This place was an unexpected find in the tiny town of Kiowa, KS. I was expecting something like a worn out, old 10 or 12 room motel. Instead, we pulled into a very nice and welcoming place. Continental breakfast, very nice dining area, comfy lobby with access to a guest computer, washer/dryer access, wifi, vending machines, amazing coffee and the cleanest rooms (with fridge, microwave, tv, blow dryer, iron). Staff was amazing as well! I didn't want to leave :)

Very clean and cozy. Great service. Amenities are what you might expect from a small motel, minimal, but very clean and welcoming for a small, remote, town! Great experience.

Clean and cozy with very friendly service. The rooms are small but I didn’t mind that one bit. There’s a huge selection of TV channels and good wifi. Only issue is that the water pressure in the shower was pretty bad.

I was given a 4 hour notice to work in the hospital at Kiowa for two nights. When I finished the first shift I asked if this hotel allowed early check-in. The manager offered me breakfast and gave me a quiet room at the end of the hallway. I have had other hotels charge me for two days when I had a similar situation. The manager not only charged me for just one night/day he gave me a discount. I will definitely recommend this clean, well decorated, and friendly hotel to others!

This place and its owners are great. We have stayed here several times over the past few years. Tonight we got in late with no dinner and no place in town to get any so the owners offered us peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, plus milk and cookies. Talk about Midwestern hospitality.

We stayed there for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. April went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of and had everything we needed. She is super friendly and we had some great conversations about the history of Kiowa and surrounding towns. I'm not a huge coffee drinker but they have the VERY best coffee that is offered 24 hours a day and we drank more than I care to tell you. The entire motel is spotless and the beds are comfy. Did I mention the amazing coffee? If you are looking for a clean, quiet and friendly atmosphere, this is the place for you. Again....the coffee is out of this world. There is a grocery store and a couple of restaurants right down the road. The location was a close drive to other surrounding towns that are waiting to be explored. AND DON'T FORGET THE COFFEE!!!!!!

I was in town for the local Rodeo. What a wonderful pleasant stay! Clean modern room with local staff that was courteous and hospitable. The owners are very obviously proud of their local establishment and want to keep it that way. I will certainly be back!

The room was VERY clean, the bed was amazingly comfortable, the entire property overall is clean and safe. Faye is a peach, would highly recommend this place!!!

Very clean and comfortable room. I was able to check in early without any problem. Very friendly staff. If you're in the Kiowa area and need to spend the night, I highly recommend the Kiowa Motel.

I was very surprised that there is a a place this nice to stay in a small town. Rooms are clean and nice. Comfortable beds and pillows. Staff was very nice and helpful.

This is a hidden gem!!! The rooms are cozy, the bed is comfortable and the whole place is very clean!!! The breakfast is great and they have real silverware!!! The owners are WONDERFUL...all in all a very enjoyable place to stay!!!

If you're ever here, this is The place to stay.1. I'm a hotel snob. I don't just lay my head anywhere.2. Rooms WAY CLEAN.3. Plush toilet paper.4. Beds. Waaaaaay comfortable.5. Staff. On point. Goes above and beyond.6. Builders will play skipbo with you at 10pm (they're ruthless tho.)7. Owners will teach you the egg in the Styrofoam cup trick (ask for it)8. Great cable and wifi.9. Just mark my words ... this is THE place to stay.10. Did I mention they have W/D on premises? Yup. They do.

Pros: Clean rooms with a comfortable bed.Cons: The walls here are paper thin. I could here entire conversations from the rooms on either side of me. The room is also a bit on the small side.
