I have only been there for my cats' needs and only have shopped the left side of the store(cat section) and more I have puppy dogs so we finally get to shop the right side of the store, we feel complete and the employees always help with whatever we need, love that store

Everyone is really friendly and knowledgeable about whatever my pets are at the time. I have dogs and cats but I've had more specialty pets like rats, sugar gliders, chinchillas...etc. The staff either just knows everything I have questions about or they get me to someone who does know.

I will say the ladies at this PetSmart were very nice, knowledgeable and prompt. I dropped my puppy off and felt comfortable with the staff handling her.

Went to buy some items and as soon as I walk in I hear yelling. It was one of the mangers yelling at one of the employees. She was yelling at her loudly! If you have an issue with an employee, you pull them to have a conversation in private . A customer told the manager this and told her she was being unprofessional but the manger yelled at him too and said the employee was being unprofessional not her and that she is the boss and she was “correcting” her employee. Not only was the manager disrespectful to the employee but also to other customers. That was not okay.

Great local pet store! Great customer service! We were looking for a "no chicken, beef or pork by product meal" &/or any variation of those, which is very hard to find. Found it! Thank you Pet Smart! Many varieties from this brand but this one came closest to the lamb & fava bean we had our dog Bruno on. He loves this one! Pics included incase you're searching like we were.

I was refused service to adopt a poor little baby gecko that looked like it needed help, they said those services closed 10 min before they actually closed. If they have a set schedule for that type of thing it should be posted.

So excited to have a groomers here in WYCO. She was awesome she made Tiki feel at home. She’s my 2lb 5 yr old Tea cup Yorkie. Apparently she was the talk of the town as folks brought in their fur babies.We look forward to our next visit.

We've been taking our Mini Golden doodle to get groomed here for a little under a year now! The ladies are always so nice and do an amazing job with his hair cuts. We can typically get in day of or the next few days. Our pup always comes out happy, clean, and smelling sooo good!

We went for pictures with Santa. Managed a couple cute photos, even though my dogs were not in a cooperative mood. Unfortunately, right before we came, santahad an incident with a kitty who is clearly on the naughty list. Santa was able to gain "his" composure after applying a few bandaids to the boo-boos this naughty feline inflicted. I'm happy with the results and will continue to visit this location.

Lilli is such a rockstar groomer my Great Dane loves her now that lilli is gone I hate going here because some of the management think it’s okay to be rude to customers or to people just training their dogs professionally

The girls in the Salon, Destiny and her co-worker were fabulous! My babies were so happy when we picked them up. It was like they were smiling when get got them home. They felt pretty and smelled so clean!

This has been the store I frequent for my monthly Dog food needs, however I keep a 4 star rating because they never seem to have the small bites Healthy digestion only the medium and large bites. might switch to ordering online because my dogs really cant do the medium bites.

I cut my own dogs hair (cause I know how to do it the way I like, and it’s cheap that way)…but I’m not going to cut his claws. I know my abilities and I’m not going to potentially risk hurting my dog just to save a quick buck. Took him in for a trim and grind and Lilli did a great job of making sure he was as comfortable as possible! She talked him through it and made me and my dog feel better about it all! Very satisfied with the work she did, and I know I won’t mind coming back for another trip to this location! Thanks, Lilli (sorry if the name is spelt wrong)!

My wife took our toy poodle to have her groomed they basically shaved her short when my wife went to pick her up she was shivering my wife said she hadn't seen that girl before when buttercup came home I seen what she did to her I was very dissatisfied as well as my wife now being winter it's going to be rough on buttercup her playfulness has went away

Staff was helpful in finding the items that I needed in a hurry. Only downside was that there was so few people working that the person working had to leave to check people out, so I was left on my own. I found what I needed, and they were super sweet.
