does not have one tick) and he is on Brevecto. We have visited a vet. I dont recomend this place for grooming. I offered to take him there and show them. They didn't want to see. I will most likely will take him there anyways while I do my shopping. Its not a problem. I got a new appointment for him at another groomer who actually knows what thier doing. All good and I wont consider grooming at petsmart anymore. It's not hard to find a good professional groomer. 🤪

These groomers are not pet professionals. They are petty and play along with slander. It is not advised to get your pet groomed at this facility. They get one star because there is a toy one of my dogs likes that they sell. That's all.

Don't go to the Bauer Farms location! I went to buy a couple of gold fish and this lady starts asking me all these questions that I shouldn't have answered and had never had to answer before. However, when I said my tank was 15 gal, the lady tells me she can't sell them to me because it's too small. Even though they have 50-100 of the fish crammed into a 10 gal tank. Total contradiction! She then initially tries to steer me to other fish that are over $10 per fish, and I say "no, i just want these fish here" that wouldn't even total $1 for all of them. Then she says you would have to buy a bigger tank if I wanted to buy the fish. Naturally my son and I just walked out and said "we won't be back" to that location in west Lawrence. When we got into our truck my 7yr old son says and I quote "that lady tried to scam you". It's sad and hilarious at the same time that a little kid could see how disgustingly blatant she was when trying to push her agenda. The intrusive behavior borders on illegal practices that goes against your civil rights pertaining to your personal privacy. So if you don't want your civil rights violated and be potentially scammed, then avoid this location.

I can’t stop spending money at this store! Its great for spoiling my fur baby! I just bought a cute personalized collar that lets me track her using my smart phone, and this adorable hooded butterfly jumper.

So much pet stuff. Seems clean. I upped my rating from 4 to 5. Spanky doesn't like his Christmas tree sweater as much as we do though. We have a new dog now and she loves is also. Beef tracheas are her thing. Yummo. They did me a solid when I bought a kennel online that was out of stock locally also.

Finding her an indestructible, bacon infused, fetch ball was not. She LOVES it, and no, I didn't test the ball for flavor myself....

I normally shop here for anything my cat needs. Today I stopped in to see if they had any feeders as I own a Savannah and he often needs to eat raw. I was excited to see that they had pinkies and various size mice in their freezer section my cats, Cheech and Chong thoroughly enjoy everything we get from here

There used to be a guy there who was very knowledgeable about reptiles and helped me out a lot when I first got my leopard gecko. They all are always friendly and helpful. Also can sometimes find some great deals there.

Its okay. Petsmart is definitely not the cheapest. We have to go elsewhere for dog treats, because our picky Husky only likes the best. Otherwise, we usually have all our needs met and the customer service is consistently good.

I took my dog to Petsmart to be groomed and they did a fabulous job. Kate came home with a report card which answered some of the questions we had on how well she did. Since this was our first visit we received $10 off our first grooming. They also scheduled her next appointment. Kate came away one happy dog.

My only critique about the company is that their online prices do not match their in-store prices. You can show the online price at the register and they will match it, but why? Both prices should be the same. Otherwise, things were easy to find and the cashier was very nice.

Went in for cat toys and bought several. The very same laser pointers were in 3 different places with $1 difference in price. Of course what rang up was the higher; staff just said, "Oh." Kind of a quality control thing. She should have offered to make it right but I didn't want to bother for $1. Cats loved 1/2 of the toys - that's cats for ya'!

It was time for a dog bath! You can tell that the groomers love dogs and Lauren was so good with my large Blue Tick. Lauren provided a written checklist (ears swabbed, coat brushed, etc.) and let me know that the blow dryer made my dog nervous so her paws weren't totally dry. Fine by me and appreciated by Blue. Nails were nicely trimmed. Will go back another time!

Avoid getting your dog groomed by Terry. She claims that she works with goldendoodles, but can’t even last 10 minutes drying a dog with high energy. I have a groomer in the family who works in a different country and she never had a case where she needed to tell someone she can’t groom their dog... She did my dog’s eyes unevenly, trimmed her nails and gave her a bath and then just left her in a nasty kennel to dry... Voice mail told me not to pick my dog up for 2 hours because she was drying. Obviously I came straight to the store and picked my dog up... I’d rather dry her at home than have her left alone in a kennel with nobody there... Then she charged us 50$ for what?? Giving my dog a bath and giving her anxiety? So disappointed. Again, never go to Terry. Good to notice that was our third time coming there and the first 2 times it was amazing and our dog loved her time there. Curious if someone just can’t do her job (Terry).

Staff is very friendly and happy to help with any questions. There's also a large product selection, and some very affordable and fun toys. I got my dog a giant asparagus chew toy that had several squeakers. The thing is like 3 feet long, has lasted her a month (she is notorious for destroying toys in under 10 minutes), and only cost $10.

The staff at this PetSmart are amazing. We adopted a shelter dog three months ago. They have been there for us every step of the way. When our new dog wouldn't use the restroom on the leash, the cashier went to get the dog trainer who reassured us and gave us some tips. When we had an issue with the bed we purchased they made it easy to return. Twice we have taken Scooby to get a bath. He is still very timid when we leave him somewhere. The grooming staff has gone above and beyond to try to make him comfortable. They are all very very sweet with him. Last time the groomer laid on the ground to give him kisses before heading back with him. We can't say enough good things about this store. All of the staff care deeply about pets.

I love that this store is in within walking distance, and the all of the quality products that are available. The staff are so always so kind and incredibly helpful with questions. We were in there last week and had a very thoughtful employee tell us all more about fish than I ever knew :)
