Recent visit 2/6/2024I started taking my clients shopping at this location. We've shopped at this location on three different times. Love that they open at 7am. Always clean, organized, stocked, and price well. Two workers are kind to my clients. Speaking to them interacting. Amy works at the register and the older male working the floor in the AM. One female worker walked past my client twice. My client said hi, each time, and the worker said nothing back.

Not horrible but the prices are the highest in Kansas City. The staff is bored and make it visibly clear they don't want a job . Do not buy your milk here! They keep the coolers where the milk is warmer than most other stores. Great Mexican food isles. Okay produce.

I switched pharmacies from KU (Bell) to Sun Fresh because it was closer. I have been going there since they opened because I really liked Andy. Then they hired other pharmacist which was fine, but they started being really rude, loved playing God also. So now because of Cathy I am going back with KU. I should of stayed there in the first place.

I only go here when I forget something on my big shopping day. It's convenient that's it, way over priced for a neighborhood that can't afford it... It's a shame really.

Fairly clean store. Stocking shelves at the time I was there. Found what I needed quickly. Aisles clearly mark.Check was quick and cashier was very nice.

My last time going here! I bought ground beef and it had old meat mixed with fresh meat. Not mention the store is over priced. It’s sad because it’s the closest grocery store to me. Never again!

The oldies being played while shopping make this store my favorite. Dancing down the isles makes shopping so much more fun. It’s kind of a small store and don’t have everything I need but they do have a pretty good variety of everything.

Went to pharmacy and ask if he had covid shots and he was such a gentleman. He was amazing and gave me my shot and helped me put my sweater on. A very nice man

If you want a business to support your children's fundraiser this is NOT the place to go. The woman security guard is as rude as they come mad because I wanted to check with the manager 1st. This is for kids and your denying them saying an 8 year old is soliciting? Chocolate? She’s selling chocolate for schools. Crazy.

My husband tried to make a quick run to the store for some eggs. They were closed 15 minutes early. What grocery store closes at 9pm!!

There way too high. Food not fresh,old potatoes just recently bought there fried chicken and ate it and found a hair underneath the chicken. It made me sick, I took it all back and I also called manager. They refunded my money but who wants to eat hairy chicken. There serving the public and should be more careful.we won't buy it anymore pretty gross 🤢.

The only problem here are the prices. The store is nice and clean. The produce is very fresh and well stocked. The bakery selection was decent. The meat area was very clean. All of the workers were helpful and pleasant. My issue with Sun Fresh has always been the prices. Why are they so high!? I would shop there more often if the prices were a little more reasonable.

I bought 2 watermelons there last Friday. The dark sweet baby melons. They were both bad. The 1st one kinda mushy, the 2nd one was straight mush and pure rotten. They both looked good on the outside, no soft spots or bruises but once you cut them open it was plum pitiful

I've shopped here nearly my entire life as the store has changed hands from one company to another. Current owners are SunFresh/Price Chopper. Good selection. Mid-range prices compared to big box stores. Careful to check expiration dates - they can get a little lax about pulling expired products.

I just brought some ribs here several hours ago, when I went home to cut the ribs they looked infected and bloody. Please throw all of them out. I would hate for someone to get sick. The potatoes are rotten too get rid of them! Whoever was working in the cooked meat section fire them they are bad for business. All they do is snicker and talk about customers as they are passing by. I AM NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

The fact that no one knows anything and are also unwilling to help to find out makes this place horrible. I swear if it wasn’t near to me, I would never go here. And you shouldn’t have such a nasty attitude if you can’t answer simple questions. Bone-up or store knowledge and then have an attitude. X

Yes, they've spruced things up. Good, we're buying food. The prices here are not as good as the location in the city. I don't mean to sound picky, HOWEVER some things you get used to and cannot compromise on. Move the merch I say.Staff was pleasant enough. Sometimes a simple hello and smile goes a long, long way.

Everyone here (except a couple cashiers) are really helpful. The new look is nice and the pharmacy is great. They have been helping me a lot with transferring everything over. Seems like they are doing a lot to make this a store that the local community wants to shop.

The prices are way to high. They don't have what I'm looking for way to many times. Some of the cashiers are great. To many are horrible. One even brags about taking vitamin b12 when she has to drop a U.A. She isn't that good. Hardly anyone goes to her. Others seem to be rude. I get it though. I would hate working there too. It's only going to get worse for at least the next 3 yrs.
