I am from out of town, my own town has 2 dollar generals so when i went to kinsley's i was disappointed to see that sales were not marked making it easier for shoppers (example 2/$12 coke products or 3/$11 pepsi), they did not have paper adds to look at fkr the sales, and they did not have a clearance section like all other dollar generals so in order to find the sales you must have your phone with the dollar general app to scan. I ended up giving up on my shopping trip there and waited until i got back to my home town.on a positive note i think that its great they have self check out and the people of kinsley have more selections for stuff rather on relying on one store, or driving to dodge.

Stopped by the other day and all i could hear was 2 of the staff talking about their exes stalking them on TikTok. Boxes and product laying on the floor cluttering aisles and fire escapes blocked. Took over 5 minutes to get someone to the cash register so we could check out.

This store is very clean compared to the other surrounding dollar generals. The staff is always friendly and actually assist you if you need help! The new manager has made good changes and the old staff is not longer there !

The employees that work at this store are really good people and this store is really in a good spot right by the highway to stop if you need something when you are going through there when it is opened on it's hour's threw the day.

I love the fact that this store came to Kinsley, KS. However I really wish that the "key holder" Crystal was not such a rude and inconsiderate person, not only to myself but also to her associates!!!!! I will travel to Dodge City to do my shopping!

Terrible service. Asked to use the bathroom before shopping and was denied. Store was very cluttered with items laying on the ground in the aisles. Do not stop.

They have definitely remodeled and rearranged things from the last time I was in there (the store looks great) workers are very friendly

Would have chose no stars if possible. They have the worst customer service. They are always out of product. Their store is always a disaster. They need to set down their meth pipes and worry more about their jobs!!
