One man fromAnother country his name Azzs can't spell his name but he was exceptionally rude stated get o ut of his storeThis horrific attitude was reported to the manager. I have lived In Edwardsville all of my life. Was excited when the store came into our city. But it was 100% now its about 25%. Please fix it.

Employee on phone does not seem to know when her manager will be around. Not very professional. Calling to check a job app, not complain. 😂 At least if I get the job I likely won't be micro managed.

The trash outside is overflowing. There's trash all over the parking lot. It's disgusting. Aisles have stuff just laying on the ground and can't get a shopping cart through it. Horrible store.

I went in there to make a purchase. Two of the associates told me to take off my hood. I asked why they said for safety reasons. I turned around and walked out. I have been going to this store for months before. The two people who said this I recognized from my many previous visits. One of them I even talked to before. So I am no "stranger" to the store. I walked out because if I am such a threat....then so is my money as well. I went down the street to the grocery store with my hood on and purchased the same item and guess..... the store was in no danger and they weren't threatened by me and so they got my money. As a customer I should not spend my money were they make me feel uncomfortable. How are you going to discrimate against me and take my money as well?? What world you live in where that is ok. I will spend my money where I am welcomed not where I am looked at as a suspect...

I was in this store tonight about 730 and when I got home I didn't directly put my items up it was about an hour and a half later and when I did I was missing a whole bag of items, mind you I had just spent 72.00 while I was there so I called the store and proceeded to explain that I was missing items I purchased and somehow got disconnected, I tried to call back and knowone would answer

Employees are nice and helpful. I would rate it higher, but the store is cluttered; always racks and carts of cardboard and product in the way. The isles are small to begin with, so it makes it difficult to get around with your own cart.

Walked in to an amazingly large store, it had a clean and organized vibe to it. Only problem I had was it seemed to be low in stock of many things, like clothing sizes (all one size but none of the other sizes), certain christmas products (like lights), and foods.

It's over crowded with merchandise and had to maneuver around in with a cart. The sales clerk had his attention elsewhere than on his customers. He failed to put the two mermaid coin purses in my bag I had purchased for my granddaughter's Christmas stockings at $1 each + taxes. So not only did my granddaughters NOT get the coin purses but I'm out the money I paid for merchandise I didn't get. When I got home and checked the bag it was to late to go back to the store as they had closed for the holiday so I was unable to go back and get what I paid for.

Stores parking lot has all sorts of trash. Employees looked so thrilled to be there working on a register where the belt hasn't worked in over a Year!! This store needs to be cleaned up. Inside and out!!!!

There is one cashier that is very rude there. He would tease and grab my child hand. I had to stop going there because he was always doing way to much for comfort. Just do your job and nothing more not.everyone likes it when you talk to their children. How can I teach my child about strangers when you continuously do that.. I haven't been back sinceUpdate:That cashier no longer works there. I’m excited because I was having to drive far.

The usual experience as at most Dollar Generals. Friendly greeting as you enter, tight aisles which are heavily stocked with everything you could possibly need, and quick checkout. The only thing that kind of bothered me was during checkout I asked the clerk if they had Juul pods, since they sold tobacco products. But he just looked at me and said (in a condescending tone), "I haven't even heard of that. No, we don't have them." Verbatim. My suggestion is to either train this employee on customer service or on whats and isn't sold at their store. Afterall, its 2020 and Juul and other vape products have become very popular. Its hard to believe I'm the first person to ask for them.The checkout has a credit card machine that displays the tap option, but its non-functioning.. Besides that, checkout was quick.

I used to like Dollar General a lot better then I do now nothing seems to be priced especially the clearance items the Isles are always full of boxes and you can't get around I'm just not impressed anymore

The lady working tonight locked the doors 15 mins before they were closed. Stood at the door for 5 mins and she looked at us and said were closed. I needed one thing. There was 4 other people in the store. I could’ve been in and out by the time they closed. Terrible closer.

Typical Dollar General, isles are always lined with carts full of stuff waiting to get shelved which blocks the view of what's already on the shelves and the prices. A little annoying but you come to expect it and get used to it.

Don't ever use your debit card here. I went in the store my purchase came up to 11.48 the cashier had me swipe twice in me my card wasn't reading them the 3rd attempt it went through later check my account they held 13.98 twice on my acct. I have to wait 15 days for them to release my 27.00. Never double swipe if you do check your account

The new manager is very nasty and rude, she has no customer service skills and barley has enough patience to answer a simple question. Do something about her if you expect black earned dollars to be spent here.

When I went in the music was so loud, checking out the woman was singing to the loud music. Seriously I had other things to get and I could not concentrate on what I needed so I just left. Other people in this store made comments as well.

I don't visit often but dropped in recently and was an okay visit, nothing more. It seemed a little dirty/messy and the staff all seemed to be somewhat sullen.
