Good store, the restroom is usually in good shape, but the one thing that bothers me when I visit is the smell of burning plastic (whatever it is). I think the hotdog, brat (whatever) rollers are overheated and/or the ventilation system needs to provide an adequate exhaust port to allow the store to pull more fresh air inside.

I went in there around 30 minutes ago and the gentleman employee there was very rude. I was in there with my sister and she tried to buy some candy that clearly stated it was a $1 when you used the reward app. It didn't ring up a a $1, so she said that it should be. Her told her " Well, I don't know what you want me to do then." She told him that he needs to to whatever he supposed to do to make it that price. He got nasty and rude to her, telling her to get out his store and that if she didn't leave he was gonna call the police, just because he didn't want to do his job. So then I told him that she was in there earlier in the day and bought that same candy for the $1. He then tells me to get out and that he wasn't gonna serve me and said he was gonna call the cops. Mind you this is the same man we seen sleep behind the counter last week. Then earlier in the evening he was walking around the store with no shoes on, the went out to the car with a woman and was smoking weed while other custo.ers where in the store and they walked out without paying and again while he was going off on us. I think he should be fired for his rude conduct to customers and smoking illegal substances on the job and neglecting the store. I will not return to this store if I see him there. I've been coming g to this store for years and never had a problem.

Their gas signage is always off. Usually only by a few cents but today it was off by about $.12. And I’m not crying about a whole $1.50 on a full tank of gas but because it’s ongoing, it may be a ploy to get people into their lot in their store. Kind of genius actually. Who is going to pull away?

The restroom had no toilet paper, all 3 hand cleaning chemicals were empty and no toilet seat covers. I mentioned this to one of the two employees and one replied it wasn't a public bathroom. So I said then you don't require your employees to wash their hands before returning to work?!?! He said there was a sink by the drink station for that and they just didn't have time to refill (or clean by the looks of it) the restroom. I said you have time to argue with me about it!!! As I sit in my car typing this review one employees comes outside to sit and smoke. HEY!! BREAKS OVER GO DO YOUR JOB!

This Seven Eleven should just close at a certain time. Everytime I have been there after hours they are closed or a sleep and will not open the door. Very unprofessional. They are also and have been ROBBING customers debit information inside and outside continously. When you contact their corporate office in Texas they tell you to contact your bank. No other business does this. You begin with the business that's taking your money from the skimmers they put in themselves -for the last 10 years.

Definitely one of the better locations in KCK for sure! Great place to visit and work overall. Minor issues in staffing, retention, and trust with new employees but overall fairly well rounded. When shifts are properly run things are great here. The owner here is very straight forward and will work with employees and customers to the fullest extent to ensure the best possible experience on both fronts.Pros:- Competitive pricing, fair deals, many specials, and 7 - Eleven Rewards Card Points System.- Generally nice and friendly customers and customer interactions.- Excellent leadership, if followed by employees.- Room for personal growth and promotion(s).- Hands-off management style, only talked to when their is a need for it.- Always something to be done, never a stand-still moment.Cons:- Seasoned employees are frequently late and do not call and/or show up on time for shift.- Trash left by customers every 10 - 30 minutes (mainly in the BigGulp, Slurpee, Iced Coffee, and Coffee Bar Areas) consistently makes for a hard to maintain and unclean environment. *Over 5 total waste bins exist in the above mentioned areas.*- Too many personal opinions and feelings thrown in an environment non-conducive to such.- Many very specific tasks must be completed in a near impossible time frames on shift in certain scenarios. Very particular and granule inspectors.

I came to use the restroom and get a bite to eat real quick. The sink was covered in something, but that was beside the point. It didn't work. The sensor didn't recognize the sink needed to send water. Also, the soap dispenser didn't have anything loaded to despense soap. I was allowed to was my hands behind the counter, but when I came to check out, the older, blonde attendant remarked about me being a germaphobe, and interrupted me when I tried to explain the situation. As I was writing this review, I overheard another customer remarked how the attendants claimed he was "high", and I could tell he obviously wasn't. They refused him service and sent him away. I wasn't expecting amazing service, but this was despicable...

Seriously? If you don't want to work with the public then don't. The boy told me I had to use the Male restroom i am a sis female (I was born female) currently wearing a dress. 1st the toilet seat was not proper 2nd there was piss all over it and the floor looks like its never been cleaned subpar urban art on the walls, none of these young artists will be receiving an invitation to join Banksy. I was prepared for a monetary exchange for use of the facilities but as they where unusable and the staff where two little boys who didn't seem to actually want to work. I felt it was best we ended any future interactions with this facility at the visual FaQ that, that bathroom was and most likely is. 10/10 Would recommend for tetanus.

Prices keep going up or no prices on items. I should not be paying the same price as a 16oz Monster for the 12 oz. And only having 1 door at entrance unlocked is ridiculous and not safe.

I got ripped off by their car wash pay for $12 deluxe wash door won't open all the way so I went inside and they gave me a coupon for a works which is $2 less. then I have to go back around and wait for two cars in front of me so I could go through again to use the stupid coupon they gave me.

Good location nice stop. Great 7 Eleven juices. I traveled here just for them. Some bobtail parking, and overnight parking. Keep it CLEAN.

Worst customer service in the evening I've ever experienced especially out of this 711 since I've lived here my whole life your daytime people are great night time people don't give a s** never experienced such a sexual harassment from 4 until 10 at night then add this location since 2 years prior worst possible visit ever when never come there again will go up to 635 and Shawnee Drive to the other 711 because they're more respectful and not discriminating especially if you're a man
