I've never had such a horrible experience with a pharmacy! I would give a negative star if I could. What a bunch of bungling idiots! Especially a young man that works there. Wish I had gotten his name. Do yourself a favor and go to ANY OTHER PHARMACY! Shipped my prescription to a wrong address! What a bunch of CLOWNS!!

Nikki is the best pharmacist one could ever ask for. She is professional, caring, and thoughtful. I am so very grateful for her. The pharmacy does an amazing business because they work to help everyone.

Recently moved from out of state. Have been to this pharmacy about six times and have had one positive experience out of those six. The pharmacist during that experience was great. Too bad one has to deal with the technicians. Needed to pick up an antibiotic for my child. I am told their system is down and no idea when, or if, it will be back up. I ask if there is another CVS close by that could fill it. Am told probably...there is one on State Road but you will have to call them because I don't know if their system is down as well. What wonderful customer service. Your system is down. You are just standing there waiting for it to come back up and just shrug your shoulders and say meh to a customer. I call the other store and they can fill the prescription but, oh yeah, CVS is closed from 1:30 to 2:00 pm every day so it'll be another few hours. Forget this. There are other pharmacies that don't close in the middle of the day that employ actual helpful technicians .

This pharmacy is so difficult they exhaust me. They send you a million text msgs and when you actually need to refill they perform like it’s a rare drug and take forever to get you taken care of. Then to make things worse, I’ve never been charged the same price twice. It ranges hundreds of dollars for my insulin one time to the next forcing me to break out my doctors paperwork and pricing. It’s infuriating and frustrating. I’m headed there tomorrow and I’d be shocked if they get it right. One star is generous. And one final note. They give you attitude for looking unhappy. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever been subjected to and I’m an extremely easy going chill guy.

Tried to call on the phone for information about a covid booster and flu shot and got an only automated system that told me walk in appointments were available. This isn't true. Then when I showed up we were told online appointments were required in fact, despite signs on their counter stating walk-ins might have wait times (I already figured that). I got online to make an appointment and then had to wait around an hour until the appt time when no one was at the shot station or waiting when we arrived. The guy who gave us our shots was nice and courteous but correct Information from CVS would have been nice.

The system says you can walk in and get your vaccine. The lady in there turned down the girl for a second dose of vaccine saying her dose is ready at one of the other cvs. she didn’t even call that other cvs but she said they are not taking any calls and it may take a while and turned her down. This is unacceptable cus you have go there and have to wait then you have hear that it will not happen(how does that feel).That was not a great service but thankfully the other guy was nice enough to do his job. He called the other cvs and right away they answer the call and he made it happened. Be nice to everyone(any color of people).YOLO

Please hold for an hour listening to how and where to get your Covid 19 vaccine is not customer service. You won. I got tired and gave up. This place has no customer service. They have just have that annoying answering service that tells you about Covid 19 over and over. I am going elsewhere to get my needs.

Never have the drugs in stock. Very frustrating. Can't wait for the new pharmacy to open in the Medical Bldg. This pharmacy has made me even stop shopping at Target. That's pretty bad. (Pharmacy staff is nice, but if I can't get my meds, that doesn't really matter).
