This store is a joke! They never open on time or close too early. I went to this store at 6 pm on a Weekday and it closed! Close it down completely or something!

I don't know why they say they are open until 10pm. By 945pm the parking lot is empty, doors are locked and all the lights are shining bright inside an empty store.

The management is a husband and wife team I believe. He seems pretty aloof, she is just absolutely rude. Raises her voice and says if people don't like it, they can go somewhere else. So off I went. They never know what the sale items are, totally unorganized, and they remodeled the store so that it is impossible for any 2 customers to shop in the same aisle. New self checkout registers are down most of the time. So I had no problem taking my business elsewhere.

This Dollar General is a little off the beaten path for me, but I drove out here to get more Christmas decorations when the DG closer to me ran out of what I needed. The staff was very friendly, and I found exactly what I needed & was able to finish my Christmas decorating. I had an overall pleasant experience and would recommend this location to anyone. Even the other customers were friendly.

Normally a very quick in & out friendly experience. Pretty true to the word no hassle experience..Until I came in yesterday and ran into more then one rude employee and store Manager.Lady immediately yelled you have to have a mask to be in here. Twice after I said no thank you kept walking. Side note(Not true many exemptions.. it's posted at the register of some of those exemptions and in full online).Not wanting to be at the center of all the customers at the register kept walking got my few necessities quickly came to register keeping my distance from others quietly waiting my turn.Now manager also wanted to tell me I had to have one as well.. I pointed out the sign in full context at register he said HE DIDN'T GO TO SCHOOL in KANSAS HE knew how to read!! He had to cover his bases and I pointed to the sign again.Not just discrimination but speaking insults.After his insult he just kept repeating my total in anger not listening to anything.. payed and asked for his name...When asked for his name he said it but then I asked again because it's different so hard to catch. He lied said it was on the receipt I asked where? said on receipt again walked away .. asked another employee younger she asked the other rude older one who yelled as I came in & she said they will know by store manager she also refused to give name.Younger lady circled the store #.Emailing cooperate and hopefully they can get that fixed otherwise they will be loosing big business.

Would be great if the manager wasn't complaining about the corporate boss the whole time. Simple do your job and don't complain. Be happy you have a job during this pandemic as many people wish they did.

One of my go to stores for years convenient a block away. I have regular items I shop for. Regular employees know me and are friendly. Store maintenance is terrible. I can't believe a DM hasn't visited the store and got repairs taken care of the front door has been broken for over 6 months with a shopping cart turned upside down in front of it and a sign please use other door. 82nd & Parallel KCK I've called corporate and ask DM to address No action or response.

Ever since they changed to digitized coupons I have not been included in getting any deals. For some reason my phone does not download the coupons. Doesn't seem fair. I will just patronize Family Dollar. They still offer paper coupons

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. The store is a mess with crates of items blocking every other aisle. Employees are the rudest individuals I have ever encountered. General courtesy says you say excuse me before you push someone or when you realize there is not space enough with the rest of the mess to get around. But then as an employee to do it twice to a customer is astonishing and unacceptable. Management probably ought to do some customer service training with their employees.

I went to several stores trying to get some items my mother wanted and was unable to find any of them, but Dollar General had them all. Thanks Dollar General. My mother is elderly and set in her ways. Next time I will go there first.

Cleaner and more organized than it has been in the past. But the outside is in desperate need of being cleaned up. Trash is all over the parking lot and surrounding grass.

Prices are not the same as on the label. It said 8 on the label. Receipt shows otherwise from photo. Take the time and check your receipt people or go to family dollar

There are two stores I shop at that won't be shopping at the store located on k32 anymore they say they're open till 10 p.m. I drove down there at 9:10 and they were closed so that's that'll be the last time I go there

I like this Dollar General because they will open up a another register when they see the line is long. Unlike other Dollar Generals who just sit there looking at you while you're standing in the line
