The best place to get flowers in town they have a great selection and do offer cash and carry when in stock. Has knickknacks and other items available. They offer delivery options as well. All around great experience.

Michelle did our wedding flowers, she did an amazing job. I knew the colors I wanted and style but not much more then that. She was helpful in suggesting and showing me the different flowers that would look good together in the colors I wanted and just helpful throughout the process. In the end everything looked great and was what I wanted.

I ordered the 8” Basket Garden Premium for my Aunt’s funeral. When I arrived at the funeral and saw the basket, I was extremely disappointed and embarrassed at how small it was. When you pay almost $100 for something and end up with an item you could’ve bought at Walmart for $20, it’s very disappointing. The plants were nice but very small and the image online is very misleading. The image online shows the standard size and the item that was delivered was a lot smaller than the one shown and I ordered the Premium.

Alicia/her team at Twigs have yet to disappoint! Reasonable prices, friendly staff who make ordering easy or if you order online it’s easy as well. I have ordered both ways with no problems. They delivered quick on a same day order. Each arrangement has been absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! You can definitely see the talent and dedication they put into every arrangement.Highly recommend Twigs!

We ordered flowers for a friend who had lost her mom that day. The flowers were hand delivered the same day and came in a beautiful vase. They looked the same or similar to the photo on the website. The family was very touched by the flowers and we were very happy with the end product.

I ordered 18 roses to be delivered to my wife on a Monday but due to inclement weather, the flowers were not able to be delivered on the desired date. I called the following day and ask to cancel my order, which was done trouble free. The person on the phone was very polite and apologetic for the situation but truly, they had no control over mother nature.Well, low and behold, later on the same day that I cancelled... my wife received the bouquet, initially intended for for her on Monday, with a very nice card stating they were sorry they couldn't deliver on Monday and this was a complimentary bouquet wishing her the very Best !With customer service like this.. Twig's will always get my business !!! THANKS !!!!

We got a celebration of life basket and flower for a friend. Paid 125.00 for it and it was not even 25.00 arrangement. We had another one from same place same funeral and it was at least medium size. Very disappointed.

ONE STAR BECAUSE I CAN'T GIVE ZERO STARS!!! I ordered a Money Tree plant to be delivered to my Aunt on her birthday which was on a Monday. When I placed the order, the checkout page included a provision that stated I was agreeing to allow them to substitute something of comparable value in the event that the item I requested was unavailable. Twig's contacted me via email on the Saturday before my requested delivery date to say their supplier did not have a Money Tree available and asking me to call or email them to discuss what would suffice as a substitute. I called, no answer, no answering machine, so no way to leave a message. I emailed them back (on the same day they emailed me) with a request to send a fruit basket of equal value and to update the message I had asked to be included on the card. They are closed on Sundays, so I also asked that they email me back to confirm that something was actually delivered on the date requested. It has now been two weeks, and I have not received an email response or follow up phone call, and my aunt did not get anything delivered to her. I would strongly recommend using someone else for your floral/gift giving needs!!!

I was charged $ 35.95 for a delivery fee that was 7 miles away. Unacceptable!! When I called to dispute the charges I was hung up on when I asked about the details of the service. I've been going to this place since the early 90's and this is how they run their business now?? ZERO stars for me!

Do not order if you're out of town for Neewollah Queen candidates. Huge disappointment and paid $88 dollars for balloons and small flower. I would go to Hassleman and I will NEVER order from Twiggs again!
