We went in there to get drinks, there was only 1 woman working the register while 2 others were in the back talking. When one of the women in the back noticed that there was a long line she came out being rude and informed customers that they weren’t selling alcohol today without any reason and to buy their things and get out. I get nobody wants to work on Christmas but there was no need to be RUDE and HATEFUL!

Never a fresh pizza, or any hot serve sandwiches or popcorn chicken, etc, when I go. Slushie machine is constantly down, always out of stuff in stock.. don't offer half of the hot serve foods as other Casey's around. They are by far the worst Casey's I have ever seen.. only a handful of nice, friendly employees.. Miranda being one of the nicest there.... Idk if Jessica is the manager still or not but she is rude as h.e.l.l. but sadly she has trained everyone in her ways of poor customer service (my personal opinion). I quit going into this Casey's because of Jessica, I would rather drive to Casey's in Cheney before I ever step foot in Kingman's Casey's again..Parking: Parking lot is soi small and awkwardly laid out that I am surprised there are NOT more accidents in the parking lot... People park very weirdly because theirs no direction for parking. As well as main parking area is butted up to pumps. With cars barely squeezing past each other and blind spots like crazy because everyone cramps their SUVs in as close as they can to get as close to the door as possible..

Love Casey's stores .but this one to my surprise was dirty .even parking lotI managed this store years ago .made nice bonus butI also had manager I thought was hard.. but she wasn't. I see now. Wow kids today are allergic to a broom. AND CLEANER. Sad to see the store like that.. but still good food and fuel.

Cashiers were very nice every time I have been here in the morning. But unfortunately that’s about all I can say positively. Have been here 4 times in the last seven days 45 mins after they open. No donuts no breakfast pizza. The only thing out food wise we’re sausage egg cheese crescents that were still cold. After visiting the afternoon the line toCheck out gets extremely long and the person in the office doesn’t come out to help.

Floors are always filthy, normally the cabinet tops as well. Management only works during the morning shift never on weekends. Unless they are short handed. They don't help Unless it's necessary. Reason I know this is because I work there and currently looking for another job. They don't train you worth a flip. I'm a fast learner and they would walk off my first and second day. Then because I have a medical condition and have to eat. I'm only allowed when 1 person is there. Joy. She's not even Management. She puts me in the sub area. I do not want to be there. She knows this. Customers are requesting that I'm put back on the register. She (Jessica) also stopped saying a word to me. I've done nothing to this person. I'm a highly educated woman. But because I'm on disability I can't do what I went to college for. I assume she's jealous or I told my brother to stay away from her. She hits on him every time he goes in. Corporate has been called several times and they do nothing. Unless you can stand trash all over parking lot, credit card machines at pumps that don't work, can stand the filthy inside and a line all the way to the back of store because only 1 cashier is all they have in the evening, get what you need before you hit Kingman. It's unfortunate that it's the only gas station in town!!!

Tried to return a set of wireless ear phones I purchased two days ago because they didn’t work. Wanted cash back not an exchange. Had the receipt. She couldn’t return it because a manager wasn’t there. Yes it is the weekend but that shouldn’t matter. I don’t live in that town just passing back through. So I lost my money I guess.

In the past been a great place to stop to get the munchies needed to make it home. Saw the people making pizzas not wearing masks correctly breathing on the food work station, including the manager. The cashier was busy talking to people hanging out in the store and that person did not have their mask covering their nose. I guess they don't care about customers anymore???

I have to say the cashiers handled a lady today that held up the line for 15 minutes over a pizza. She was rude to me as a customer n extremely rude to your staff. She was the biggest Karen I have witnessed.I hope I can at least let you know the staff was not in the wrong.Prayers for karen n her beer n pizza.She really was a sad person for your staff to have to deal with.Thank you for the time.

Always out of stuff, machines always broke down, 1 particular cashier in the evenings is quite RUDE. I had a low blood sugar episode while in store instead of asking if I needed help she said really while I have all these people in my line. Then proceeded to roll her eyes and rather loudly stated to the other cashier well I'm not going in break on time and threw her hands up and huffed. If I wasn't in medical distress with my blood sugar and fighting it I would have stated something or if it would have been anyone else with the isle instead of me I would have stated something to her regarding her action and attitude.

Very poor service. 20 people in line and 1 single register is opened while there is 2 other workers if not more standing in the back part of the store twiddling their thumbs and playing with their hair. What a joke of a place. Really need to do get a better manager that knows how to hire people that wanna work. WOW. What a joke

I frequent Caseys in Kingman, Kansas often. Recently I had a poor experience in regards to the excessive points I wanted to use. After waiting in line a bit, I approached the cashier and explained I have Casey Rewards I wanted to use for my purchase. Keep in mind, there were half a dozen employees working and only one cashier. Immediately the cashier told me she couldn't help me, she knew nothing of the rewards or the Caseys app. I asked if there was someone that there that could assist me. The cashier told me at that point I needed to make a decision because she had a long line, with no discretion. It was humiliating being treated with no regard. Team members should be trained to utilize the products they offer. I contacted the store manager and the corporate office on four separate occasions. I never received a call back. This Casey's location and management has alot to learn in the field of customer service.

Hot food was empty (no pizza or other hand foods). Store was messy. Employees were less than helpful.We all have bad days..but when operating a business, the business HAS to come first. Otherwise why be in business.This Casey's isn't the first I've been in that was in bad shape. This is my first time speaking on it..

I was NOT satisfied shopping here on few occasions, 1. I had to wait 15 or so minutes just to put $20 in gas in the tank, because the gas was coming out slow even squeezing the handle at its most, I tried askin the lady inside if I could get the rest of my money back she had said no so I couldn’t change pumps, my brother who was with me complained and as soon as we were like 10 cents away from a full $20 she came out and said we can change your pump, 2. I recently bought 2 Roblox cards from there for the kids for Christmas one managed to work but the other unfortunately not, I tried to get my refund and they had talked about checking the computer the previous time I went in there about it but today they said the couldn’t check the computer so I was unable to get my refund or store credit
