We go eat at the Rusty at least ounce a weekend and they changed managers and the knew manager is rude and yelling at employees in front of customers. We really liked Alissa too bad she moved on or whatever. Hopefully, they can find a good replacement for her because the knew One Tiffany should not be in that position. Food was the same as always.

Been here a couple times, food has been great! Good portions and pricing, look at the nachos! Huge! Food has been very fresh. Exceptional service! April is fantastic and patient. Definitely recommend!

We waited over an hour for our to-go order. The staff had no reason as to why our food wasn’t ready. When we called our order in, we were told it would be ready within 20 minutes. There was hardly an other people dining in. Once we got our food, the portions were small and the hamburgers were burnt to a crisp. Will not be dining there again and would not recommend to anyone. This has happened multiple times.

Update. I tried it again. No better, and they actually lost our order, and we were in there for 2 hours when they weren't very busy.Worst service I've had in a very long time. I've eaten there several times and never had this issue before.

Couples get away to San Diego and we stumbled upon this gem in the gaslamp district. 3 levels, top side has games and a bar, middle is another bar, and basement is a dance club and bar. Something for everyone here. Oooohhhh, and did I mention Ron Burgundy???

No menus. Order from the board 1 of 5 or 6 specials. My husband ordered fried chicken and got roast beef. Biscuits and gravy were okay. We were hungry and it served the purpose. Nothing to write home about. Appeared to be clean. Server was pleasant. They were very busy at 1:20pm on Sunday.

I understand short staff I worked in food services for a long time but we showed up at 12:30 called ahead of time because we had a group and it still took almost 2hrs to get our food 2 of us ordered chicken bacon Mac and when served the noodles didn’t even look done as they weren’t they were hard and gross so they sent them back and they couldn’t even eat their food because it took so long we got no apology for how long it took no discount on the entire table only for the messed up food from what I could see there was at least 4 people on the kitchen it really shouldn’t have taken almost 2hrs to get food out!

Outstanding food!!! Fried Chicken rivaled the Brookville Hotel. I loved the tempura-type crust of the chicken. Light crispy crust with juicy chicken inside. Paired with a huge helping of real mashed potatoes and gravy with vegetables and a bun. Four of us ate there for $40, not including tip. The young teen waiting on our table was attentive. I really wish this restaurant weren't 250 miles from home.

Great service. Reuben was very good and horseradish was good. Not too hot unless you took a big bite. Wife had chicken fried steak stripsGood flavor and steak was tender.Her salad was chopped into tiny pieces. She did not like that but it was good. Ranch dressing was good.We also had French fries that were good. Could have been cooked a little longer. Fries were flat, looked like steak fries that had the air out.Price s were reasonable

food is ok. my chicken fried steak was tough and my wife's steak was not hot. not cold and it took us over an hour and a half for our visit. when we get service like this I don't feel the need to tip. it has been good in the past. very disappointing.

The food was good, our steaks were mixed up with my MIL recieving my medium and I her medium rare. Not a big issue, we just traded. I am not a fan of open tall restaurants that noise just echoes. It makes it difficult to hear what people at your table are saying. It was family friendly which was a plus. The salad bar could have used a little love. Some of the greens were a bit sad looking. All in all I would recommend it as there is not much else in the area and comparatively it seems like the best option for food when passing through.

Had a very short time to stop and eat, they were very accommodating the food was excellent, the service was great! I had the chicken dinner special I was in and out in 20 minutes, I wish I would have had time to stay and really enjoy the meal. very nice place. I will definitely stop again!
