Please stop the loud, obnoxious music that blares in the parking lot. I do not come here to be serenaded by racket. It is a little sad there is only one other grocery store in town. I can remember when there were at least 3 others. A shame they were wiped out. My shopping experiences have been okay for the most part. Most checkout clerks are very friendly and pleasant; however the one I had this past Thursday should never be working checkout. I had a very rude check out lady. She complained the items were placed on the counter all at once. Then she grumped because it took a bit to get out the correct change and proceeded to grouch about the bills I used to pay. She acted like I was not smart enough to do the math. Ma'am, I do not recall your name; but with your sourpuss attitude you should be fired. How dare you be condescending to me?!

Asked for 2 plastic instead of dragging a cart for 2 items, a cart that just looking at the handle makes me sick as how stick and dirty it is...they felt I am suspicious, bcz this nation is terrified from anything and nothing... I look around me and I see some smart Walmart detectives watching me...I placed a bag beside me, walked 3 step grabbed something and turned back the bag is gone... I asked who took the bag that answer was insulting... clean the God carts instead of acting smart..

I go places to buy things, and I don't deal with anyone or employees but still asked at check out if I would like to tip... I don't mean this is happening in walmart but the online order should be allowed to tip bcz someone took the time to look around and gather my items and then the same person or a different person took the bags to my car. I was surprised to know that they can't accept tips by policy. Or maybe is it good for employees so they won't consider them tipped workers and reduce their wages.. again America on papers never like reality

Love this Wal-Mart. Cleanest Wal-Mart I've ever seen. It's an 1hr n some from where I live n I'll drive to it to get stuff. Bathrooms are clean. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We shop at Walmart a lot. #1place afew chairs at the end of food row for seniors to rest abit.#2 stock such items like hot coco mix , #3repair carts #4 need another electric cart.

I love this Walmart💙 Their staff is great, curbside pickup, too. If you are looking for a shopping mall kind of Walmart, this is not your store. I really like that it is smaller, so it stays clean, and you can find what you need quickly. When you have a toddler, shopping is difficult and takes longer anyways. The employees are quick to find, and they will try to find what you are looking for. Thank you😃

Don’t get tires put on here whoever did one of ours said the bead was ripped out yet they didn’t even soap them when they put them on the rim when I brought them in they were just fine then got a valve stem replaced well they put it on the wrong dam wheel idiots for sure save your trouble and just go to jds tire.

I went to get my oil changed at this location when it opened and the guy at the counter told me he wouldn't help me because he didn't have another person to help till 8. I came back around 5 and there were 3 people waiting to be helped at the counter, me being the 4th. A guy was stocking freight and came right up to the counter and completely ignored every customer to stock freight. I went to ask for a manager and was informed that the guy stocking freight was the manager. Customer service is NOT a priority for this tire care center.

Nice friendly place to shop. Clean restrooms, I went in for mrs. Wages canning supplies ..but they were all sold out. But they did locate me to another Walmart store that had it. Was a bit of a drive, but at least my tomatoes/ cucumbers got done in a manageable time.

The only issue I don't like about this store is their placement of online parking spots. They put it in a heavily parked area, and the workers definitely don't watch out for on coming cars. They tend to walk out in front of cars like there isn't any. If they had maybe moved it down an aisle or even two or even placed it by automotive, then it wouldn't be in the way of the shoppers that actually go into the store. And it would possibly be safer for the employees just trying to do their job.

This morning before work my keyless entry key decided to stop working so I literally was locked in my car. If I opened th door my alarm would not stop so driving around town beeping at everyone till it finally stopped I called Walmart and a gentleman named Nicholas was amazing I pulled up was able to give him the key he went above and beyond to help this morning and I was able to make it work on time. Thank you Nicholas for being an amazing employee automotive walmart in iola ks is lucky to have you!

Always my goto in Iola. The remodel has really made the store more open and customer friendly. One suggestion: The George Dickel section should remain fully stocked at all times. The world needs alot of things, and Dickel is on that list.

Very simple experience really. Parking lot looked clean. Isles were maintained fairly well. Was there over an hour and seldom did I see any stray merchandise. Self help employee was very friendly!

The dreadlocked my plug on my oil pan I do not recommend Walmart to do oil change I am a certified lube technician go to other places and I would like to get a refund but I doubt that happened it's Walmart

A small town community they always say small town communities are more friendly and more helpful that is total BS. I ordered 6 pictures the other day for a total whopping amount of a $1.46. I wanted to pick them up the same day 5 days later they are calling me I told them cancel I already picked them up somewhere else
