Very nice club! Super friendly staff, clean and with all merchandise available on the floor. I saw a waffle with fruits item that I did not see in Florida. That looks so good, very presentable and affordable price. That’s why I love Sam’s Club.

Trucker Review.Delivered water load. Good experience, easy in and out. Pictures attached.Receiving hours 4am to 11pm.I think FCFS but not sure.Easy check in processing ✅Wheelchair accessible ✅Restroom for driver ✅Easy maneuvering ✅Coffee ✅overnight truck 🅿️only for couple of trucks if you park wisely.Unloaded by the guy named Michael. I came here to purchase a few 4 gallon water jugs but the shelf was empty. So I spotted an associate by the produce I asked if there was anyone that could get the pallet down for me. The associate stated “ You’ll have to find someone that can drive a forklift” then walked away. I said can you call someone that can get it down for me and he stated “ I don’t drive the forklift and walked away.” I walked around at found someone that was able to call someone over the get the pallet down if not for this individual that helped me this review would be a 1 star. This was the worst experience I’ve had with Sam’s club very disappointing. My visit was around 5:20 on 4/27/24

Enrique is an amazing employee. He noticed me loading my heavy items alone and offered assistance. I declined, but once I was done loading, he came back and took the cart back for me. He is a kind, polite, and helpful employee. He does a great job of representing Sam’s Club ethics.

Store is clean and easy to maneuver through and staff is nice unlike some of the other stores in the area. I went to make a payment and the person at the customer service desk as very nice and helpful. This store is not the closest one to me but I will drive out of my way to go to this store because the staff will accommodate the customers and the store as long said above is so clean.

Second review here. In a previous review, I made the owner (Sam's Club) aware of how this store refuses to accept Sam's Cash at the cafe.In response, the owner (Sam's Club) responded, stating I needed to show and have my membership scanned before ordering at the cafe.To clarify, that is exactly what I attempted to do. I asked them to scan my membership so I could pay using my Sam's cash, and they refused to do so. I was told by management that they just won't and can't do it.

poor customer service came in to get a screw for my glasses on 12/28/2023 a little after 9 am seen the person in optical in stead of helping me she said she cant till they open at 10 but she was there and did not even try did not even care will never shop there again i will go to Costco after my member ship is up to get that kind of service it took a place to fix them not even 2 min of someone else time to do what she could have done in stead of say i cant do nothing till 10 am do go here people are lazy

In stead of hiring people to scan your whole cart at the doors hire them to have registers open and scan our things there.. it's pathetic that you wait in long lines at the registers then another long line just to get your things scanned again at the exit.

Tire dept not helpful at all. Came in to get a tire fixed, waiting to get help at their desk, the bays were empty not busy at all. Asked for help and was told to make an appointment for the next day to fix my flat tire lol… I have to be in the road and they did even bothered to look at it.

Nice store....ONE issue there was a member of management following my daughter and I and her Fiance around the store Felt real uncomfortable not to cool Sam's Club... the eating area was a lil dirty....someone came through and started sweeping while I was waiting on my daughter.

Great place to shop. I buy certain items in bulk rather than small items at grocery store. They don't always have what you want but usually can go to Topeka to see if they have it. Going to maybe try to order a few things on line. Have bought some shirts there. Like them. Enjoy Sam's. Always something different each and every time. Just wish they would carry certain things all the time and not have to worry about ordering online. We shop at least once a month. Nothing has changed. We love the ribs. Glad we got a flyer in the mail. Really missed those. We shop once a month at Sam's. Also going to try online ordering

It well bright and clean. I got some really good deals on all the items I purchased. It's well worth getting a card so you also can come in and buy things you buy every week or every month. You can save a lot of money when you buy it in bulk!

This review is specific to the Tire Center. Could not get an answer on the phone. So since the website said walk ins welcome I drove there at 4:30pm on a Tuseday to get tires that had already been ordered and came in. No cars were in their service bays however "they were fully booked" according to the cashier. Asked about future dates and they were fully booked with only 3pm slots open for the next 4 days. Was told staffing was short and they are trying to figure out when they can close the shop....website reflects 8am to 7pm....just a mess of a department...definitely not going to be a returning customer...just hope I can get these tires on some day

This review is for the Sam's club in Kansas City on Parallel. At first visit, it seemed good, but then as we were sitting in the cafe, we noticed the cashier, under the direction of the store manager, was putting raw meat products on top of the Ice bags, in the ice cooler at the front of the store. These raw meats were left behind by customers at the registers. I wonder how many people bought bags of ice for their Labor Day weekend parties that were contaminated with raw meat juices. We asked the Store Manager about this and he was pissed that we called him out on this.

Purchased glasses 8/21. Lens were replaced 4 months ago because of scratches. It happened again and warranty is up. I have only used the wipes recommended to me. A male employee told me dust caused this when I cleaned the lenses. The scratches were caused because of the protective coating is peeling off. I feel like I received a defective product. I have only used the wipes recommended to me. Warranty is up and there is nothing they can do. I also received a bill for an additional $37.10, due to not collecting correct co-pay. So I'm out money plus I need to get new lenses. I do not recommend purchasing glasses from Sam's club.

Today I went into the speedway location to buy a sound bar. Before going to this location I went to the Overland Park location because it is closer to my home, sadly they were out of stock. Which is what prompted me to go to the speedway location. At checkout the cashier was great she tried to help as much as she could, however when her manager came over he refused to honor the sale price. I showed him the item in the SAMS CLUB app in which we all verified that it was not an online only sale or anything special like that. I asked why the price wouldn’t be honored and said because he’s not going to do that at his club. He then suggested that I go back to the Overland Park store. I asked why if they’re out of stock which is what bright me here. Without using so many words he basically said that’s not his problem to figure out. 10/10 will not be shopping at that location ever again

I called in and ordered a cake for my birthday a few days ago. The lady that took my order was very helpful and friendly. The cake not only looked beautiful but it also tasted delicious. I will definitely use the bakery again. Thank You!
