It's a dollar general so you can expect much, the 1 employee that I saw was very nice. The water wasn't working when we used the bathroom to wash our hands, stuff every where, different prices or wrong prices, then they have a self checkout. Stuff wasn't ringing up right, couldn't take my coupons because we needing an employee which can find any. All DG are like this the work them to death and expect a few people to do everything the higher ups need to do better!!

Lansing store wouldn't honor 6 ad tags of $5 off blankets, saying it was a typographical error and they didnt have to honor the tags they had put up. They just took the ad tags down.

I was just at this store as I'm getting my laundry soap and walking down the isle I slipped and fell hard is some pinesole of some sort if my hip and knee hurt any worse I will be going to the hospital and will be filling a suit, I know it's on camera and when my fiance hollered hey the guy working says I heard it fall.. my fiance said no you just heard my fiance fall he did nothing besides go get wet floor signs didn't even act like it mattered nor asked if I was ok it wasn't my fault the floor was soaked so was I literally and I know it's all on camera....as a follow up the manager did not make an incident report and refused to give his last name I am now at the ER because I couldn't even work today I'm that sore

Walked in the place smelled like urine. Although the shelves was stocked it was very tight you could really move around in the store or turn a corner with knocking into a shelf. The layout is all wrong place needs to be organized better. Nice staff very friendly and helpful.

Convenient, has a decent selection at decent prices. I couldn't get all my groceries here (they don't carry everything) but they're good for stuff you forgot and don't want to go to the grocery store for. They make me leave my baby bag at the counter which is annoying and makes it way less convenient, since if I need anything for the baby while I'm in the store I have to go back to front to get it.

Sale items didn’t ring up correctly then when I told the clerk she questioned me. Then she had a male employee check it and I was right, then he went to fix the transaction and I was charged an extra outfit. It took me 20 min to try and figure out my receipt because it didn’t print clearly. I only picked up those items on sale to save money not to get over charged. Dollar general is nothing like it use to be. I won’t be going back.

This store has a variety of goods that would interest anyone. The store can be scattered and sometimes hard to find what you are looking for, but I like the store for reasonable cost holiday decorations. Also, school and craft supplies for my granddaughter. Cleaning supplies can cost more than at other stores, so it is good to be aware what cost of items are elsewhere, before purchasing items. You might not be getting the best price.

It is clean. The employees are incredibly nice and helpful. It is also very convenient when you don't want to go to the larger alternative on Eisenhower Rd. It is also very convenient that they accept EBT! All in all I really enjoy shopping here!

Great place to get the stuff you need at a low price and it is easy to find everything for my family. I love shopping here. My kids absolutely love the toy isle. It's the first place, we go when we walk in the door.

I go to this Dollar General only because it's close. This place is very crowded. They have too much product for the store to hold. The restroom is a nightmare!!!! The product on the shelves needs to be more neat and organized. The only thing I can say positive about the store is that the staff is friendly.

People always freindly and fun out here.They make my weekly shopping a pleasant experience . Because of smiling faces and this store is more organized then others I have been in. They are always busy doing their jobs with great attitudes.

The shift manager is very unprofessional and immature. But it is Dollar General, so you expect poor service. But this statement is untrue because I have shopped there and have had outstanding customer service. But this individual really gives customers a horrible taste in mouth.

Is a quick and easy store to hit on my way to work. It may not always have exactly what I'm looking for but I know I will find something comparable. Only draw back is sometimes the register computer has a glitch and slows down the check out process. Other than that I'm glad I have one so close.

I was just in this store. I left a cart behind full of $100 worth of merchandise, due to an employee named Betty whom was too busy stuffing her face full of pizza rather than being civil and walking back with me to do a price check. But she was lazy and continues eating her pizza. I walked up, had my phone in hand, showed her my digital coupon , explained to her that this specific coupon wasn't pulling up on my phone and there was a sign attached to the item and she was rude and spoke to me as though I was stupid and said "welp, I guess you won't save that money. " Welp Betty needs to learn some customer service skills or maybe stay retired because she is very rude.

There weren't any boxes blocking aisles. Shelves were all stocked. This was the best this store has looked in years. Great job.

The cashier was great. She called for an associate to come help with registers but no one showed up. It was definitely a wait to get checked out, however the cashier was great.

I shop at 403 N Main street Lansing with new Quick trip store Grand opening Wednesday I would like to see Dollar general corporate two build new store on big acre of land on main street Lansing Kansas it's can been Done people said year's no way Quik trip corporate office would invest money contractor city hall buying out owners bulldozer buildings well after 1/2 year it became reality City Leavenworth resident nextdoor two new remolding Aldi,s in July 2019 been at 1217 N Main at lights across Eisenhower road 2001 they had moved from downtown Leavenworth 120 S Broadway now over the years Goodwill thrift store thanks 😊 history chamber of commerce

Staff is usually not very friendly. Went there at 830 this morning and doors are locked. Staff walking around inside. Sign on the door says hours are 8 am to 10pm. Must be nice to be able to open whenever you want.

I went in for a belt and was able to get one. With stores closing early due to COVID-19, I had to find a store that was open. Great coupons for laundry detergent.

With the store as a whole it's decent with a few areas for improvement. Poor staffing probably due to the high turn over rate. But overall experience ok.

For some reason, all DG stores I've shopped in seem to think it's ok to have tons of boxed inventory in those "cage-type' carts all over the store and almost every aisle has to have items displayed in floor displays rather than leaving clean, clear aisles! Really makes the stores hard to navigate...ESP with wheel chairs!!!!I usually only shop at DG because I'm taking someone else. I don't like cluttered aisles!!!!

Good prices, but the parking lot has BIG holes. Drive slow , they can tear up your tires. With those fixed, I would rate it much higher.
