All of the prices were off when trying to find shoes. When asking an associate if she could show me what shoes matched the ones ( All the shoes are discounted and under $15 ranging from $7-$15 for slippers which I was buying as a gift he had tried them on and they fit and didn't fall off when he walked) she walked over there with me and said "ohh we must of taken a price change" then proceeded to ask me which shoes I'm looking for..... Grabbing ones I didn't even want to only find out that the price on those slippers are off as well. The slippers I'm looking for are ones with backs like the ones I previously had and tried to check out, because he has cerebral palsy and needs the backing. The shoes she proceeded to grab says they are $11 and it rings up $18 and then she comes over and makes it seem like I am in the wrong there is nothing that she will do and yanks the prices out. Not wanting to help me any further. All I asked for was help on finding slippers on which is which because all of the slippers that are priced are clearly wrong. When she pulled the guy over he was very respectful and said if the shoe is there then we have to give it at that price. I respect that and it's not about it I had asked for help and she made it seem like we was the problem. That we had taken the price changes and didn't fix it. Then we had messed up and entire row of slippers to save less than $5. Normally we have decent customers service at this store but I don't like shopping somewhere and feeling like I'm a burden because of needing help. The gentleman that was with her was very kind but it seemed like she wanted to be anywhere else.

I wish to thank the worker named Melissa. I'm handicapped and she helped me get inside and had a place to sit. I was looking for warm boots. Due to a carwreck, i have an odd shaped/size foot. Melissa kept bringing different size boots and helping me try them on until we found a pair that fit. She let me wear them to my car even🙂. This was today 12-16-2022 @ about 3:30pm. Thank her for me.

I wanna give a huge thanks to the lady who helped my grandmother pick a pair of boots that would not only accommodate her injured foot but be comfortable and warm. I walked in and explained the situation and she even helped her in and out of the store :) this was today 12/16/2022 around 3:30pm :)

I entered the Shoe Sensation store in Arkansas City, Kansas and was sincerely greeted by 2 salespersons. The store manager helped me find a perfect pair of thermal boots. I definitely will purchase from this store again.

The lady who helped me was out standing. She went out of her way to make sure I had the best shoes possible for my long hours at work. The one she suggested are perfect for my line of work no more hurting feet thanks to her. Great prices and clean store. Wide selection of shoes

Wonderful place and beautiful shoes !! Just bought 2 pairs of beautiful heals. ❤ also friendly staff and great customer service. In the past I've gotten comfy flats. I would recommend it and I wilk continue to come here myself time and time again. 😊 this is definitely a good place to find beautiful shoes to go along with an amazing outfit. It's a win win.

Nice people, not pushy but helpful. Very wide selection of similar styles, especially for women. I have trouble finding comfortable fitting shoes, but found a manufacturer style that has worked perfectly, so I bought several variations on the same design later, and have been pleased with the looks and the fit.

Good deals and great customer service. The store is always in working order and clean. I have given this store 4 out of 5 only due to the fact that I went there looking for deals and the guy offered to sell me a returned without box pair of shoes where the logo on the soles had been worn off for 3/4 of the full price of the shoes. He could not put them back on floor for retail so what makes them think that some random person walking in wants to buy used shoes? These should have been tossed and written out as a loss.

I went in without much hope and 15 minutes later walked out with a great pair of shoes that comfortably fit my very wide feet. I apologize for not remembering the assistant managers name but she was awesome. Thanks !

Good prices, and they have a large variety. They also carry name brand bags, hats, socks and accessories. Absolutely love that they carry a large variety of small children's shoes. I always look there first for my kids shoes!

NOT IMPRESSED!! the web site states they open at 11am. It is 1110 am door is still locked. You would think since the store store dosent open until 11 they would have it together enough to open on time. The individual at the register certainly didn't end her phone call. at 1115 someone came out and said due to corona virus they don't open until noon and the web site is wrong...I would think they have had plenty of time to update the web site with reduced hours. don't waste your time here...go where your business is appreciated!
