Normally would be 5 but today has been the first time I’ve ever had a negative experience at this location. The guy checking me out lied about applying the coupon and then was rude when I called him out on it and had him fix it. He did fix it but with many snide remarks and comments to another employee as I was leaving.All the other employees and manager have been nice and the store is clean and organized. My dogs are shy but like the groomers. I’ve been going to this location for three years and hope this is the only time this happens since this is my preferred store.Thank you for reaching out

3.5 stars. Not the worst Petco I've seen. Their plants are too expensive. Prices overall aren't great unless you get a sale, but the sales are fire. Some of their fish look bad. HOWEVER... when compared to other chain pet stores this store has been better than average whenever I go, particularly Betta fish. The cups are clean, and fish seem to be healthy even though cups aren't ideal. 3.75 stars....

They are ok, not my favorite I wouldn't recommend buying live pets. On more than one occasion I have experienced a pet not doing well the same night I purchased it from this store. Never a problem at PetSmart or Pet World!Other than their 1$ a gallon tank sale once in a while I don't have much good to say other than the staff is usually mostly friendly.

Great store. Great people. I do wish there were more employees there but, I know how money works. I have appreciated all the advice offered to me by the staff when I was recently gifted with an unexpected 1 year old (big) puppy. I have always been a cat person so, I was in over my head and the people at Petco helped me figure out what to do next. Three months later, I have a pretty good friendship with a dog I never knew I wanted and now could never part with. Thank you for steering me in the right direction.

refuse to answer the telephone, so I could ask about the availability of product. I get to the store and there's multiple employees in the store, trying to avoid any possible work, socializing with each other. So I looked through the store myself, and never found what I was looking for, and they just continue to ignore me. Otherwise, somebody's getting paid for doing nothing, I have no damn idea.

My choice for dog groomers. Most reasonable pricing, friendly staff, most flexible with last minute appointments. They were available and worked with me when PetSmart wouldn't for a new puppy and they've had my business ever since.

Katherine, the store associate who helped me initially in-store was phenomenal. Exceptional customer service and product knowledge. I had the chance to buy from Jeff Bezos and two other local retailers. PetCo for the win.

I love everyone at Petco and the store itself so I don't want to give them a bad review but nothing is being done about their one employee Dani Walters. She is not only rude but she has and continues to se*ually harass customers and even her own coworkers. It is disgusting and extremely inappropriate behavior. The fact that she is allowed to still work there after having multiple complaints from customers and coworkers is beyond me. Not only that but she has repeatedly proven how she is unfit to be a manager. She is not only lazy but unprofessional as she will repeated yell- and I mean yell- at her coworkers to do multiple different tasks when they are clearly busy while she sits at the registers making rude comments about them. Not only is she abusing her title of manager but she is verbally abusing her coworkers and customers. Something needs to be done about her because she is consistently driving customers away with her attitude and inappropriate behavior. The fact that Petco would allow this behavior to continue with no repercussions is negligent.

David the assistant manager went out of his way to be very rude to me in the parking lot.Suddenly a small red fiat was honking at me many times from right off my bumper. I was very confused as there was plenty of space for him to go by. I was off to the side of the lot, getting ready to park. I got out and asked what was wrong? He yelled at me, with a lot of emotion,"you need to be in a designated parking spot"! I thought he sounded silly. I asked him if he worked there. He said he was the store manager and drove off. Turns out he is a assistant manager. I talked to the store manager Gabe, who was returning on his lunch break at 1:30. Gabe the store manager was completely indifferent to the matter, offered up zero apology.

Last two times we have brought our pups here for grooming they have come home with fleas.... We typically spend almost 200 in grooming each visit. Safe to say we will not be returning.

I saved $10 off of the normal order I get due to sales on Whole Hearted canned dog food and Merricks Fresh Kisses! The staff if friendly and extremely helpful. I always have a good experience there and so does my dog Lucy. She loves Petco and looks forward every week to go.

My pup is 2 years old and I’ve been taking her here since she was 3 months old. She went through the puppy classes and now I take her every 6 weeks to get a bath and her nails buffed. Everyone here is so amazing to her and it’s actually difficult to get her to leave. The groomers have started walking with her to the door because she doesn’t want to leave. I can not sing enough praises for the groomers here! We both look forward to every visit!

Our dog Bentley loves Petco grooming ladies, so caring and being able to handle such a large dog. Vicky is amazing!One thing, every time we go to buy Purina Pro Plan Large breed can and Giant breed, they don’t have it. Hope in the future they considered to keep it in stock. Weirdest experience. Went to buy a few fish for a new aquarium. Got the third degree about my setup. Then was told she wouldn’t sell me one of the ones that I wanted. Wouldn’t work in my aquarium. ???? I’ve had this fish in multiple aquariums from before this girl was born. Arrogant as —-! Won’t go back.

It only takes a couple of times going here to know exactly where everything is. Very well organized. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I love shopping there. I won't take my dog back for a haircut though; paid WAY too much, didn't notice the difference. My little Pomeranian is so fluffy, he needs it cut down low for summer. He was BARELY trimmed. 😔 Poor lil fella. Maybe they just didn't know how to do it. But, if they aren't trained to give proper cuts...maybe don't charge for a proper cut? 🤷🏼‍♀️

I bought my grandson his hamster for his birthday here yesterday. The sales staff were kind helpful and knowledgeable. We got a nice starter cage, bedding, exercise ball, food and snacks for a reasonable price. I will definitely shop here again!!

Shannon was an exceptional groomer. It was my first time there as I had moved from out of state. I had gone to the same groomer for 15 years. Shannon is a warm and loving person to both humans and animals. She was attentive to the pictures I showed her and the details of the cut I wanted. She executed it with perfection. She is a professional groomer who loves her job. She will be my dog’s groomer from now on. I am so thankful to have met her and am most appreciative of her love of her work and professionalism. Well done!

Shannon is amazing. She was so very gentle and loving to my senior dog. The extra care and attention she gave my baby was very heart warming. As a former client of pawsh wash, I have found my new groomer. Thank you Shannon for being such a great person and dog lover. Will see you next time.
