This store had been my go to when I needed to pick something up quickly and get out. It's been harder than normal lately because, if they do not have enough staff, they will just shut down suddenly mid day and stay closed for the evening as well. Because of that I just go a different store more often and this one less. If their hours become consistent again, no doubt it would be my go to again, it's a great store.

WOW! Talk about FANTASTIC customer service!! All of the employees here were super friendly, welcoming, & helpful. Let me also mention that store was very clean which was nice. No boxes all in the isles like most Family Dollars, the store was very well stocked, & there was a great variety of things to choose from. Very pleased!! I will specifically be back to this one!! Thanks!! 🙂😍

This place is NEVER open! When they are open they close super early and just stick a note on the door. I really like the people that work there but spend your money somewhere that KEEPS their doors open. Don't waste your time even attempting to shop here they won't be open! Management do us a favor and let a store open in our neighborhood that can actually provide us with the opportunity to spend our money.

Staff is always friendly and helpful at this location. The store is kept clean and stocked, and the parking lot is well cared for and easy to navigate. I work 3 blocks from another Family Dollar, but will drive the extra distance whenever possible to visit this location.

They don't have the right price for everything they sell! If a food item says $1.00 dollar and your at the check out counter they charge a different price! And you never know if there going to be open or not.

Last time I tried to go; it was closed. Sign on door said no electricity, guess they didn’t want to call an electrician. Today it was closed again; sign on door said closing at 2:45pm. Guess they didn’t feel an excuse was necessary. Done with this place, I want to shop in store that honors regular hours rather than just open when they want.

So today is Thursday and I was in this store on Monday and there was stuff all over the floor and today when I went in there it was exactly the same so for 4 days nobody has picked up anything. I think it's a trashy store.

They had some great deals however the sales ended the day before and not been removed. The sales lady was very rude and I stayed that they should honor the price and can she call her manager. She did after hesitating and I received the discount!!

I looked at the store hours online then I called the people at Family Dollar Wednesday they said they close at 3 open back up at 6 today they're closed at 2 I guess I will find another Family Dollar

There were no carts in or out side of the store I had to ask for one which they went in the back to get one.i had to ask the manager several times where something was but she was busy on the computer doing the schedule and acted as if I was bothering her, store was clean compared to some in next kcmo

I would go back, again and again! The employees are super friendly, which in turn, puts customers in a better mood. The store is clean, organized and well lit.

It a family Dollar in an industrial part of kck... I'm not sure what anyone expects from it. I always go in with lowered expectations and never leave upset. They do have staffing problems, occasionally they have been closed due to lack of staffing

Far from being a dollar store. Everything as high as regular grocery store. Limited items. Milk is$3.80 for 1/2 gallon. Tissue paper $10.00! Not a very appropriate name.

Depends on the time of day. Some of the staff are very friendly and helpful, but some are real jerks!! Today I was lucky and got the friendly ones.
