Emily and Danielle provided exceptional service to my wife and I when we purchased landscaping rocks for our yard. Every time I go into Bomgaars the customer service is worth bragging about for the locals to hear. It’s hard finding smiles let alone service in most stores. Great job Bomgaars!

Great employees, friendly and helpful. Yes it was a little challenging finding what I needed but after all they're in the middle of their renovations to switch to Bomgaars lay out. I believe it's going to be great

Iola store: Items tend to not match advertised prices, staff do not greet and offer assistance, I like the quality of products but can find them for 1/3+ cheaper online. I like to support local businesses, but the Iola store makes it hard.Parsons store however: well organized, great staff sales prices actually apply for every experience.I believe I am reviewing Iolas store, if I am wrong reach out and I will change it to a 5.

I called to see if they had any Kayak a very nice lady answered the phone and said she go check on the price of them than a rude man got on the phone and said he would go check the prices I told him a lady was doing it for me and he told me to call back in ten minutes they just lost a sell for how rude he was to me you could hear in his voice

It was way better before Bomgaars bought out Orschelin's. The shelves are often bare and nothing is organized. Also, if you search for Bomgaars this location doesn't come up but the owner responds to the old Orschelin's posts for some reason? Maybe taking credit for pre-buyout reviews before they went downhill? They didn't even have a 1/4 in hose barb mender.5 days later update edit.I gave it another chance, and I'm standing here waiting for a receipt. Their system crashed, and they won't even give me a handwritten receipt. I even wrote it out for them. I just wanted a simple record of the transaction to make sure I wasn't improperly charged. Also, it wouldn't be right if I wasn't charged.Too many issues for me. I'll give it several months if I do come back. Finally left after 10 minutes.

Cool place. Clean store, helpful employees, and I found exactly what I needed right away! Nice store for a farm supply place. I will be shopping there more often. Found things here I can't find any other place especially here in town

Friendly staff, clean store. The staff was extremely helpful, answering all my questions. Great place to shop. Some of the prices are pretty high, especially for this area. Not a huge negative, however something they should work on.

This Orschelins is one the biggest ones in our area, they have friendly workers always willing to help. We also like their sporting goods section. They have a good selection of guns, ammo, etc! They also are always stocked up on animal feeds and supplies.

This place is a great one stop store for all things Farm, and many other things, like plumbing supplies, electrical supplies, hardware, welding, and now they've updated the store to include Firearms, ammo, and accessories galore. They also carry some pretty nice larger gun safes and put them on sale during certain times of the year. Staff is Great! Sometimes there's a mix up on price markings , I think due to needing a few more staff dedicated to nothing but stocking, ordering, and checking prices on the shelves, but that's about the only complaint I've got. And if you need little parts, you've got a heck of a selection in hardware.

Great sporting goods department, definitely impressive. I would like to shop here more but it is extremely difficult to find help when you are looking for a specific item, especially in hardware. 3 stars is generous because of the lack of customer service.

They have a good selection of empty bins, if you could buy half of the stuff that they have bins for it would be a pretty good store. Lots of employees, too bad they won't have a few of them work the cash register. I hated it when I have to go to this store because I know I will be waiting in line at the check out for ten minutes., Not a big deal if you have a whole cart full of stuff. Stay away unless you like waiting in line or not finding what you are after.

It's always the same, a few employees working the floor but usually go the other way when needed, prices are thru the roof, plus you are expected to stand in line to pay for your overpriced goods while the employees walk right by you and do nothing to help.It's really kinda silly in there but it's the only place like that around , and they know that....

I love going into orschlens to see all the Great deals they have, occasionally I'll go check out their firearms selection and browse upon their ammunition that they have available, and yes most of the time they have some. Wouldn't hurt to call in advance to see if they have any thing you need witch they usually do.
