I really like this Dollar General! The store is always well stocked! I love the Arts and crafts aisle its my favorite in the area. They have canvases and paint pens for a very reasonable price, oh and they have some really nice throw blankets for $8!

Nice clean store, with great employees. Only complaint would be that you never know if it will be open or closed. Went here on Sunday at 2:00 pm and it was closed. Had to go to another location at 45th and Metropolitan, and that was a bad experience. Employees with bad attitudes there.

Nice run little Dollar General. Kind staff, clear aisles, easy to get around... found what we needed, quickly and easily.Got a couple nice whiteboards - didn't expect to find those, so nice surprise - along with the usual large selection.

Horrible horrible customer service!!! Store is filthy and things are thrown everywhere. Associate that goes by the name of James is rude, he has no clue of what is going on and an attitude that stinks!!! He spun the bag around throwing the customers glass candle out of the bag and then onto the floor shattering it. Never once apologizing. We waited in line for 15 minutes and finally put our items back and left. This was ridiculous!!!

Nice, usually very neat and clean. The isles are not all narrow and blocking isles and shelves like I've seen many other stores. Also their staff is . Always kind and helpful.

I actually like going to the Dollar General Stores because I can always find really cute knick-knacks, and my daughter is very crafty! She can put just a few things together and when going to other stores such as Target, TJMax, or Marshall's and she has actually made really cute decorations for her room and all over my home. There are these stores where the price I've seen cost any where from $15 to $25!!! I'm very proud to see we paid almost next to nothing!!! My daughter is truly crafty and they really look high-end!!!

Well my name is Michael Williams I spend my hard working money in this store every day. Not just one or two dollars but 60 to 100 or sometimes even more.. i go in today to get accused of stealing all because I walked in with a man that was stealing the day before who was in there with his girlfriend so I let it go said what I had to say and continued my shopping for the two ladies to keep on talking and for one to call the police all because of someone else mistakes..but as of right now I’m taking everything I purchased these last past week back they will not get my money I work to hard to get treated like that and would greatly appreciate it if I could get in contact with someone who can help me with this situation

I mean it's a Dollar General, you know what you're getting into when you go there. Sometimes it's messy/disorganized but I can pretty much always find what I'm looking for and the cashiers are friendly even when they're trying to run the whole store by themselves so I have no complaints.

Arrived at 9:40 pm, 20 minutes before closing and they refused to let us in. Absolutely unacceptable. If they wanted to close at 9:30 they should’ve put that in their hours.

Horrible customer service.I went in to have balloons inflated.All started well with the first employee I encountered but after that she had line behind me so she asked another employee if she could inflate the balloons or if she wanted to work the register.The employee answered and said, Ill inflate them but you have to tie the string.The employee who was currently working the register said who?And the lady replied with “her” (me) and the other cashier replied “thats mean” and she replied “its not mean its just we got a million things to do”So me as a paying customer was a bother to herI work in customer service, I am a restaurant manager so, I know when theres a million things to be done but you always prioritize your customers.As she inflated my balloons, I had to tie all of them and in the middle of her doing so she answered her phone on a personal call.If I am paying for soemthing I expect proper customer service.This was a joke.

The Manager was rude. They didn't have much things in the shelves. I got a job, At Wal-Mart Super Center in Shawnee off of Shawnee Mission Parkway and Maurer Road. Used to go to the Dollar General Every week spend over a hundred and more. Sometimes twice a week I may just choose a new Location. Of coarse Wal-Mart has alot of everything ++ Good prices and Freindly Associates!!!! I was just very dissapointed.

The customer service was great! There is a lot to choose from at the store with the holidays coming in there are a lot of things that are discounted. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable which makes the shopping experience easier

Was in line for 13 minutes. 1 checker the line had about 8 people waiting the other girl comes out from the back 2 seconds goes back in the back never even offered the help the girl check people out to get the line down 2 people ended up walking out very bad customer service maybe need new management or offer some classes on customer service

The Store manager is lazy and does nothing, but walk back and fourth while there. The store is the nastiest I’ve seen in Kansas City, Kansas. Disgusting store, lazy manager and staff.

Not the most but definitely in the running for the most ghetto Dollar General. One time a girl is eating Takis while checking someone out and the last time the rude cashier had the nerve to tell me to get my three-year-old daughter who had escaped from me and I was trying to grab her at that moment. It was out of line especially when I was clearly trying to get her and not just letting her run wild. It was insulting and if your a parent you know how exasperating it can be and she was like kicking me when I was already down.

This place is the worst of them all they have people steal there and don't do anything about it all they do is say thank you as the person walks out with carts full of stuff then I heard that one of there workers from a long time ago get beaten so bad that she needed a hospital there a lot more bad thing about this place I will never shop there again in my life
