It has being almost 3 weeks since I took my Dog to petsmart on state ave. wyndotte plaza for a full body hair cut. When I got there to pick him up I notice he was injured. The styles told me she had to go very deep on his skin because he was to matted. What a poor excuse she give me! If she had being honest and told me the truth that she razor burn him unintentionally it will be a whole different story, but she lie to protect herself. I’m lost my respect for this place. He is recovering well of his wound! But he has not recover from the emotional and metal distress and I don’t know what to do to help him! He use to be the friendliest dog when going on a stroll now if he sees someone unfamiliar to him he will be very protective of us and aggressive. He had never had this type of behaviors until after he had this accident at Petsmart. I DO NOT recommend persmart grooming salon to anyone who wants good treatment and honesty towards their pets !

Took my tiny little senior first time, the groomer was thorough and gentle checking her in, treated her with care, was patient and did a great job. Definitely going back!
