If I could I'd give a 0. I experienced racial profiling at this particular store a few months back and the worst part is minorities going against minorities.... shame on the so-called management and employees running the store I hope they're out of a job....

This store is always clean and stocked. The employees are great. This is my favorite Dollar Tree to shop. No comparison to any of the other ones I've shopped.

if i could give this store a zero i would, the employees are very rude and demanded i left the store because of my service animal despite the store allowing service animals. they threatened to call the police on me and the store is quite disgusting and disorganized

I visited this store after my dental appointment and what a pleasant shopping experience. The store was very clean. Very organized and all merchandise put away. I will definitely be shopping at this store more.The employees were very nice. If I could work again for Dollar Tree this is the location, I would love to say I worked. Thanks for such a great shopping experience.

Lady shut the door as I was going in at 9am when they open.. and she locked the door and said I will b back in twenty minutes I'm going to the bank. You are supposed to open at 9am for your customers 😒...

Usually well stocked. All of the people who work here are usually very friendly. I would have given 5 stars, but on more than one occasion I’ve had to hear the manager call out an employee on a mistake they made.. in front of several customers. Which is wrong.. he should be pulling his employees aside to tell them what they did wrong. But other than that, definitely worth the visit.

This store seems to be always closed early the several times I've attempted to shop there. And it's way before closing hours. Disappointing. Conveniently close to the house, but always inconveniently not open during what's listed as store hours.

I ran in to grab 2 items which took a total of 2 minutes but I was in line waiting for much longer. This particular Dollar Tree is better than some that I have been to. They usually keep it pretty nice and well stocked.

This one is in my neighborhood but I will definitely travel to a much cleaner, well stocked and friendlier Dollar Tree. I was reluctant to go to this location but just needed a couple things. Worst service ever! I put my basket of items on the counter...which apparently was against the partucular cashier's rules. She emptied my basket on the conveyer and said "next time take your items out of the basket and don't put this up here", basically mixing my stuff with the lady behind me stuff, knocking something of hers onto the floor, pulling a candy bar from the shelf into my stuff and throwing the basket across the floor in front of the cash register, making a loud commotion. I apologized to the lady behind me, bc the cashier surely did not, and I hope the cashier does not think I was apologizing to her, because never has any other cashier or any other Dollar Tree cared about leaving your items in the basket on the belt. What I should have told her is there will never be a next time. She then got confused on what was mine and what was the lady behind me, and had attitude bc there wasn't something separating them (which the basket was doing). She also rang up the candy bar, which I told her was not mine so she took it off, asked if another item was mine, so I told her "yep, everything that was just in that basket was mine", which if she would have left it in there would have been no question. She then stopped mid transaction to pour her can of pop in her mug and didnt even hand me my receipt, had me take it from the cash register myself. I then realized she failed to ring one of my items up and probably got mixed in with lady behind me. Oh well I will never go in there again. Other lady that works or worked there was so sweet and nice and always offered a HAVE A BLESSED DAY when I would leave. No matter what she should never make a customer feel this way in front of other customers.

I Like the fact that I can walk to this store from my house 🏠 but for the past few weeks it’s been closed on Sundays I have watched people walk up to the door 🚪 to find out that it’s closed. What good is that to the community

This Dollar Tree stores is the closes to me in KCK however I'd rather travel to other locations due to the fact this one keeps empty shelves. And merchandise is all over the place. The employees are nice so it makes up for the wasted trip when I go and they don't have what I need.

never enough clerks anytime of the day. don't go here if you are in a rush to leave. the lines are always 10 people deep... very slow cashiers. good prices though.

The last three times I've tried to go to this store, it was randomly closed in the middle of business hours, or like today, closed an hour before the door says. Lights on, doors locked. It's gotten to the point where it's infuriating.

Stopped by a couple times today Apr. 3, 2022 at 1pm and 6pm cst) - they were closed both times. Seen several potential shoppers stop in only to discover they were closed. Hours posted are 9am to 8pm.

Great customer service here. The woman who was the clerk checking me out was extremely kind to me. I was in a lot of pain and she was very patient and kind hearted. I wish I could remember her name, but I'll remember her kindness and professionalism!@DollarTree; I am disabled, but my disability is not as visible unless you notice closely the cringe in my face and the way I walk due to severe pain. The only thing I struggle with at this store is being able to open the doors as I am leaving with my cart of groceries. There is a sign on the door that says service animals are welcome which is great, especially for those with disabilities or military personnel & veterans etc. And it shows that @DollarTree is acceptant of the disabled & military/veterans (and those who use SNAP/EBT)But, it is EXTREMELY difficult to open and close the doors as a disabled person and it is very painful and awkward.It would be amazing to see if @DollarTree could instead have a button for the doors to open automatically so some people can push it if needed or possibly have doors put in that can automatically open and close when people walk near. It would be extremely beneficial for many disabled and those using service animals and even parents with young children and a full basket of groceries!@DollarTree, Love this store, but please consider my thoughts 💙NOTE: It might even be helpful to look at the security cameras to watch different people going in and out so you can see what happens... #TheStruggleIsReal #DollarTreeInAGT

I went there on july 6th and was treated very poorly by a manager on duty . she hit me in my head repeatedly busted my head open and didnt not get taken to jail amd probably not fired either... Very unprofessional if you ask me

I can't tell which location I'm rating, however, the location on 78th and State is filthy! The carpet is dirty and the shelves need to be cleaned. Not a pleasant shopping experience

For all the employees I saw....stock sitting in aisles, and whole store needs cleaning. Much laughter coming from managers office. Work as a team and get stocked and cleaned.
