This is the best self-serve dog wash in Lawrence! I take my dog here every 2-4 weeks and have always been happy with the amenities and service offered. The shampoos and conditioners smell great and get my dog super clean (my favorite is the Argan oil). I also appreciate how powerful the velocity dryers are. I’ve been to several other self-serve dog washes with weak dryers and it always makes the drying process so frustrating and tedious. Not at Pawsh Wash! Here it only takes 10-15 minutes to dry my large, double coated dog and get him ready to go home. In addition to their self-wash and full-service grooming, Pawsh Wash also has a large variety of dog food, treats, and toys available. It’s really convenient being able to buy my dog a reward to take home after his bath without having to stop at another pet store.

I used the self wash station, they provide access to shampoo, conditioner, the drier, and everything you need to clean out their ears, flea combs, all of it for $15. The staff was super friendly, answered all of my questions, and I was able to purchase a treat for my pup on the way out. I will definitely be back here again.

They were able to get me and my new rescue pup in quickly, the staff were friendly and great "dog people", and made the experience so easy and stress free! We're treating my dog for an ear infection and they were very careful about that and his first grooming experience was a success! We will definitely be making Pawsh Wash our monthly grooming location. Also a big shout to Amber, she did a fantastic job!

I took my dog there for a basic nail trim because our normal lady at Sunflower Pet Supply was out of town. The guy behind the counter was unwelcoming and rude. He then took my dog back for her trim in an aggressive manner, pulling very tight on her leash and collar. I paid double what I normally pay for a nail trim and when he came out he said he was barely able to trim her nails because it was down to the quick, which I know not to be true. So, I was treated poorly, my dog was treated poorly, and the job was less than satisfactory. I should have read the reviews before stopping in to this business.

I still trust Pawsh Wash but this last encounter really made me laugh. This is NOT a Pekingese cut. I laughed out loud when I saw my 12 year old pup when I picked her up after the cut. I think the groomer was having a laugh at me. :-)

Went in for nails cut and anal glands secretion n my boy is feeling much better.. A huge ty I didn't even know y he needed that but they informed me because I had no idea y now that he is 10 1/2 needed a secretion I exclaimed he never needed it b4. I thought it might b cuz i changed his dog food about 6 months ago. They told me rest assured it's probably NOT there dog food change but probably his AGE thx ladies!! He sure felt much better and ran around like he was 6 months old again!!!Ty so much it means the world to me he is feeling better....Went back today he hour his nails trimmed I have yo b honest it was a bit traumatic for him but then I thought I could calm him if he saw me but I think it made it worse I'm so sorry ladies you r the professionals, I should of never butted in........

Great experience! Our first time there and came during happy hour which was great. $10 wash plus a $3 turkey neck, his first, equals a happy doggo and dog dad.The self wash station was well maintained and easy to use and the shampoo and conditioner (also a first) did a great job and I’m excited to see the dried results. My dog was absolutely terrified of the blow dryer so the provided towels did a great job.Staff was super helpful and pleasant and I saw some things I hadn’t seen at Petsmart and other store so I’m happy to know there’s another place to find dog related items.Lincoln and I give it two paws up!

We adopted our dog, Daisy, a month ago. She is nervous around people and other dogs but desperately needed grooming. I was nervous for her first cut but Pawsh Wash did an outstanding job. They were very professional and gave her a great cut! Nikki was experienced with nervous dogs and knew how to care for Daisy. I would recommend this place and definetly will be back!

Taking in my two babies by myself was a chore within it's own and I was happy to hear that they could kennel one of my boys while I washed the other. The staff at Pawsh Wash take great pride in their work and love their furry clients. We often visit on Fridays for $5 nail trims and the staff always have great suggestions for supplies and pet care. Love this place!

The self wash is great as long as you use the shampoo in the push bottles instead of the squeeze bottles. The squeeze bottles contain basically just water so use the stuff like the honey shampoo. Also look around the room because there is face and ear cleaner hidden around, as well as brushes and combs. Helpful staff, decent prices, much better than washing at home and much less cleanup afterwards.

Do not compensate you for their mistakes. Even if it does harm to your animal... update gave them another chance. Dropped him off Friday and got a call that they severely cut him and I had to come get him to take him to vet. They had me take him to Dr. Lewis Veterinarian. Who had told us quote " they get a quite a few pets injured by them" and didn't understand how someone could hurt a dog that badly. I now have a scar on my dogs right leg and one on his neck now. With pictures to prove it.

I've been here three times, and every time, the groomers ignore my instructions. My dog is extremely anxious. Her nail trims are successful when I'm in the room, she is muzzled, and she's on a raised, enclosed platform. The first two times, they had me in the room but ignored the other instructions until she snapped at them and the trim took an hour and a half. This time, the lady ignored all my instructions and came back five minutes later saying my dog wouldn't stay still and was biting so she gave up. It's almost like I know my dog and you should listen when I say you need to muzzle her and I need to be there. Huh.

I bring my anxious German shepherd StanLee here for baths after he’s a Mutt Run muddy mess. They’re wonderful at giving him space and handling him in the most gentle way. They have great post bath treats too. The shampoo and conditioner smells good but is on the runny side but otherwise we love coming here!

Bobo, our dog, absolutely loves this place because the people working there are incredibly kind and attentive to him. They not only give him a thorough bath, but also pamper him with love and attention, making him feel like a prince. They are also extremely skilled in trimming his nails perfectly.The staff is friendly, efficient, and always goes above and beyond to make Bobo feel comfortable and loved. They spoil him with attention he loves. They baby him, spending quality time with him and treating him with utmost kindness.Thanks to this amazing team, Bobo always looks forward to his visits and comes back home feeling happy and refreshed. Just spent 20 minutes driving across town because their pre-recorded message said the self wash wash open until 8:30. When I got there at 6:17, they told me in a condescending tone that I only had 13 minutes to wash my dog. When I informed them on the information given by the phone recording, all they had to say was, “yea, they need to fix that.” I’ve been a customer for 16 years. I don’t plan on going back.

We used to take our dog here for the $5 nail trims which have been discontinued (likely due to unknown futures related to the pandemic). Our dog is very old and frail and they trimmed her nails so carefully and we’re incredibly calm and accommodating for her. The front staff person was excellent and very friendly as well! Definitely still worth it!

This was a needed service while on vacation from west Tennessee.

Very disappointed in the “management” at this establishment.I spent 30 mins talking to a lady on the phone about getting my dog bathed and groomed, I’ve never brought her to a groomer. The lady was very helpful and accommodating, answered all my questions, made helpful recommendations, etc. the call ended with me jotting down 2 next available times and I needed to ask a family member what time worked for them then I would give a call back and schedule.I called back within 10 minutes and a guy named Max answered. What a complete opposite experience. He was very rude, not accommodating at all and told me they didn’t have tome to see my dog, despite the information the lady 10 minutes ago told me. Very snarky and unwilling to listen as I tried telling him I literally just spoke to a lady with a game plan. I asked to speak to someone else as Max was clearly not interested in my business and he told me he was the manager. Super unprofessional and concerning. Not somebody I would want managing my facility or want to bring my pet to with the lack of respect and customer service. Beware.

Very handy,they supplied all the shampoo, conditioner and towels. Just bring your own water, ha ha. They have drying stations also. The staff was very friendly and Hava a large variety of dog/cat food and treats. Only $15.00 for all the washing you can do to one pet. Loved it.

My rescue dog is fearful of other dogs and gets very stressed out anytime she’s around dogs she doesn’t know. The staff were so sweet and accommodating. They helped me get her into her tub, blocking other dogs on the way, and made sure she was safe and comfortable. It was a great experience for both of us! Thank you!
