I used them to board my 11 yr old pit bull and my 5 month old Havashire, and they were great!Very good communication, upfront pricing, and very friendly.They took great care of them, and the grooming the baby came home with was perfect! I am switching to them for all their grooming and boarding needs.

This is my second time, and it will be home for my dog friend. This place is great. Not just the place, but the people are amazing. 100% recommended for your 4 legs friends. I'm happy about the service.

This place is absolutely terrible. Brought my puppy here because his babysitter was out of town so I needed a place for him to go from 8-4pm. I packed my puppy, WHO IS THREE MONTHS OLD, a lunch, a chew, snacks, and toys in a plastic bag. And then I put the plastic bag in a lunch box which was dropped off with my puppy. When I picked him up he was terrified and covered in urine. He's never been to daycare so I thought nothing of it and got him in my car. When I got home and looked in his bag. It was EXACTLY THE SAME AS I PACKED IT. I had sticky notes on everything and the plastic bag in a specific way. They didn't feed him lunch, didn't give him any of the snacks I packed, or any of his toys. He's teething so he's in a lot of pain and they didn't even give him his teething toy or chew. When I called to complain the woman said "we don't normally feed daycare dogs." Which is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Nowhere on thier website says that. And then when I asked about why they didn't give him his toys she just said "I don't know. I'm sorry," and had the nerve to sound annoyed. I am shaking and crying because i feel terrible having to put my puppy through this and I am just so angry. No offer for a refund or any way to make it right. They are terrible people who don't care about dogs.

We took Trooper and Zoey in for a spa day! Trooper was bathed and brushed out! He looks, smells, and feels amazing 👏 Zoey got her Summer cut and had her nails trimmed. We were incredibly pleased with both!! Thank you for the fantastic service!!

My partner and I were in town from Milwaukee for a concert this weekend. Although our hotel is pet friendly we wanted our Blu to stay somewhere reliable and safe for our evening out at the concert. This was his first stay for boarding and our first time as dog parents to drop him off. After we researched many options in the area, we found Ani Pals and chose this facility because it seemed to be reliable and professional. After we arrived to drop off our boy, we knew he’d be in good hands.The check in and check out process were easy and he seemed to enjoy his night away. If we’re ever back in town we’d choose this facility again! Thank you for the accommodation, Ani Pals!

When we picked up Sabrina from being kenneled, she was crying in the back area. She was limping and licking her leg a lot. We took her to the vet, and she has a fractured leg bone.

The boarding or suites and luxury suites were very clean. The ladies were very personable and loving. the animals look well taken care of. I even took my dog there to be groomed and he came out just happy and looking handsome. I will be returning.

Absolutely will NEVER use them again and will probably report them. We have historically used this location and loved the care but had to use them unexpectedly for a week and we just picked him up and I am SICK TO MY STOMACH. He looks like he’s lost weight, almost all of his food is still in his bag that we brought, his face and body is matted with tears and I’m absolutely disgusted. The staff refused to give him a bath and nail trim saying they were “too busy” and then made my husband go get him because the staff member he interacted with said that she refused to go get him because he is a jumper. When he asked who was letting him out then she said some other staff member. I am appalled I am sickened and no pet owner should ever trust them.There was SIX, 6 full bags of his food still in his bag and they gave us some other dogs blanket. If I could I would give them negative stars. This place should NOT be open.

We took our elderly dog in for grooming and they did a wonderful job and our dog was playful as ever afterwards. They also bathed our 100 lb Saint Bernard mix and he smelled great and still does, more than a week after. He was so soft afterwards. We will be back

Over the course of about 4 years, I took 2 different dogs here several times, often for many days at a time. They always seemed very well cared for, and with genuinely nice staff looking after them. I always requested a bath and nail trim at the end of their stay, which was well worth it (and included if we stayed a certain length of time, I believe). Dogs get to play outdoors but also have good protection from the elements. They take in cats as well, and possibly other pets. (Birds?) Nice people!

I take my girls here often as I travel. They know them by name! The place is extremely clean and the staff are amazing!! Not only do I use the kennel but Amy cuts my girls hair and does an absolute awesome job!! Love this place!!

We have boarded our dog here multiple times and have never had a bad experience. Our dog can be difficult when it comes to strangers so we're always cautious about where he stays when we have to be gone. This facility keeps all dogs separate and they each get their own playtime outside. He has always seemed well taken care of when we pick him up and the staff is all very friendly!

So thankful we happened to find Ani-pals. We just picked up our lab, and I've never seen him so happy after a kennel stay. Usually he's a little withdrawn at first, but not this time! We can tell he had a great time and was well cared for. Great facilities that are clean and spacious. Dogs even have an outdoor kennel to play in. Reasonably priced, as well. We met 4 or 5 staff members between drop-off and pick-up and each and every one was friendly and seemed to genuinely love animals! Thank you!We stayed at Great Wolf Lodge. It was very convenient only being a few miles away.

Extremely happy with their grooming services for my Keeshond, he gets excited when I ask him, "do you want to go see the ladies". They are always attentive and friendly. Any skin issues he has are pointed out to watch as he has allergies. I have never had a bad experience here, they are very reasonable compared to a chain groomer used formerly. Highly recommend Ani Pal's, they are attentive, communicate well, personable and my dog enjoys going!

Went to take a tour and ask questions before boarding my 3 dogs. They took me to show me where all of the pets are staying and showed me all of the facility with no problem. The facility is very nice, with plenty of room for my pets. They were very helpful and answered all questions I had (which was a lot). I plan on using them for Thanksgiving while we go out of town. I know they will be well taken care of!

We felt lucky when we found this place. We sometimes have to leave out of town for several days and we know that our dog feels comfortable staying here. The staff are awesome and they treat our dog like he is one of there own. He comes home each time with his own bandana. The prices are competitive and the Sunday pick up hours are better than any other place in town. Go for a tour, it's what helped us feel comfortable about using Ani-pals!

Great place for my Macy to stay! I had never left her before, but they left me feeling very assured she was in good hands. I toured the facility and was given the chance to ask any questions I had. They encouraged me to call the next day or any day that she was there to check in. She doesn't usually eat very much when in a strange place - they said her bowl was empty every day! Great place and highly recommend!

Nice place! Very easy to get to. Our 2 mastiffs were happy and when we picked them up they had cute bandanas on. Great touch. We'd use them again and recommend them to others. Our pups had a view of the Koi pond!! They also had their own entrance/exit to a patio area. Nice and very affordable! :-)

Had to place a rescue pup here for a few days (waiting for space to open up at the shelter) and let me tell you, this place is great. Indoor-outdoor runs that face a common open area gives your pup something to look at all day (instead of a wall!) Extremely clean and pleasant facility, the staff are terrific and in-the-know. And outdoor grounds are great for walks! Highly recommended!!

Great groomers. We take our 3 dogs here regularly. They listen to us and follow our requests on how we want our kids trimmed. Their office and kennel area is always clean, organized and odor free.

Hi guys! Liberty the Wolfhound here. Mom and Dad took me to Ani-Pals today. Admittedly I was not too happy. They usually take me to what dad calls a "big box stores" and I'm really not a fan. They're okay, but nowhere near as nice as this Jenn lady was. She met me in the parking lot and I instantly had to give her a lick! They had enough room outside to get my legs stretched and then we went inside. Mom and Dad had a lot of questions, and even some from Jenn to make sure she got it right. We had to make sure I kept my signature Grinch toes, they're a favorite at the dog park.I wasn't so sure about all the other barkers in there but Jenn helped me to my own room with a big bed! I had a perfect view of the fountain too. I know I'm a big breed, even at 7 months (85lbs) and if I don't want you to touch my face I am really sorry but you're not going to. I let Jenn though! And she did my nails with that noisy Dremel thing too. Normally only mom can touch me with that! After my grooming she gave me a real pretty banana on my neck! Dad says I look like a dweeb, but mom says I was cut perfectly. We will definitely be back soon, and Mom says with all the money she saved I can get a new fuzzy. I definitely think I won today!

I couldn't be happier to find this groomer close to home. My little girl has never been to anyone other than family for grooming but since we moved its a long drive to get there. When I picked my girl up I could tell right away she was happy and looked beautiful!! Tina thank you for taking such good care of my Tillie! You did a beautiful job! We will be back!!
