The entire staff at this Dollar General store are thieves. He did a big scam on me, I lost $50.👎👎👎 And on my request they did not do anything and my money was not returned and I felt very bad. I went to the store today and noticed that the store was extremely hot for the second time within the last two weeks. I went to ask why it was so hot and was told that the ac was out. When I asked if they planned on fixing it and if they could even breath with their masks on in 90 degree temperatures and was told that I they had conveyed to management the issue, but the company would notdo anything about it.

Heavier set fella standing next to the door saying how many minutes until closing as soon as you walk in instead of helping the one cashier check out the long line of customers. Many more problems happen here but that’s the last straw for me

This store is ridiculously junkie and a complete mess. I can't believe that someone would allow this establishment to look this way. There was things in the isle clump up, on the shelves clumped up in EVERY freaking isle. I went here to pick up an item that their online inventory told me that the item was in stock at this location. After looking for the item and could not find it the workers could not even attempt to find the item that was in stock but not on the shelf....since the store was in such a complete mess!! And that is an under statement of how messy this store is!!!! I bet it would not look this way in Johnson County! This store deserves NO stars!!!!

Only go there if it is for 1-2 small items and don't care about brand. Store is dirty, unorganized in the hood/higher crime area which is pointed out by the recording played as you walk in the doors that you are recorded. It is in the middle of the "projects" so to be expected. I will give them kudos for fixing the parking lot. Many people have ruined car tires on the manhole cover before fixing.

The only thing I wish I could change about this store is that they never have their shelves fully stocked. We will make a quick run to dollar general to avoid the big store and we usually always run into them never having their shelves stocked so we dont end up getting the small item we needed. Its a bummer but if your looking to just shop for whatever this is a good store.

Ost of the time there is product on the floor waiting to be stocked, one male employee seems to really hate his job and has very poor customer service.

Lousy staff. Bought dog food was in putting my phone number and clerk changed screens before I was done so I could not use any of my coupons then she refused to back it out. This is the last time this store will see me. F off.

it's clutter most of the time people in handicap chairs can't get around some of the workers are nice some or not I think it needs to be organized more better the place picked up more so people could get around in handicap chairs that's been going on like this for the past few years and no one says nothing about it when it first opened up that was really nice you could get through there with no problems......The lady that waited on to me at the cash register today was very nice

Staff is almost always rude, distracted, on their phones. Things are often out of stock. Many items on the shelf that are months past sell by date. Only reason for 2 stars is that its low priced and nearby.

Wow this place was trashed when i walked in with broken glass in the middle of the isle the shelves ate barren...prob because the majority of items were on the floor and no worker in site. They didn't seem to care to much about taking pride in their job. I love Dollar General normally but this particular one needed some TLC and another worker or two to keep the place maintained. It was no surprise that they had a basket of clearance items marked down...mostly because a package was opened it something was missing from the package etc....good for those bargain shoppers however is a direct loss to the business due to aloof staff who obviously don't take their job seriously. I was in flip flops and almost cut my foot. My sister was so mad she hunted down a worker and told them about all the large portions of broken glass And said if they didn't have time to clean it up as a safety hazard with children then she would do it if they can at least find her a broom. Or seemed to be trashed and sitting there for some time. We left and went to Family Dollar right next door and it was so much cleaner. The shelves weren't as empty. The staff was friendly and there to greet you at the door. Ya being two steps from each other the DG better step it up before that staff or lack there of run that place into closing its doors. Worst DG I've ever been to. Hire people that actually care and have integrity and take pride in themselves and their surroundings...don't hire just a paycheck. Be a leader or manager that Cares about Its staff and creates a family type atmosphere full of respect for eachother...whatever the case is as a whole something is lacking and it isn't just the merchandise on the shelves. Commision...rewards program...better management and training...hell music whatever you gotta do to boost the moral...people spend more when they are relaxed and when things are displayed well. Train sales staff not just cashiers. If i could give a 0 i would. I hate seeing people's dream and hard work fail so good luck and God bless.

Did not know this location was closed for remodel. The doors were wide open and I already had a couple items in hand before ever even seeing an employee. Very displeased.

The manager had a mask on but it was under her nose the manager that came up to give a refund didn't have it over her nose she had to go get a mask when I walked in the cashier didn't have her mask covering her nose or her face ...... when I checked out before the refund the cashier was letting people land the didn't have a mask

Everyone in this store is a lier, especially general manager Jermie. This store doesn’t keep there selves stocked up for the costumers. The employees there are rude and disrespectful by cursing around costumers

Love that it’s right down the street but I don’t like that products are never in the correct spot, I never no what the sells are unless I grab an ad, my coupons never seem to work and getting help from the the night crew is laughable apparently.

The store was the worst dollar General I have ever been in you couldn't even get around in there because there was stuff all over the floor and nothing on the shelf they need a person in there to clean that place up this was terrible

The help has a lousy attitude and B careful of buying any gift cards there cuz they don't make sure that they're properly credited the place is a nightmare the store is filthy as well as the parking lot if I need something I will go out of my way to go to a better store
