An awful experience with the Pharmacy for the second time. Last time the woman working was just plain rude. This time I got there and asked for my prescription, for pain meds for an injury. They said it wasn’t ready. I’m in pain but said “No problem, I will look around a bit.” 20 mins later I check back in. Nope. 10 minutes. Not ready. 15 minutes more, I check back and she says “the pharmacist just has to check it” I come back to the window in 10 minutes and she asks again if she can help me. It’s like Groundhog day in there. Each time I walk out of sight it’s like they’ve never seen me before. I repeat my name for the 5th time, and say “I have been here waiting for my prescription for an hour, could you please see if it’s ready?” She leaves me standing there while she waits on 2 other customers at the drive up window, and then comes back and says that it will be a few more minutes because it has been sent to their Missouri location. (Probably would have gotten it faster if I drove to Missouri) I just stand there waiting and she goes just out of sight and tells the others “She is very impatient.” I just walked out. The pain of dealing with them was as bad as the injury. I’m beginning to understand why the others I work with (who have the same insurance) drive to Bartlesville for their prescriptions. My newest curse upon the scourge of humanity is “May you be forced to deal with the Independence Walgreens Pharmacy!”

Ashly is the worst pharmacy representative I've ever had the displeasure of coming across. She is terribly rude and my husband, who is a vetran, was not able to get his meds because of her. It is my prayer she gets fired before she really harms someone.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about the products they have in their store. Walgreens has a number of different items in their store. It is always fun to see what you can discover when you walk in. I purchase a lot of our vitamins here because of the buy one get one free reward membership.

Poor customer service and a rude pharmacy tech was told they can not estimate the time to fill a basic tube of antibiotic cream and more or less told to leave and come back when it’s ready that they would notify me by the end of the day if it was ready

I enjoyed myself and was able to find lots of nice inexpensive instant foods i like; I'll be back! The lady was really nice and greeted me warmly on the way in, scanned each item individually as I am sure they prefer, and bagged all the like items together in a way that makes perfect sense.Mythylpristisone until 9 weeks - need at least one weeks on top of two missed periods - and baby cemetery return bag if necessary and surgical procedure before 10 months since last period for mother to be allowed a vacation in her womb at any time within pregnancy, same as a man could have kicked in her stomach due induce abortion except by her own will and accord rather than that of man.

Wg has cosmetics on sale. I wanted to buy $30 worth but stood in line....stood in line. Something about a timed cash drawer...then a customer walks in from outside with a debit card and either finishes checking out ahead of myself and another customer. I guess we were waiting on her to retrieve a card and did not know it. Cashier sh have cancelled that transaction and checked us out. But she did not do so to save the headache of cancelling transaction. Mgr. walked up with cash and vanished. Does WG only have one checkout? Cashier seemed slow, no conversation happening...no explanation.I also was trying to think where my rarely used WG card was as they want it for any discount which irritates me. Why did Merle Norman close? So I laid the merchandise down and left. Hire a cashier that can do job. I will not use self cks. I will not come back very soon.

Clean store has great items in the seasonal isle. Best pharmacy in town, does have COVID 19 shots available on a walkin basis. Staff is always friendly and willing to help with anything.

Bad customer service, I went to the store with my mom and she was buying medicine for my siblings because they were sick. We went to the register and the lady asks for a drivers lisence. Why would they need that to buy medicine?🤨 the Lady speaks spanish because I heard her a few Years ago and my mom doesnt speak english at all. Why couldnt she speak spanish to her? This happened a lot before to other hispanic customers. This walgreen's just has bad workers. And don't recommend it for colored people because the workers follow them around as if they were going to steal 🤦🏾‍♀️

If you are a person of color they will probably follow you around the store like you are going to steal. They followed my little brother and I on multiple occasions with no bases to do so. Yes we are both person's of color. I've put a review up before and they deleted it but, I will continue to respost it. I WILL BE HEARD.

Easy to shop in, especially for picking up hygiene, OTC meds, or basic food items quickly. Not the cheapest option locally, but very conveniently located in the heart of town.

I would have rated them higher but I changed my Dr and OMG!!!! They can't get this into their computer system at ALL!!!!! I've had to call three times and explain this to them. Getting really frustrated!
