The store was clean, but a lot of the women's clothes were out of place or on the wrong hangers. Things that weren't on sale we're on the clearance rack, things that weren't plus size were in the plus size area, etc. Many of the shelves in the tech department were only half stocked.Everyone there was very nice and helpful, though.

They always have only one lane open and you're not allowed to use self check out. Great cashier which is nice, since she was the only one checking out customers.

Worst target I have ever been to. Looked like it had been ransacked. Very disorganized and dirty. To top it off. No registers open except for returns and self checkout. Only two self check outs were in operation so it took 20 mins to purchase two items. Most targets are nice but this one must absolutely be avoided.

Whoever runs this location needs to teach the crew how to zone, and organize aisles. wish i would of took pictures! Every section of the store was a total mess. Perhaps Management needs to be changed. I left without buying anything and I will not be returning to that location.

I am a frequent shopper at this location and only a few times has it been up to the typical Target experience that you’d get in the KC area. The bathroom is consistently filthy- trash everywhere, toilet paper holders are broken.. store is consistently a mess. Trash cans are consistently overflowing outdoors. The Starbucks is out of ingredients often. Misplaced items throughout the store. Customer service isn’t always friendly, they yell and the tone is rude. The people helping customer service and self checkout don’t smile or make eye contact, and there is rarely not* a lengthy line for self checkout since there are rarely any actual checkout lanes open with a human working. Much room for improvement. This is too busy of a location to be this way and the area truly needs attention.

I like to shop this store using the Drive up function. I don't have to hunt for items in the store or negotiate the checkouts. Easy, cheerful people load your car. Great experience

Most of their dairy was out of date by almost a week. Their meat was one day from expiration. There was a lot of products that were bad and a lot more not even on the shelves. I can't imagine that's how target wants that store ran. Get someone willing to work and take care of your customers. Actually worst grocery shopping experience in any location of any business I've been too.

I had a terrible experience with consumer cellular products there. I was told after waiting for 15 minutes that they didn't have a phone rep in that store. They said I would have to go to a store 15 miles away. I did this and was told the same thing. I will never, ever shop Target after the poor customer service and employees with a no care, ho to hell attitude.

Stopped into Target for some road trip essentials and was met by a 3 star grade experience.While the store is clean and the employees seemed busy getting the store ready, we were not greeted or acknowledged by the staff, which of course is not a need, but is nice. Target staff members work hard, and this was evident by a well maintained store.Fruit selection was a bit sad - berries were tired and oranges on the verge of moldy. No grapes. Plenty of seasonally available cherries 🍒, though, which was a gem 💎 to find. No vegetables though!! Be aware that this is not a full fledged Target Superstore and most food products are frozen.No check out lanes open. Only self checkout available, but the line moved relatively quick as the store was eerily empty for Memorial Day.On a bright side, one can find a rotating, seasonal amusement street fair nearby for family enjoyment, though the rides look a little unsafe, in a parking lot.

Target is really awesome but definitely has room for growth. They have great stuff at great prices. They price match. Their drive-up and in-store pickup work really well. The store itself is always super clean (bathrooms usually aren't clean or stocked). The only big problem that I definitely see (about every time I walk in) is that the checkout is absolutely horrible. There are only 4 self-checkouts and they usually don't have any employees running the other checkout lanes. You could be waiting in line to checkout for 20-30 minutes some days. I get that everyone I short staffed right now, but I feel that this is absolutely ridiculous. There are some days I don't even bother going to target because I don't want to deal with the checkout line.

This is a relatively clean and well-stocked Target. The glaring issue with this location is their complete lack of staffed registers. There are 4 self-checkouts, and those are the only registers that are EVER open.I'm not sure why there are several dozen employees shuffling aimlessly around the store, while no one is assigned to registers, but here we are.There's also a gentleman who seems to think he needs to check receipts as you leave. He stands by the self-checkouts and physically blocks your way. Remember that he can't prevent you from leaving and ignore him.Moving on to order pick-up, this used to work fine. Wait times are 20 to 30 minutes are common, even weekday mornings.Something is seriously wrong at this location, to the core. Multiple points are not just bad, but awful. I have to think store management is the reason.

Very unfortunate customer service experience today. We went in to purchase the latest PS5. It took a long time to find an employee to help. When we finally did, we got home and the system didn’t work. We returned the PS5 but the employees would not allow us to return the newest copied game we bought less than five hours ago.

Be prepared to wait in line. They rarely have a non self service line open. Go first thing in the morning if you want to have any luck of not spending more than 10 minutes in the check out.

I would never ever ever order drive up from this location again. They cancelled $70 worth of food due to them not updating their inventory correctly on their website. Then it took OVER TWO WEEKS to get our money back for that $70 they cancelled. Horrible horrible. People have bills to pay and they like to just place a long hold on your money. And $70 worth of cancelled items cuz they didn’t update their inventory??? Unacceptable.

My old review was 5 stars but within the last year they NEVER have anything in stock. It shows they do but it's not there and they stopped carrying the items I used to buy here all the time.

No cashiers. Workers getting carts or in aisles. If I have to check myself out, provide me the 10% employee discount code. Or I will just shop on Amazon. I asked the workers how to get more cashiers instead of car runners, they said "whatever"

Efficient and effortless are my main reasons for the rating I gave. They were timely and organized, and everything I ordered was in my bag. I've used other grocery or store pick up services, and they never allow for same day pick up times, and the wait for my order after arriving is way too long. Whereas with Target, I placed my order at 9am and it was ready after an hour. I was able to order food items and the toys I needed for my kids school Christmas party, all without being late getting home from work or having to enter the store! Overall, best experience by far.

The customer service lady was really rude when I went in to return a suitcase that was too small. I told her I needed to exchange for a bigger one. She said well it is used. I informed her it was used one time. 1 time. She made it seem like I had just beat this thing to all hell. There was nothing wrong with it mind you. She was really snippy and just overall soured my expectations at target. Finally a manager was called. He seemed pretty annoyed at the call but told them to just exchange it, he didn’t see what the big deal was! I told him thank you. He just walked off. Overall I got what I needed. But this place needs to hire people that actually care and are polite!

Gracie and Mia are seriously the nicest girls! They went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me! They literally spent like 20 minutes helping me find a pair of shoes for my 4 year old. It was literally like searching for buried treasure with a radar detector and everything. But I swear to you, when she came out of the back room with those shoe in her hand, we celebrated! Thank you so much, girls! You didn't have to do all of that!! I appreciated it so much!

What. a. dump. The shoes were strewn all over the place. Hangers and clothes all over the floors along with tags and trash. The men's section was half full of boxes stacked 15 ft high. It looks like no one has restocked or straightened any of the stock in weeks. Alarmingly thrashed. My husband said that stores like this or why we shop on Amazon.

had to walk around the store to try to find someone to help me get something from electronics. When they finally called someone over they came to the back without the keys and I had to wait 30 minutes to get them. When they rang up the earbuds they were a different price. My target app told me they were on sale when I scanned the barcode. They couldn’t honor the price because apparently it was only if you ordered it online, even though the app did not say that. I don’t know why it would tell me it was on sale when I scanned it in store, if it was an online deal only. I left with nothing but an hour of my time wasted.
