Just left this store I usually avoid, but Debra the manager went above and beyond to help me figure out my new insurance. Also a pharmacy lady also came out from behind the counter to help me find some otc items she recommended. I had quit coming because such poor service. Hopefully this sis new mgr that will make it better since my new insurance is partnered with them.

I would say 95% of the staff (including pharmacy) are helpful and friendly. If you a have problem in the store, ask for Debra (hopefully she’s there). She is a super employee. In the pharmacy, I feel like they are understaffed.

It takes so long to get a prescription filled. I’ve been waiting going on three days for one refill and they refuse to answer the phone. I understand if you’re understaffed but let us know if we need to go elsewhere to get scripts filled sooner.

I get coupons texted daily to buy their overpriced merchandise from their underpaid staff. EXCEPT THEY DONT HAVE WIFI IN THE STORE SO I CANNOT ACCESS THE COUPONS. What's the point?Long list of issues over the years, but this last visit was my LAST.Pay your staff a living wage, and maybe they won't be so vivibly demoralized to inform customers there's no wifi?The website to schedule vaccines is lagging and slow. The pharmacy is understaffed. The front counter staff turnover is higher than snoop dog. The prices are inflated. The coupons are... well I couldn't tell you because they don't have wifi in the store...I'm sad. I have been going to this location since they were OSCO drug. I unsubscribed from the coupon texts and told my Dr. to change my preferred pharmacy.

If I could give the pharmacy a zero I absolutely would the worker without pharmacist titles act like they have ones and say “is your doctor aware your abusing your medicine” because we asked to fill two and a half days early when the doctor sent over the script for us to fill it early !! And the manager Kyle likes to also accuse people of abusing medicine also, If you can’t fill do to policy is one thing to say unwanted hurtful comments is another 👍

I had a prescription for toothpaste that was running low, and tried calling to get a refill but was not able to. When I called, the pharmacist made me feel like a horrible person, just for going through toothpaste too fast. Maybe next time keep the judgement and attitude to yourself.

Very consistent... consistently slow and rude.The Dr called in a prescription for my wife. I went up there to the drive thru hoping it would be ready. They acted like I was ridiculous for going straight there from the Dr's office and said it would take a couple of hours, and to call them if I hadn't heard from them by 5pm. It was around noon at that time. They need a few hours... or maybe 5-6?I went back after three hours. They still weren't ready yet. I sat in the lobby and waited until they were ready.

I’m so very disappointed, I went to my dentist this morning- they prescribed me antibiotics. When I got off work today at 5 I went to the pharmacy and they told me they couldn’t get it filled till the morning. I drive away crying because I was in so much pain. I’ve been coming to this pharmacy since I was a child- my mothers came here at least twice my lifetime. All I needed was 21 amoxicillin pills. The lady also tried to get me to go to a different pharmacy. Absolutely ridiculous.

My husband and I both received our COVID-19 Boosters here.The pharmacy was busy and seemed to be understaffed. The pharmacist, Jennifer, was absolutely so kind and accommodating to us waiting in line and to her team. I hope they find more help, it seems to be a busy location.

Several years ago they filled my wife's prescription with a different drug, one that would have been dangerous for her to take. We should have stopped using them at that time, but second chances and all that.... Lesson learned though, as I've had nothing but issues with filling my own prescriptions there. Whether they are incredibly late on scheduled pickups, filling things without consent, or being out of common medications, this store is a train wreck. Common items are overpriced (as is the case with most drugstores unfortunately), the store itself is generally dirty, and it is in a cell reception black hole, so while you wait (and no matter what, you'll be waiting) don't bother getting online. Pharmacy staff is consistently disinterested at best, but credit where it's due I've had pleasant interactions with other staff. Fortunately there are other options in the area now for pharmacies, so no one should have any reason to give this branch any money.

Worst customer service ever!! Heartless people. My dog had to go to the emergency vet because she was in so much pain she couldn’t even sleep. I dropped off a prescription and saw online that the store closed at 7, so I assumed that was the pharmacy as well. Ok my fault I’ll admit that. I was there 10 minutes after 6 and the pharmacist was still there but wouldn’t give me the prescription. That was fine, whatever, so I then asked for the paperwork back so I could get it filled somewhere else and they wouldn’t give it to me. Going above and beyond is clearly something they don’t care about. I would go to any other pharmacy but this one. Also will add I get medication here often and I’ve had several times they’ve given me the wrong prescription.

Pharmacist was less than helpful and refused to assist with contacting insurance so that we could receive a vaccination. We contacted insurance in the store who approved the coverage but the pharmacist could not be bothered. Truly disappointed.

This store has the absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I've been to the store five or six times and every time the pharmacist are rude and disrespectful. occasionally my prescriptions are short of the medication they're supposed to have in them. The pharmacist at the stores refused to acknowledge that the script is short. If I can help it I will never go to this Pharmacy again

Been filling my prescriptions here for years. The same medication!! Friday I tried taking my hand written script to get filled. They wouldn't take it til Saturday when it needed to be filled. Saturday I go the don't have enough to fill my prescription now. So I got Monday. Monday I'm told my insurance won't pay til Tuesday which is 32 days. I get a 30 day supply. So today I call to pick up my meds and I'm told now they have to talk to my doctor??? The same one who JUST wrote the prescription? I've never heard of that? Bad thing is my doctor is out of town Until Friday!! So now I can't eat food or ANYTHING without my medicine. I rely on my meds.. They should not be able to do this to people. They knew the first day they had to speak to my doctor. But they kept giving me the run around until I had nothing.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR A WALK IN COVID-19 VACCINATION!!! I was told flat out when asking for the vaccination, "We can't help you. We're busy". Only to find out later, when I called to complain, that the pharmacy is open until 9 PM ! (I went there at 4:45PM). I am a customer just like everyone else who walks in the door and during a time when we now have the Delta variant, NO ONE WHO IS DOING WALK-IN VACCINES SHOULD BE REFUSING TO VACCINATE ANYONE!!! They either need to close this location down, since they have so many bad reviews, or get rid of the problem pharmacists who are refusing to vaccinate people. I want to give ZERO stars but it won't let me post this review unless I give at least one star! I am going to share this post with everyone I know and hope no one else has to be refused a vaccine when the penalty for not having it is DEATH.

CVS Phone-in Refill software is & has been for months horribly messed-up… a pharmacist acknowledged it, even apologized for it, said she has heard about a lot and wondered why it doesn’t get fixed. Frustrating.

Very racist manager. I tried to exchange a hair dye. They wouldn't do it although I had the receipt with me, because I didn't have a "valid" ID. They wouldn't even accept my passport because it is not US passport. For a hair dye this is ridiculous. I would understand for alcohol and cigarettes maybe even some medicine. But for something that I didn't need an ID to buy in the first place, that doesn't make sense to me. I do not see that happening to a Caucasian woman (and I know a couple that currently don't have a ID's because they lost them and haven't been able to acquire one). Already filed a report, we'll see what happens.

They are pretty good filling your script. But waiting on a Dr to email ,fax or whatever they do is not there fault .. Im just learning that. I apologize to the CVS pharmacy personal for getting upset with them. Good job keep the good work up...

Can't giver ZERO stars. CVS has horrible return policies. Trying to return an item that was bought last week and now that they have my money they want to give it back on my card or in the form of store credit. Refunds take days unlike payments that are instant. This is a HORRIBLE policy that any store can have. I will no longer frequent any CVS.

My last review was taken down, along with 2 other family members. I usually love this location, as I have been going there since it was opened. We had a horrible experience with discrimination and accused of stealing and being red flagged. That is insulting and embarrassing. Oh and they called the cops but did NOT press charges. Of course they didn't as nothing was stole. I have contacted the regional director whom was very nice and is looking into everything that happend and said we could go back. I just found it interesting that I was told today that reviews that my friends and family put on here was taken down?!?!

CVS Pharmacy refuses to fill medications for patients of veterinarians due a problem with their software. Staff and manager were rude and not apologetic for their failure to provide medication for pet's care.

They do not take the time to call the insurance company to verify whether they participate in the over the counter a benefit or not they could care less about us and I don't want to do business there no more at the drive-through it's somewhat of a different sthey are nice set to drive-through they get the job done when you call and talk to the pharmacist But it's the front desk people they need to do something about to train to do something about

I was told my meds were scheduled to be refill. At 11am the next day so I grab my Cain and start working my way to the car which isn't easyi got to CVS. 11am the next day and they still didn't have it ready so I waited 3 hours for them to fill it and they over text me in rxs I don't even need filled yet CVS better step it up

I would if they didn't lock there doors before closing time 9:23 on a Saturday night and there doors are locked. They are opened until 10:00 PM I walked 3 miles for nothing

Was here to pick up a nasal decongestant and the pharmacist was rude and seemed not willing to sell me the medication,when I asked her to speak to my wife on my cellphone( who is the one sick) she said "No I don't speak on other people's phones"in a rude tone.I was really upset when leaving the store
