In person is fine, never had any problems. But now, I have moved and after I had my prescription transferred they still filled it and there is no way to "unfill" online and no one will pick up the phone. I've been on hold for 30 minutes. After 25 minutes the background music ended. I'm not sure what to do since I don't live near here anymore. * I got kicked off after 31 minutes.

I just experienced probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I don't believe in being rude to workers, especially when an issue was not something they caused. I did not call with any kind of attitude or anger. But this woman constantly interrupted me throughout the entire call - starting with the very first sentence I tried to say. She talked down to me when I tried to ask for clarification of which medication she was talking about (I am not a pharmacist and this is an amphetamine - I never want to ASSUME I know what an acronym means with these types of drugs). I tried to give her the exact Rx numbers in an attempt to be helpful and she dismissed me. At this point I was frustrated and tired of being talked to like I was incompetent - but I still tried to stay calm because I know that being mean gets you nowhere. Finally, she was saying that I didn't have refills available. I tried to calmly explain that I had already called my Dr. and they said I had, not one, but two unfilled Rx on file. She interrupted me by calling over a co-working and asking them to look at the screen and confirm what she was seeing and then came back on the phone and, again, talked to me like I was a toddler. I wish I were exaggerating about how incredibly hostile and mean she was for literally no reason. I am shell shocked.

It’s not the person fault that I dealt with today but a few days ago I dealt with Keaton over the phone and he is very disrespectful and rude!! He even hung up on me! I called twice the first time I called the issue should have been dealt with then but it took me to call back the second time and he didn’t do his job the first time and took his frustration out on me! I’m not ever going to put up with that from him or no one! I work for NFM and if I ever talk to customer the way he talk to me I would not have a job!

I am an avid CVS patron and usually rave about their service, but I just had the worst service ever from the manager no less. Manager, Keeton(sp?) and cashier Robin in the pharmacy have the worst customer service I have ever experienced at CVS. I asked for two transactions, One for myself and one for the supplements I was buying for someone else. I waited ln line for over 35 minutes to even get to the counter, told Robin I wanted two transactions and she proceeded to ring them up together. Manager came over and said, we don't do that here to which I replied, "I have done this many times with no issues" to which he replied, "so do you want me to delete this and start it over and do two transactions?". I replied, "yes, it should have not all been rung up together in the first place.". There was quite a bit of back and forth and There were many people behind me so I told him to just take the supplements off and I would just get them from Amazon. So, they could have made another $30 sale but lost it because of the attitude. Will not come back, I will use Target CVS or drive wherever, but Keeton's store will not see another dime from me.

Building says open 24 hours. Sign on door says they open at 8 am. CVS is something that should not be lying to customers.
