I need to get medicine by Thursday but out of stock and again weekend closed. I have to stay without medicine for 3 days. Man I gonna change to other pharmacy. I have been disappointed many times.

Rough in appearance but the pharmacy is very efficient and quick with great customer service. 06/07/23 updated review, customer service is going downhill due to lack of training in the pharmacy department. Update again on 07/01/23: customer service is back to professional and they’re always quick with my prescription.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Went to take a rapid Covid test.. waited almost 24 hours for a 2 hour test. They have no idea what they are doing. They finally after almost a whole day said my test was negative. Having the gut feeling they were just being lazy and didn’t test it right, just put down negative so I wouldn’t be mad about waiting. I went somewhere else and got tested. I 100% am positive for Covid!!!!! They could’ve messed up my job if I didn’t decide to get tested somewhere else! Stop being lazy and care about your jobs!!! You are potentially dealing with peoples life’s and future. So mad at CVS for not testing right and having an educated staff!

They turned me down two times for the second dose of vaccine saying they don’t accept walk in when in first place they gave first dose without an appointment around 1-3pm. Its nerve taking when you drive up 20miles just to hear we don’t accept walk in. You have to go here and there to make appt when in reality they are not even that busy. I appreciate every work but this is not nice.. If you have been through this you feel me.

I went through the drive thru for my prescription. I sat at the window for about 5 minutes (I understand that the pharmacy is busy) and then another customer pulled up to the tube beside me. Almost immediately the pharmacy assisted her and she left. I had to ring the bell for assistance. I don't know if your staff needs re-training or if you need a whole new staff.

I'm a returning patron. I appreciate this store and the people who work there. I moved to another state about 3 years ago and now back home. Getting my prescriptions here is better than the service at 'W'. The workers here verify all the necessary id & dr info needed to make sure your Rx is correct and ready when promised. Sorry if anybody else ever had a problem, maybe the problem is not the workers. I've never had a problem in my 20+ years. That's why they deserved the high rating I'm giving them.

No public restroom. Assuming that's because it's next to a bus stop. Classless. For myself, I work construction and always buy something when I use their restroom... No public restroom? Good I'll save my money. Walgreens all day. With that said, it was very clean.

This restroom was horrid theres a wet floor sign in there but it must have been a joke; The floors where flithly. its 10am and the trash was pile to the top, maybe you where busy this morning or maybe you have not changed it in over a day. The only reason its two stars is because the young lady that works here in the am is a sweet heart.

I am an Artist & have to get photos made from phone on a regular basis.The machines that do this has been out of service for over a month.I go to CVS every week for purchases, 6 perscriptions monthly & photo copies weekly.I'm switching to Walgreens much better setup & sevice.

Never have any problems with this CVS. Staff is friendly. And this CVS is always well stocked! Perfect for a quick visit or even a little grocery shopping while waiting for your medicine!

States they are open until 7pm on Sundays. I needed my prescription. I went to the pharmacy at 6:15pm and the gates were closed to the pharmacy.
