After asking for a puppy cut for our golden and being told by the manager that she child do it but couldn't cut his hair too short because of how that breeds coat is. We were fine with that but when I got there to drop him off Kat the manager who was supposed to do the cut and who we spoke to took the day off so someone else was going to do it. To shorten this as much as possible I will just say that even after emailing pics to the owners and showing pics to Kat in person what their groomer did to our dog the owners never responded email or called us. We had to take him to the vet and he's on 3 medications and suffering. There is more all I can say is be careful if you take your pets here because if something goes wrong they really don't care.

Ten days ago we made an appointment for our dog to be groomed on Saturday the 24th of February at 11am. We drive the 16 miles to this business and were told that our appointment was set for the next day at 11am. There was no way we would set an appointment for anything on a Sunday as we work on Sundays. They did nothing to try to correct their mistake, in fact, they wouldn't even apologize for the error. The only thing they did was give us another appointment, two weeks later. We are repeat customers. Our prevoius experiences with this place were great. Unfortunately, that seems to have changed with the new employees.

Do not go here….!!! My 3 pound pup was recently severely injured by a tech here. Her thumb on the inner side of her foot was shaved off both of her back feet. Her left paw is infected extremely bad and swelled to three times the size of her original paw size. My pup have to an amputation if this does not clear up. She is on antibiotics and meds around the clock right now.

I recently moved here from Wichita. So, I used Social Media to ask for recommendations; several agreed with our new Veteranian's opinion that, "The Groom Gallery is Really Good." I'm so pleased with the customer service, lovely store, great value for all the grooming packages. AND My dog, Layla, looks the BEST ever

I chose this place because of the location and reviews. I started goin here a couple of years ago and it’s been such a battle it seems like. For a time period they wouldn’t answer calls and wouldn’t return calls so I decided to take my dogs to the groom gallery in Lenexa. Great service and super responsive. Eventually I got tired of going out the way and tried the KCK location again… It went well for a few months and then back to the same funny business. I would call leave a message and never hear back. Never did I have any complaints from the groomers about my dogs so I’m not sure where the disconnect happened.

Communication could be better, but they shine where the most important things matter. Our pup always seems happy after every visit. We've done both grooming and the boarding, and both have been a good experience.

It was very nice and it was very clean but $25 to clip my dog's toenails in the middle of the floor was way too much. Actually it was $27 and some change. I don't understand why everything in Wyandotte county is so high. I could have got the same service at Petco for $13!. Why is so much higher in Wyandotte county and PetSmart even higher I don't get it. The service was fine I have no issues with the service but it was a little expensive. I'll say more money getting my own clippers and cutting them myself LOL

I just wanted to offset some of these bad reviews. Miranda is an amazing groomer, I have a standard size poodle mix and he is always treated so well and turns out looking so cute. She is better than any other groomer in the city, so much so I followed Miranda to the KCK location when they closed the one near my home. Great value on prices but the real gem is Miranda.

Awesome!! Kind staff, very reasonable prices, easy to schedule an appointment! I have had nothing but great experiences with The Groom Gallery! There are two other locations, BUT I live in KCK, so I am thrilled to have a third location so close to home! They also carry leashes, collars, ear wipes, treats, dog cookies, etc.

Have called 3 times over 2 days. Left messages, no return phone call. Don't call me now. I would not bring my dog here if it was the last groomer on earth.

I typically take “Barley the Badass” to the vet or Petsmart to get his nails trimmed, but today the grooming dept was closed so I searched for the next closest pet groomer and found this Gem! Typically it takes at least 3 staff members and almost 40 mins to get Barley’s nails trimmed. I was a little weary when I first walked in seeing only one staff member, but Amber was great! We were in and out in less than 10 mins. Not only do they perform grooming services but they are also a boutique offering healthy dog treats, chew toys, collars and clothes. Friendly staff and clean facilities, this will be my go to spot for now on!

Ha ha got a call back from this horrible place 8 minutes after they opened with a big story about how they tried to call yesterday bal bla bla. And oh by the way same lady was argumentative with me, telling me all the shops business, the ladies name that was sitting next to me and how she mixed up her appointment also, I said really I'm looking at my appointment card that says 8:00 and I never changed my appointment. Told her I was putting a bad review about the business out there, and I would find someone else to give my dog a bath. My grandson had a similar issue with his dog at the same franchise in Bonner maybe the owner needs to take an active role in there businesses.Made an appointment for 8:00 a month ago got up here at 7:45 no one here, they called me yesterday but did not leave a message when I called back I got the answering machine but never a call back. I told them on the message I left that I had a 8:00 appointment and wanted to still keep it as I originally scheduled for that time, at anytime did the lady say we don't open until 9:00. I looked st the website and it shows they don't open till 9:00. This is my 3rd visit here with an 8:00 appointment and will not come again the service is horrible I tried to give them the benefit of a doubt but no more, the lady at the front desk is argumentative and rude. Please find another groomer if you have anything bigger than a poodle. There's s lady next to me who had an 8:00 appointment as well that's been sitting here for 30 minutes. This is ridiculous!

I made an 8:00 AM appointment for a deluxe bath for my dog. I got to the facility at 7:45 AM and left at 8:15 AM. The business is supposed to open at 8:00 AM and I had an 8:00 AM appointment but no one showed up or had the courtesy to give me a call that they will be closed or running extremely late. This was my first and last visit.

My poor dog got his second haircut. The groomer I normally go to was closed. Any way, after I picked him up I really didn’t like his cut, but just thought it was what I chose. Then in my car I realized there are patches of long hair and some are way to short.

On 6/9/21 an appointment for my 2 dogs was made for 7/30/21 (the soonest appointment available). On 7/30 my husband took our dogs to the 10A appointment on 7/30 only to be told we didn't have an appointment. We won't be back.

It was MY mistake......I had mistakenly made my appointment at the Bonner location, and I showed up at the KCK location...yet they said "our main number goes to the Bonner location, so its a little confusing....but I will squeeze you in here," Thery were great and very accomodating. If you call the main number for an appointment specify WHICH Groom Gallery you want.....

Did not do what I paid for! Told me it took 48 hours to see results and looked in her book and saw it had been a week and half..and still said I had to pay full price to have it done again..will not be back and will not recommend...

Brooke the Groomer is excellent. She cares about her clients and their fur babies. Wouldn't ho anywhere else.
