Purchased LVP flooring from Woods and had to wait a bit to get it installed due to circumstances beyond their control (poor sub-floor that had to be repaired). It was worth the wait. The quality of what they sold me is wonderful. Their installer (Dwayne) did a perfect job! He is amazing. He still takes pride in his work and craft. Not many left like that!!UPDATE: Part of our flooring purchase included carpet....Dwayne also installed that and did a wonder job.Overall we are mostly satisfied with our flooring purchase from Woods. We had several construction delays and they were good at working with us. I would give their installer (Dwyane) a 10 plus. He is really good! Their estimator not so. I would give him a 1 minus. I would suggest that you know the square footage of the area you are wanting to cover. He overestimated the LVP material and labor to install requirements by 21% including scrap.

I requested a skid steer with attachments, Wade and his team delivered next day, extended my rental as needed, and picked up promptly when requested. Wade and their rental team are excellent. Highly recommend.

I have had mostly good experiences at woods, other than today. I went to the paint section and the man that always works behind it (a short older man with facial hair, I don’t remember his name) was incredibly rude and condescending.

I am a retired carpenter, and woods has always been a one stop shop for home repairs or decor. They have excellent staff and are kind and helpful. Ive done business with them for years. You can count on quality materials , thanks woods

Every time I’ve bought lumber from this store it has been of bad quality. Yesterday I bought 2 lengths of 2x4. One has a rotting knot and the other is split all the way down the center. Both are unusable and now on my burn pile

We bought just a little over $700 in wood to be delivered and all either was warped, had deep holes, edges half off or all of the above. It made it impossible to build our shed floor and had to go somewhere else to get more wood to replace what we couldn't use and shems to fill in the gaps that was unavoidably.Very disappointed in the quality of their lumber. So if you buy there, go there first to pick out your wood to have delivered.

Perfect color match machine (99% +/-1) on paint, the lady remembered me and asked the status of my mailbox, they all live really close to work (which is great for the environment) and I even heard an exacerbated employee refer a customer here when Wal-Mart didn't have what he was looking for "oh it'll be as expensive as (expletive)" I'm like, "naw, they're not too bad" (and probably wouldn't cuss to a customer)

Came all the way from Texas to our hunting lease in Kansas. Found out that our blind was ruined from the weather. Only had limited tools to work with not including a skill saw. The folks at woods were awesome! They went out of there way to not only get me the supplies I needed but also took the time to cut all the lumber to the measurements I needed to help me out!

I put new flooring in my bath room and the man insisted on meauring it himself when the worker came to install it he put the subfloor down to the outside of the doorway but the linoleum only came to the inside of the door and the i staller wouldnt fix it and since i needed to get my toilet back thst dsy it got left like that i also had to cut and remove my own carpet as fsdt i as could in the living room and it would have been nice to know in advsnce since i waited a mont

We ask about hot water heaters on demand and was told we are out but no offer to show us what they could order. So we walked out disappointed with the service my a person who should no longer be working.
